The Martyrdom of Donald J. Trump

Beheading MAGA

One way or another, they must stop him.  For one reason or another, they’ve become desperate to the point of lunacy and unbridled evil.  It isn’t enough any longer to merely harass the man with foolish, concocted, contrived legal theories and motions.  It’s coming to a head.  Whether for the sake of the ultimate distraction from their own malfeasance and misfeasance, or because they have genuinely become so desperate to stop him that all of the emergency brakes on their actions have become disabled, it no longer matters.  The same people who have disguised a coup d’etat as an election, and who have repeatedly disguised money-laundering operations as wars, seem now to be in the process of disguising an assassination as a routine arrest and booking that will inevitably somehow go so tragically wrong.  Somehow, the cameras will be inoperable, or critical frames of the video will somehow go missing.  There will be strange, inexplicable gaps in time.  The recordings will be lost.  The communications systems will be malfunctioning.  Power outages will occur.  There will be unforeseen lapses in security protocols.  There will be a freak accident.  Something will malfunction.  Somebody will betray the trust.  Something will “slip through the cracks.” Some long-established procedure will be ignored.  A weapon will be smuggled-in or pre-positioned. Some innocuous item will be converted into a weapon.  Some otherwise innocent human failing will be exploited.  There will be a post-incident “investigation” that reveals nothing novel.  We’ve heard it all before.  No longer satisfied with merely silencing him, or us, they know the arrest of President Trump, the legitimate President of the United States, will merely elevate him.  Symbolic martyrdom can be avoided by only one thing: The actual martyrdom of Donald J. Trump.

Saturday morning, on Truth Social, President Trump truthed the following:

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s no secret that I’ve had my disagreements with President Trump.  Those disagreements, whatever they may have been, are of little consequence at this moment. As I have recently opined, the only way forward for our country is to bring President Donald J. Trump back to his rightful post as President of the United States.  Most of you understand this.  Most of you realize that there can be no justice again in America until that situation is rectified.  Our country is on the path of the doomed.  It’s been decided that we must be destroyed, and the destruction is proceeding apace.  Our banking system has been rigged for demolition, and now, one by one, the charges are being detonated.  It’s all in torturous slow motion, but it will accelerate.

The demons know that the arrest and booking of Trump will lead Americans to turn against them. They will be unable to stop themselves.  They need only separate him from his Secret Service detail for a few moments to leave him vulnerable.  President Trump is a strong guy, but he’s also 76.  He’ll be cuffed. In that position, he will be vulnerable to any conceivable form of attack. The air. The ink used to fingerprint him.  The guards.  The other employees.  As yet unknown perpetrators.  Hands. Fists. Feet.  The ink roller. A sharp-edged piece of broken plexiglass. A pencil. A million possible instruments of murder exist.  Dozens and dozens of potential assailants will be gathered.  Perhaps one unhinged employee will be present with a grudge and a cancer diagnosis, or a simple desire to go down in history as the person who “got Trump.”

For those who think foolishly that “they’d never try this,” I ask only that you check your premises.  What is to stop them?  Why wouldn’t they?  What is it about these people that has convinced you that they’re anything other than a collective of gangsters and hooligans who’ve been elevated into positions of power? What is it that you’ve seen that has convinced you that they’re somehow morally incapable of crossing this or any other line?  They’ve repeatedly demonstrated their firm commitment to the antique but still not obsolete promise that “dead men tell no tales.”  Dead men cannot exercise power.  Dead men cannot oppose them.  Dead men cannot lead an opposition.  Dead men are dead.

We who love history revere the quotes of some of our great dead leaders of old.  This is now the most power they may possess, but this too can be muted in this age of canceled history.  The slim power they retain lies only within our minds and our hearts.  The people who intend to arrest Trump know this too.  Just like John F. Kennedy before him, they intend to expunge Donald J. Trump lest he ever wield power against them again.  They will contend with any future leader we might select in just the same way, if we ever manage to elect one again.

I will be praying for the safety of President Trump, as should you all.  The plotters never fail to plan.  Part of their plot, whether they martyr Donald J. Trump or not, will be to enrage all of MAGA and to provoke a response that they can convert into another J6 Hoaxurrection. From the moment we let them steal our election, from the mail-in ballot fraud, to the dead voters, to the manufactured ballots, to the second phony impeachment, everything has been aimed at us as much as Trump. I don’t know the answer; certainly not one that is clean and neat and tidy.  I expect this to be messy, and it may well end with the death of our Republic, which even now writhes in its mortal throes.

As goes Trump, so shall the republic go.  If they murder him, you will know they have murdered the republic.  If they do not, for whatever reason or twist of fate, you will know that there remains a slim chance, and upon that chance we must capitalize.  What is certain is that what President Trump told us only a short few weeks ago at CPAC is true: This is the final battle.  We are in it.  He needn’t even say it. We know: The storm is well and truly upon us.

The Political Assassination of MAGA

Trial Behind Razor Wire – Capitol Remains Armed Camp for Unconstitutional Impeachment Trial

Next week, the United States Senate will take up the unconstitutional impeachment of a former office-holder. Their intention would seem to be to prohibit Donald Trump from holding political office again. While the impeachment itself is unconstitutional, the very punishment they seek is even more perverse. As bad as all of this is and seems, it’s also something still worse. The real object of this coming show trial is to permanently damage Donald J. Trump in the eyes of the world and the American people, and with him, all the people who have and continue to support him. This is a broad attack on political speech, and a despicable attempt to gin-up emotions against a former president with two purposes. The first is to simply and permanently politically damage him, since they strongly suspect they cannot get to the 67 vote threshold to convict him. The second is to defame his supporters as domestic terrorists and insurrectionists. It’s not merely about making sure that Trump is never foolish enough to seek office again, but to see to it that those who supported him will never have a political voice again. In part then, this is about the future of Donald Trump, but more critically, this is about the future of the country and how they intend to gain submission of a nation. This is a mass political assassination, of a President, and of 75 million(plus) Americans. While Trump will be named, you will be tried and convicted in absentia.

First, let us cover the technical facts. The constitution makes plain that an impeachment has two objects, and that they are not separable:

“Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law.” — US Const Art I., Section 3 (emphasis added in red)

I call your attention to the word “and.” This is not an either-or proposition. This is specifically a matter of one unified punishment for high crimes and misdemeanors, and the word “and” here means these two remedies (removal and prohibition from holding future offices) are inseparable. One cannot simply say “well, he’s out of office, so we’re just going to prohibit him from holding the office again.” It doesn’t work that way. The use of the word “and” in this context makes it plain.

Second, to the legitimacy of the whole procedure, consider the following:

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” — US Const Art II, Section 4 (emphasis added in red)

Who is the President? It is currently Joe Biden. Unless the Democrats wish to admit that they stole the election and that Donald J. Trump is still the legitimate President of the United States, it is impossible to impeach and remove Donald J. Trump from the Presidency because he is not the President. The United States has exactly one President at any one time. Therefore, nothing about this impeachment is constitutional, and that fact is why even Chief Justice Roberts, constitution-murderer that he is, recognizes that he cannot preside over the impeachment trial of a man who is no longer President.

Again, referring to the constitution:

“The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.” — US Const Art I, Section 3 (emphasis added in red)

The Democrats are arguing that Senator Leahy shall preside, and that this is okay since Trump is no longer President, but if Trump is no longer President, then they have no authority to impeach, try, or in any way molest private citizen Donald J. Trump.

This should be enough to understand why this whole procedure is and must be adjudged entirely unconstitutional. This is a legal, constitutional farce, and frankly, the people carrying this forward are acting as actual enemies of the United States.

This is the obvious answer to this entire hoax of an impeachment. What makes all of this dangerous, however, is what they are going to use this opportunity to do in the political realm. It is intended to divide the American people even more deeply, and to damn roughly one-half of the electorate as insurrectionists and terrorists, i.e., domestic enemies. The idea being advanced is that the people who carried out the debacle at the Capitol on January 6th were representative of seventy-five million(plus) Americans who support Donald Trump. The notion is to create such a hew and cry against Donald Trump that if ever he seeks office again, they will place first an obstacle of illegitimacy before him, and secondly, they will associate all those who would seek to again elect him as terrorists.

This is a danger far in excess of the perverse and wholly unconstitutional impeachment trial to be carried out next week. As bad as it is, and as constitutionally laughable as it may be, the trial will be used as a platform to try MAGA in absentia. You will not be defended. You will have no voice in the US Senate. Their presiding officer, Senator Patrick “Leaky” Leahy, will undoubtedly rule any arguments out of bounds. This will be a show trial of epic proportions, intended to defame and diminish you. This is about expunging Donald Trump from the history of the United States, and with him, all those who supported his election and presidency. Those who raised questions about the legitimacy of the completely fraudulent election of November 2020 will be adjudged as guilty of a form of treason, but without the ability to answer, refute, or in any way defend against the charge. There will be no manner by which you will be given a voice, and the handfull of RINOs who will support this exercise hate you just as much as they hate Donald Trump.

The only recourse remaining to you, having been silenced and squelched in social media, and having been derided and defamed in the so-called mainstream media will be to ring the phones and fill the inboxes of every US Senator, of either party, and to let them know that you will remember their conduct with this show trial and railroading of MAGA. That’s what this is, after all, and it’s intended to wipe you from the American political landscape. Joe Biden is not long for the presidency. His rapidly declining mental capacity is becoming dangerously apparent, and the media is having difficulty concealing it, so that I expect by late summer, or certainly by this time next year, Kamala Harris, a wholly unlikable political prostitute, will be thrust upon us as the President of the United States. The Democrat/DeepState program of wrecking the United States is resuming apace, and left unchallenged, we will absolutely lose our country. The political assassination of MAGA, both Trump and his supporters, is intended to eliminate the opposition when she runs for re-election in 2024, giving Democrats the ability to finalize the destruction. Welcome to the Great Reset.

Tyrant Judge Takes Dump on Justice

When Dallas Judge Eric Moyé demanded that Salon a la Mode owner Shelley Luther apologize for her “selfishness,” he revealed himself as a despicable altruist. Altruists demand that people must live their lives for the sake of others, and must forfeit their liberties, properties, and lives when it is deemed necessary or otherwise in the “public interest.”  Shelley’s only error in this entire fiasco was in innocently agreeing to the sickening premise of the worthless judge: She contended that she did not see it as selfishness inasmuch as her chief concern lied with making a living to assist her in feeding her children, therefore refusing to apologize. This courageous woman has been through quite enough at the hands of a system gone wild, so it is understandable that she would claim not to have been selfish.  To Shelley Luther, let me say quite bluntly: You were indeed selfish, and you had every right to be, and the judge who sat there chastising you for your selfishness ought to be hauled off to a jail for the sake of the rest of us. Judge Eric Moyé is a despicable animal, a scumbag of the worst sort, and I don’t need to know a single thing about his resume or his career on the bench to say so. In this case, in which he sentenced Ms. Luther to a week in jail, he demonstrated everything we need to know about his unfitness for the bench.  His actions in this case make quite clear that he knows nothing of justice, and the case makes it quite clear that Judge Moyé is defecating on the entire concept of justice in Texas.

Ms. Luther might not understand my meaning, and I suppose it’s quite natural, given the state of our society and polity, that she might not have a point of reference for what I shall now explain. First, I shall ask a series of questions:

  • Whose Salon is it?
  • Whose earnings are at stake?
  • Whose property is at stake?
  • Whose livelihood is at stake?
  • The welfare of whose children are at stake?

The answer to all of these is quite clearly: “Shelley Luther’s.” In most accurate answer to the robed demon squatting imperiously on a bench, paid for, in part, by the efforts of Ms. Luther’s self-interest, Ms. Luther should have said:

I love my life. I love all the great and wonderful things my life and my efforts in its name have produced, and among those things are my children, my business, my associates, my clientele, my home, and all the other things my own efforts have garnered for me and helped me to build, so that if the accusation is that I had been selfish in re-opening my business in the furtherance of all I love, and that my love of my life and all these enriching fulfillments of it are to be adjudged as selfishness, then yes, I am unashamedly selfish, and I will not apologize for any of it, and I further state to the hearing of the world that any court, or any law, that would damn me or condemn me for my rightful selfishness to my love and my life may not rightfully claim the name of justice on this good Earth, and must be banished straight to Hell for the crime it is against all humanity, and if this declaration is to serve as the evidence of my contempt for this court, then let the record show that there is not enough contempt within the four walls of this room, or the four corners of this good Earth to enclose the span of the contempt with which I now respond to this court’s sick demand for an apology for all that I cherish and all that I love.

Ms. Luther had every reason to refuse to apologize, but she should not disclaim the selfishness. She should be proud of it. She had every right to be selfish. If she loves her children, and she values their welfare ahead of the interests of a tyrannical state, she is expressing an entirely selfish love, and she is rightfully entitled to it.

I am disgusted by this worthless judge, and by the system that has empowered him to dispose of the lives of Americans who had committed NO CRIME.

I want Judge Eric Moyé to know in no uncertain terms that he is the enemy of liberty, and the enemy of every living Texan. He is not an officer of justice, but a purveyor of injustice, and had he any honor, he would surrender his robe and his bench and relinquish them for all days. As it is, Judge Moyé is a greedy worthless bastard. He must be removed from the bench by whatever legal means are at the disposal of the people of Texas.

I want Governor Greg Abbott to know that he has culpability in all of this, having empowered dirt-bags like Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins to prey upon the people of Texas, to use whatever power he has under the Texas Constitution to pardon Ms. Luther and to commute her sentence, lest he be eligible to all the same remedies. This is not justice. Texans have a right to their lives, their liberties, and their livelihoods, and as a former Attorney General, he should have known better than to have participated in this over-hyped madness during which the rights of Americans, and Texans, were subordinated to the demands of a mob. He’s as guilty as Judge Moyé, for his role in this blasphemously despicable attack on liberty.  Fix it. Americans in general, but Texans especially, should never be reduced to the state of groveling in front of a worthless scum like Judge Moyé to beg for their rights or their freedoms, and Abbott had damned-well better do something about it.
