The Great COVID Coverup: The #MidtermsVariant

Friday, July 30th, 2021

They’re Going to do it AGAIN… Unless you FIGHT!

The last eighteen months should have revealed to the world a number of things, but for the fact that so-called “mainstream media” and tech-giant “social media” platforms have colluded with governmental bodies to hide the truth, and defraud the people of the world, particularly in the United States.  There are so many problems that it’s hard to know where to begin, but I’m going to approach this in the only way I know: Facts and logic.  The various mouthpieces for the government are spewing mixed-messages, contradictory messages, inconsistent messages, and outright falsehoods, and as a bonus, the big social media platforms throttle, suspend, and ban anybody who suggests any thesis that questions the government’s various lines.  It doesn’t even bother big social media that the various governmental bodies can’t even get their stories straight: They simply regurgitate whatever nonsense the government is propounding at a given moment, and you are never, ever allowed to question it, even if the government’s previous or next pronouncement entirely conflicts with that statement.  This is the cult of big government, and its cost is the death of a nation, and the death of a people. There isn’t any way to understand what they’re doing without accepting the following premise: They want you dead, so they intend to confuse you and baffle you with… nonsense… until they succeed.

The government’s primary agency in handling disease of this sort is the CDC(Centers for Disease Control.)  The CDC admitted the tests are unable to differentiate between COVID and influenza. Think about that. For eighteen months, they’ve been calling every nonsensical false-positive a COVID positive result, but even if they got a genuine positive result, there was no way to know whether it was COVID or the FLU! Folks, this is precisely why all of the influenza sickness and death magically disappeared: They hadn’t disappeared at all. It’s just that every positive test was scored as COVID even though it just as easily could have been the flu, and probably was.

The FDA quietly recalled one of the PCR tests because it was providing far too many false positivesAmericanThinker gives this a thorough write-up here.  In point of fact, we’ve known for quite some time that Kary Mullis, the(now deceased) inventor of the PCR test, said this PCR test was never intended for any such purpose, and could be used to find anything in anybody:

Now, Sharyl Atkisson presents this bombshell report:

CDC: 74% who got Covid-19 and most who were hospitalized in recent analysis had been fully vaccinated.

Folks, this puts the lie to the notion that it’s the unvaccinated creating the problem. Of course, while we knew this intuitively, it’s refreshing to see a journalist examining the evidence. At the same time, we find that natural immunity(gained by having recovered from previous COVID19 infection) is both durable and long-term.

Are you starting to get the picture? The whole thing is a crock. They’re bringing back the whole nasty show for one purpose: Internal polls show Democrats they’re getting their asses kicked. If we keep up the pressure, the only way they can salvage 2022 is by massive cheating(again.) The only way they can carry out cheating to that degree is to have this whole ridiculous mail-in ballot scheme, and by having masked rioters in the streets to conceal who they are.

Who are they? Who are the rioters? A large number of them will be school teachers and their #SoyBoy shack-ups. More, they need the teachers to man the polls to carry out the steal at the local level.  Get ready. This is what they’re going to do.  They may wish to call this the “Delta Variant,” but the truth is that this is the #MidTermsVariant. All of this is being pursued not for some national health crisis, but just like in 2020, for the sake of the steal.

Period. Take it to the bank. And dang it folks, refuse to submit. You know why hospitals are playing along? They hate Trump, because of his Executive Order requiring the provision of accurate estimates for health procedures. Even CNN couldn’t deny it was a great thing.  This honesty in medical billing is something they hate with a passion. It’s a lot harder to defraud and abuse patients. They wanted it gone so badly that they were willing to play along with the Democrats to make it go away. They entered into talks with Biden over it before the steal was even complete.  The price they will pay for getting this rule reversed is to play along with the Democrats’ plandemic hoax.

Now, they intend to force these vaccines down our service-members’ throats. Do you wonder who will be paying them back for that monstrosity?  Now that it’s clear there are severe and growing problems with the various vaccines, does it make sense to inject all of our soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, and coastguardsmen with something that might well harm them or make them easy pickings for the Chinese?

I need readers to educate themselves on the concept of ADE. Antibody Dependent Enhancement is the biggest longterm problem with the vaccines, because in the longterm, it’s going to lead to a lot of deaths. See Dr. Robert Malone’s Interview on Bannon’s WarRoom, below:

There’s a great deal more at stake than the 2022 elections. The lives of our troops and our loved-ones are in danger. The Democrats are willing to kill all of you in order to maintain power.  They’re trucking, busing, and flying your replacements in around the clock at the Southern border. It’s a mobile plandemic and they’re bringing it through your back door. All the while, they scream “COVID.”

No more. We must fight all of this. Today.

In Time of Peace, Prepare for War

Thursday, July 29th, 2021

It’s only just begun

Recently, I was reflecting on my military service. In the 1980s, I served in the Army National Guard and in the US Army. On active duty, I served most of my time in Europe, specifically Germany. I was assigned to an Artillery unit, and in 1988, the unit was re-designated as part of a broader reorganization the Army was carrying out. This meant our unit’s name changed, and while our brigade remained the same, the change of the battalion’s designation necessitated a change to our Distinctive Unit Insignia(often called a Unit Crest) and our motto.  A more decorated unit was reactivated, and more historically significant unit colors were raised.  Previously, as an artillery unit goes, our motto had been pretty generic and not entirely inspirational: “We Support the Line.” That’s true of any artillery unit, and it’s not exactly the most motivational motto ever repeated. The new designation came with a new motto, and since this was the era of Ronald Reagan, with his increased tempo of training and readiness generally, I found the new motto much more suitable not only to our unit’s character, but also to the times in which we then lived: “In Time of Peace, Prepare for War.” That motto spoke to a philosophy, and that philosophy endures in my thinking, and has dominated much of my decision-making ever since.  In an era when the unthinkable had to be contemplated as a very real possibility, we went about the task of preparing for it as though it was an imminent eventuality, rather than some vaguely possible worst-case scenario. It’s about this mindset and all that goes along with it that I now wish you to consider. We can pray for peace. We should work for it, and we must conduct ourselves in peace, but we must now prepare as though the war we all hope never to fight is imminent and perhaps unavoidable.

Our nation is breaking down. The bonds of fraternity among the American people are being intentionally shattered.  The Biden administration is neither defending the nation against its enemies, nor providing any workable strategy for safeguarding the country.  Instead, the Biden administration is actively attacking the concepts of separation of powers, election integrity, free markets, national security and sovereignty, the administration of justice, and transparency in government.  They claim to act in the name of science, yet when the science confounds their agenda, they collude with their big-tech friends to abscond with scientific information, and to impound it such that it is never seen by Americans. Instead, what they practice is Scientism. They’ve wrecked our recently attained national energy independence, by direct regulatory acts of sabotage, and by failing to act to defend the national infrastructure from attack by foreign actors.  In every way you can conceive, the Biden administration is acting against the interests of the sovereignty and prosperity of the American republic.  They are actively perverting the justice system.  In Portland, actual rioters guilty of all but the most egregious acts are being turned loose without bail, while in the District of Columbia, people have been in jail for months for misdemeanor charges of “trespassing” for merely being at the Capitol on January 6th. As previously reported, we now know the US Government, through its National Institute of Health, actually funded so-called “Gain of Function” experimentation (read: weaponization) of Coronaviruses.  Dr. Anthony Fauci again vehemently denied the charge under questioning by Rand Paul, but it’s clear from just a few minutes of simple research that Fauci is a liar, and he’s been exposed for the monster he is.  The media continues to cover for him.

What all of this really means is that we’re under attack. It’s not an open attack by a single enemy or an axis of traditional foreign state actors. Instead, this is an attack by all the minions of the global Marxist front.  We’re not facing a single enemy operating in the open on which we can focus our efforts.  This enemy is in our country, as well as outside, and its members are among us, some more openly malevolent, while others take a slightly more covert, flanking approach, striking us from the rear, or from within our own ranks.  It is only a matter of time before all of this barely-suppressed hostility boils over into open fighting.  What will trigger that is unknown, but it must be repeated lest the timid among us shrink from the cause confronting us all: This is a war, and while we must strive to keep it within the bounds of peaceable conduct, it must also be recognized that it may well turn into a kinetic fight.  We gain nothing by turning this into an actual war, inasmuch as we do not control the implements of government, and we would not be operating under color of law.  This is why the enemy had to seize power, whatever it took, no matter how much cheating and fraud was necessary.  To legitimize their intended actions, they needed to be able to assert some form of legitimate authority.  Stealing the election, no matter how obvious, was the key to this claim.

This is why they are fighting like Hell to forestall, obstruct, and negate any audits of the vote. When all your claims to authority rest on the legitimacy of an election, anything that throws doubt on that legitimacy is a potentially lethal threat to your power. This is why Rudy Giuliani had to be taken out of play.  This is why I now believe January 6th went the way it did.  This is why Mike Pence, a man who I never trusted, became involved in the way he did on January 6th: When his letter went out, I immediately knew something ugly was about to occur.  Yes, the “insurrection” was another Washington DC setup, rigged in much the same way as the riot by alleged workers at the Rearden Steel mills in Atlas Shrugged. Donald Trump was refusing to play his appointed role in this show, so that to defame and discredit both he and his supporters was the most direct route to securing their coup.

Even now, Cyrus Vance Jr. is still cooking up a case in New York,  Don’t be surprised when on some morning in the near future, you awake to pictures and footage of Trump being taken into custody. The one sure way to put an end to all these audits is to jail the man who would rightfully be legitimized by them.  Don’t be surprised when none in the Republican Party come to his aid. They’re doing all they can to steer clear of all of this.  They won’t raise their voices against it in part because they don’t wish to be lumped-in for persecution alongside Trump, and more importantly, because they hope to fill the vacuum left when Democrats cart Trump away under color of law.

I raise all of these things under the umbrella of preparation because I still believe most of my fellow Americans have no idea what’s coming, or if they suspect as much, how real and how thorough this war against you has become. Do you really think it was Russian hackers who brought down the Colonial pipeline? Or was it a test to see how quickly and thoroughly travel within a day’s drive of Washington DC could be shut down? One of the things January 6th taught the UniParty thugs is that Trump can deliver a huge crowd to their doorstep on relatively short notice.  Estimates vary, of course, but some estimates suggest that more than one-million people descended on DC for that event, not including the BLM and Antifa provocateurs.  The vast majority of those people hailed from within a day’s drive of the Capitol.  What do you think would happen if audits began to reveal massive problems with the legitimacy of the 2020 elections(as is happening now in Arizona) while the highly politicized DOJ or Cyrus Vance or others decided to perp-walk Trump on some politicized charge? Do you think the people in DC would have reason to want to paralyze travel along the Eastern seaboard?

People have asked why Liz Cheney has such a hate on for Donald Trump. It’s easy to overlook some things, but remember in DC that everything comes down to connections and who’s doing whom. Her husband is Philip Perry, a former associate attorney general, general counsel for OMB, and general counsel for Homeland Security in the Bush years. This guy not only knows where some of the bodies are buried, but probably buried a few on his own.  More to the point, however, the law firm for which he now works, Latham and Watkins, has come under criticism for its contacts with and work for companies deeply connected to the Chinese Communist Party. That’s right, Cheney is likely a beneficiary of the CCP’s buy-off scams in DC, like so many in Washington DC, via a spouse.

All of this is about two things, boiled down, and you need to understand it: These people in Washington DC, the UniParty and the DeepStaters, have been running a non-stop scam on this country for decades.  Left in office much longer, Trump was going to begin uncovering it. Once the dominoes would have begun to fall, there would have been no stopping it or concealing it any longer.  This is the basis of the motives behind all of the NeverTrumpers, and most of the Democrats. These are deeply compromised people, all of them, most of them having engaged in some sort of treason-for-pay or other serious crimes for which they’re either being blackmailed or are subject to possible blackmail, along with prosecution for the hidden crimes. This is the motive.

What they’re willing to do about it is something else again. They are willing to tear down the country, burn it down to its foundations, and use explosives to wreck that too.  Think carefully about this: Imagine you’re the kind of treasonous vermin who would screw your entire country for a few pieces of silver, and the lowly moral character that evinces.  Now consider what, in that context, you’d be willing to do to prevent the disclosure of your crimes, your betrayals, and your treason.  What wouldn’t you burn to the ground in order to preserve what you’ve gained by your illicit activities, or even to simply conceal your crimes from the public?

These people are far worse than the dirtbags who were the object of the French revolutionaries’ collective ire.  If the people of France then thought the guillotine was a suitable remedy, it may well be the case that if you ever learn the full extent of the crimes of the DC UniParty, you may be demanding a giant meat-grinder.  They know it.  They’re willing to kill all of you to conceal it.  They’re willing to launch a war to hide it.  They’re willing to lose the war in order that we surrender and thereby yield our constitution.  Do you understand?  This war, the one that’s on slow-boil at the moment, is part of a strategy by which they will finally rid themselves of the deplorables who built the country and provided them their high offices.  Your usefulness to them is now over.  Now, it’s all about controlling you and protecting themselves.  They see your elimination as the best way to protect themselves.  They’re importing your replacements so they can maintain the illusion of “democracy” even now.  They’re willing to live with CCP masters in the short-term, because they’re all the same kind of monsters.  All of them.

They will pit Americans against Americans, vaccinated against unvaccinated, masked against unmasked, criminal against innocent, child against parent, and public official against the public.  They don’t care how much of the country burns.  They’re willing to burn it all to the ground to conceal their rampant profiteering off their offices, their treasons against the whole of the people, and whatever else it may take so that they don’t lose power, wealth, control, and especially so that they never face justice.

Do you really think you can just “vote them out?” You’ve tried that, many times, and in many movements. It’s never ultimately worked, but they’ve always managed to work you.  It’s true that most of the street agitators are just useful idiots, and knowing that is important, but it’s also not relevant to your preparations for the war they’re already waging against you.  You must begin to put yourself in a different mindset, in which the preservation of your life and the lives of your loved-ones are your primary operative consideration.  There is no chance we come back from this as a country if these people are permitted to succeed.  Again, they want you dead and buried.  You are the object of this war.

Take stock of food-stuff, and emergency supplies.  Make contact with your neighbors and discover what they’re doing to prepare.  Urge them to prepare. Remember, when the fecal matter hits the fan, every person who is prepared is one fewer person you’ll need to fend off when they run out of resources.  Be prepared to fend them off, too.

At the moment, you have precious little time, as they prepare to take their war against us to the next step. I expect them to cut off communications among us at some point.  I expect them to try to prevent us from talking among ourselves, so that they can control all information.  That’s what’s happened in Cuba, and in the black-out of information and news, these monsters always thrive. Expect all of the mainstream media to be vicious propaganda.  Expect power outages disguised as cyber-attacks.  Expect fuel shortages.  Expect mass starvation.  Expect all the Hell you can imagine in a dystopian world the sort of which they need.  Don’t drive panic.  Instill confidence through preparedness.  Time is short, patriots.

While we have still a moment of relative peace, let us make preparations for war, that if war comes, we are able to prevail. The only alternative is unpreparedness, and with it, death.  Do not yield your life and your life’s works so easily. Do not lose it all within sight of victory.  Prepare to fight to save all you love.  You will need resolve most of all.  Go forth in pursuit of peace, but know that along that path almost certainly lies war.

The Answer Is “NO”

Wednesday, July 28th, 2021

I do not consent.

I’m going to be blunt. I want every little tyrannical cretin who loves the exercise of state power to understand me. I will not take your vaccine. I will never mask again.  If you want to try to coerce me, I will respond with force. If you think you can force me, send your best.  Send a lot of them.  I will not submit. Others are free to lay down their liberties like the sackless weanies so many in our culture have become. That’s freedom of choice. I don’t want to hear any whining later. You can cajole, and you can try to stigmatize me, but be careful. The moment you cross the line into attempted coercion or compulsion of any sort, I am likely to respond in kind. This is my life. You don’t get to walk all over it on the basis of your pretended “public health emergency,” or any other damnable excuse. You’re free to posit all the arguments you would like to make, but the moment you shift the conversation from persuasion to coercion, all bets are off.  In truth, I feel badly for all the poor fools who’ve already submitted and will submit yet again.  They’re scared, and that’s understandable to a degree, but at some point, if you are to be a sovereign human being, secure in your life, and liberties, there comes a moment when you must declare your unwillingness to submit. Joe Biden and his brigade of malevolent morons can advocate anything they like, but I will not be pushed. My answer is as sure as the sunrise, and I will defend it. The answer is “NO.”

No, I will not mask. I’m not wearing your face-diapers any longer. That’s over and done. I humored the nonsensical requirements for the first several months of this so-called “pandemic,” but I am not inclined to humor them further.  The evidence is in: Masks are ineffective. If you’re a terrified irrational, incapable of math, statistical analysis, or other form of investigatory inquiry, I no longer wish to salve your emotional incontinence.  Suck it up.  If you think you can compel me to mask, feel free to try.  I believe in the absolute right to self-defense against all trespasses against my right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Don’t send some poor government agent who will be inclined to follow orders to keep his or her job, but instead, have the guts to show up on your own behalf.  If you’re one of those government agents, you need to ask yourself if you think it’s worth it. You need to ask yourself whether following illegal, unconstitutional, immoral orders will later excuse you.  You need to ask yourself if these are the sorts of people for whom you’re willing to lay down your lives, needlessly.  These people aren’t defending anything.  I am.  If you wish to be the offensive strike-force of tyrants, just know that’s what you’ve chosen, and accept openly all that goes with it.

No, I will not be vaccinated with any of these fake vaccines.  They do not function like a standard vaccine, and their mechanism of operation has not been demonstrated to be safe or efficacious over the long run.  They haven’t been tested, and insufficient data exists to guarantee their safety.  More, the government has given the manufactures an exemption from liability.  This is why they’re covered by an Emergency Use Authorization.  There is nothing in the manner of their function that conveys actual immunity to COVID19 or anything else, at least over the long run.  Again, I refer you to the strong work of Dr. Richard Fleming. There are many possible adverse reactions and deaths associated with the vaccine, although they’re now scrambling to hide it.  I’m all about personal freedom, and adults are and should be free to pour as much poison into their bodies as they desire, but compulsion or coercion crosses the line.  In the case of minor children, parents are the “deciders” and I think any parent permitting their child to be injected with this garbage is a child-abuser.  It’s one thing to take a vaccine yourself, but it’s another to inject your child with it, having no knowledge of the long-run effects and potential death you might be inflicting.  Roll the dice with your own lives.  I will not accept a vaccine for myself.  I will defend myself vigorously against all attempts to compel or coerce me to take the vaccination.  I will not take a vaccine while I remain alive or until a satisfactory body of unadulterated, independent data convinces me otherwise, but no such body of data does or can exist for at least five to ten years. So long as I am capable of any form of resistance, I will defend myself against such aggression, and there is no form of resistance I will refrain from using should it become necessary to mount such a defense.

At this point, I want it plainly understood: Attempts to compel me to mask or vaccinate will be met with force in the name of self-defense.  I will not have violence enacted upon me or threatened against me in the name of your great reset, your depopulation schemes, your political power-plays, your profit-motives, or any other form of wet dream you might be contemplating, whomever you may be.  As Dan Bongino says, “Cutesy-time is over.”  You have a choice.  You can resist, submit, or try to lurk and watch from the sidelines.  You can join the tyrants who are trying to impose this.  The choice is yours, whatever you do, but the beginning of the end is at hand.  This will be resolved, one way or the other.  There will be no more hiding naked aggression behind a patronizing smile, and I am going to require you to the aggression into the daylight.  Your coercion requires my consent, but I do not give it.  If you wish to compel or force me, bring it.  Bring it all.  My answer remains a belligerent “NO!”

Your move.

New Social Media Site “GETTR” Launches to Compete With Twitter:

Saturday, July 3rd, 2021

Liberty’s New Torch in Social Media?

It had been reported recently that Trump associate Jason Miller had moved on to launch a new social media site. That site is GETTR, and while its official launch is Sunday, Independence Day, the 4th of July 2021, you can already sign up for an account there. You can even find me over there. The site certainly has a very familiar look and feel to Twitter, but I find the practice of calling posts simply “posts” much more sensible than concocting something like “tweets.” It’s also more honest. Does your average twitter user look like a bird anyway?

It will be interesting to see if this site is able to compete head-to-head with Twitter. As I said, they certainly have the right look and feel, but there are some differences. For instance, posts can be much longer, at 777 characters, which is nearly triple the permitted length of a “tweet” on the TwitNazi platform. Hopefully, we’ll soon see some indication of whether the new platform will be able to stand toe-to-toe with the Social Media giants, but it’s unclear what will be the significant distinction that will draw users to the new platform. Miller says that they won’t be de-platforming people due to their political views, and given the history of Twitter in effectively terrorizing conservatives, or anybody else who doesn’t comply with the compulsory narratives being pushed(vaccines, COVID, Hydroxychloroquine, Election fraud, and so on, to name a few,) that may be enough to steal a substantial number of users away. I’ll certainly be giving it a try.

In watching an interview with Miller on Bannon’s War Room, it seems like there’s a distinct commitment to free speech, but not to outright anarchy. Here’s a clip of the interview post on the WarRoom’s rumble account:

At present, there doesn’t seem to be a Direct Messaging function, but that may change in time. I’m certain that with the difficulties of putting up a new platform, GETTR probably wanted users to become familiar with the platform in a simplified form, and make sure basic functionality works as expected. If I were deploying a new platform, I’d certainly want to take a staged approach, and that seems prudent. It also makes sense to let users who get the word early come in and “beta test” the platform before the official launch. Nothing’s worse than launching a platform and having it collapse under the crush of new users and a code-base untested under actual real-world loading. Obamacare roll-out, anyone?

Here’s a quick capture of the page. You’ll notice immediately that the layout is very Twitter-like, with some differences:

There had been some early reports that President Donald J. Trump would be on the site, but so far, that hasn’t materialized. However, Don Trump Jr. is there, so the Trump family is represented on the platform. It will be interesting to see how this goes. So far, it looks pretty good, and to be blunt, I’m glad they’re sticking with things that are pretty widely accepted with users from the outset. Anything that makes it easier for users to learn and adopt the new platform is a smart strategy.

Bannon Wrecks Feckless Mitt Romney

Tuesday, June 29th, 2021

Stephen K. Bannon on War Room

If you’re not watching Stephen K. Bannon’s WarRoom on America’s Voice, you’re missing a critical daily update on important information for American patriots. On Monday, as is the habit on the show, they began with a “cold open” showing Al Gore and Mitt Romney, each deriding the efforts to get to the bottom of the 2020 elections, with Mitt Romney going on to criticize the “Big Lie” which is really the big truth: The Democrats, in collusion with dirtbag RINOs like Mitt Romney, conspired to steal the 2020 election in order to get rid of Trump.  Bannon’s crew played the clip of Romney, and then Bannon unloaded on “Mittens.” Indeed, he went after the whole rotten Romney clan.  If you haven’t seen it, it’s worth the watch, as Bannon goes into the sort of clean-up needed in the feckless Republican Party. Here’s the video, courtesy of Bannon’s Rumble channel:

(You can also catch the show on WarRoom.org, and what’s unique about the show is that it’s on from 10-Noon Eastern, and again from 5-6 Eastern, providing three hours of news, interviews, and information each weekday, and usually on Saturday also.)

Everything Bannon says in this video about Mitt Romney is correct.  He’s also correct about the fact that we, who actually tried in earnest to get Romney across the finish line in 2012, ought to remember how this guy is now sticking the shiv in our backs.

Brass Doorknobs

Brass Doorknob: Serving New Masters

If you’ve ever served in the military, you’ve probably encountered the sort of officer who winds up earning disdain from those under his command. It generally happens, if they weren’t this way from the outset, when they get close to making General. Other times, it happens when they wind up in staff positions in the Pentagon, and more frequently, when they come to be the Chief of Staff in their respective branches.  Ambition being what it is, one of the human frailties that often surfaces is the desire to maintain one’s position at any cost.  When you’re the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, you answer to the President. Yes, there’s a civilian Secretary of Defense, but that position also serves at the pleasure of the President.  Sometimes, with changes in administrations, Generals will swivel ideologically, like a doorknob, particularly if the opposing party has taken power.  In order to survive, they’ll do whatever their new masters demand, because their careers are more important to them than is the defense of the nation.  On Wednesday, current Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Mark Milley, testified before the House of Representatives.  To say his testimony was disgusting is to understate the matter.  General Milley is a bit older than I, but chances are he was a young Lieutenant when I was a young Private.  He was probably a Captain around the time I became a Corporal, and perhaps a Major by the time I was a Sergeant.  My point to you is that a man of his age and experience ought to know better, and his lengthy service ought to have afforded him the opportunity to learn all he needed to know, and fortified his integrity sufficiently to have been able to withstand whatever pressures he is currently enduring.  Instead, on Wednesday, his testimony before the US House of Representatives indicated that not only is he a “Brass Doorknob,” but he’s also an ignoramus.

Here’s a clip of the testimony, courtesy of the DailyCaller via Rumble:

His testimony indicated that he thinks the Army is beset by “White Rage.” I can’t imagine what’s creating such a thing, unless it’s the Army’s own policies. For decades, the Army has bent over backwards to accommodate people of all races; even during the years of my service in the 1980s, the Army used naked quotas in promotions, though they were hidden behind the machinations of the Department of the Army.  Later, these quotas came to encompass also female soldiers, and I suspect by now, there’s nary a subset of humans serving in the Army who isn’t afforded some sort of preferential treatment, unless they’re a straight, white male.  Those sorts of policies in an environment that should value solely the matters of service performance meeting or exceeding standards, and similar considerations of solely military importance, are almost certain to create friction once they become plainly visible.  I can’t speak to the post-Cold War Army from personal experience, but I can relate the impressions of others who’ve served since, and one of the things that becomes clear is that the Army no longer exists primarily to defend the nation or win its wars.  Instead, many soldiers now refer to it as the “Big Green Welfare Machine,” and it’s not an insignificant problem.  Many service-members quietly speak of the “woke” culture, quietly because they daren’t say so publicly, and this sentiment is expressed by men and women, be they black, Hispanic, Caucasian, or other.

Obviously, I can’t lay thirty years of history at the feet of General Milley, but there are things the General said that cause me serious heartburn. For instance, he claimed that the constitution says that African-Americans were counted as only “3/4ths” of a human. This is wrong on several counts. In the first place, the number in the constitution is 3/5ths. This number applied to all slaves – not “African-Americans,” and yes, there were plenty of people in the early United States who were slaves, but not of African heritage.  The purpose of the 3/5ths number was for the counting of heads in the census, for the sake of apportioning representation among the States. The fractional number was put forth by abolitionists, who wanted to get rid of slavery all together.  They wanted to use this in part as an inducement to end slavery in the slave states, by penalizing those states in Congressional representation. In effect, the men who put this clause in place did so with the intention of ending slavery, or at the very least, penalizing states for it. Slave states would necessarily have lesser representation in Congress because only free people counted as a whole person.  The fact that Milley doesn’t understand this means he doesn’t even understand the Constitution he’s sworn to defend, and that is beyond troubling. The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has demonstrated that he’s ignorant of the Constitution, and therefore, doesn’t even understand that the criticism of it that he implied by his statement is historically inaccurate and completely false.

Another remark he made seemed to have been aimed at the so-called “insurrectionists” of January 6th. It was his contention that he didn’t understand what would motivate people to attack the Capitol with the intention of overthrowing the constitution.  To my knowledge, no person involved at the Capitol, at least not the sincere MAGA folk there, had any intention of overthrowing the constitution. Instead, from my understanding, it was their intention to see to it that it was upheld.  Again, either Milley is simply ignorant, or he’s simply serving the new masters.  Either way, he’s unfit for command, but I’m sure those characteristics make him perfect for service in the Biden administration.

The other thing Milley does is to claim victimhood.  If you’ll notice, he plays the same game as others, like Fauci: “If you attack me, you’re attacking the institution.” Fauci claimed to attack him was to attack science.  Milley claims that to attack him is to attack the whole of the military, including general officers, non-commissioned officers, and enlisted.  This sort of package-deal victimhood nonsense doesn’t work with me, and nobody else should fall for it. In fact, when I see it, I take it as the calling-card of a charlatan.  This conduct from the nation’s highest-ranking military official is despicable.  He ought to be ashamed, and if he had any integrity at all, he’d tender his resignation now.  He has no business leading our armed services.  Not now. Not tomorrow, and at no time in the future.

If ever a Republican makes it into the White House again, that President must completely de-construct the military chain of command.  The eight years of Obama clearly left a scar on the services, and the Pentagon is populated by people who may serve a different master all together.  I’m sure there are good people there, as almost no place is uniformly and universally corrupt, but the fact that we have senior military leaders who are either completely ignorant or entirely lacking in integrity is a serious national crisis of leadership.  Former President Trump recently remarked that if the senior military leaders believed, as Joe Biden had asserted, that the greatest threat to the US is Climate change, that they all need to be fired.  I hope this turns out to have been a foreshadowing of things to come, because from what we saw of General Milley on Wednesday, and the Chief of Naval Operations last week, one can assuredly say that all of them need to go.

The FBI’s Attack on the Capitol

Fake Insurrections Need Fake Insurrectionists

On January the 6th, 2021, I published a post on the events in the Capitol. In my opinion, there was all the evidence in the world that the events of the day were being stage-managed by somebody as the means by which to set up MAGA/Conservatives.  To the extent that was the case, we now may conclude that among the people/institutions stage-managing the attack were the FBI.  The FBI had many confidential informants and probably agents who to varying degrees participated in the event, and may have helped to organize it.  Indeed, it’s increasingly clear that many of the so-called “insurrectionists” who fomented and incited the worst of the behavior at or in the Capitol were role-players.  All of this is being revealed by work being done by Darren Beattie at Revolver.News and reported on Tucker Carlson earlier this week. Here’s a clip from Carlson’s show:

The FBI was likely in on it. The FBI has been involved in other things too. We now know the FBI was in on the attack in Dallas in 2015.  As time goes on, we’re finding that this is the M.O. of the FBI more broadly.  Yesterday, Sundance over at TheConservativeTreehouse, rightly let loose with a criticism of the desire some have expressed for a “commission” to investigate all of this. The post is correct: We have lost our minds if we expect these people to police themselves.  A commission won’t do it. When has a commission ever revealed anything useful?  The Warren Commission?  The 9/11 Commission?  Even the Base Realignment and Closure Commission was intended to give politicians a measure of political cover.  The worst part in this case is, as Sundance points out:

“The Legislative Branch of the federal government is part of the Intelligence Community corruption.  The oversight “gang of eight” (pictured above), are enablers and participants in the corrupt endeavors that Carlson wants them to investigate.”

“The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) led by Chairman Adam Schiff, and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) led by Chairman Mark Warner, are part of the institutional corruption.  This is the problem, the core issue in the background, that too few people are recognizing as they begin to see the corruption within the intelligence community.  The legislative branch and the executive branch are working together; there is NO functioning oversight.”

This is the correct understanding of the problem we face. There is no chance to reform any of this with the current crowd in power, or, I would argue, even with the current “opposition.” Most of these people, if not all of them, are in on the plot.  This gets to the real nub of the issue.  If you wonder why they hated Trump so much, and why at any cost, he needed to go, it’s this: He wasn’t on the team.  He wasn’t on the payroll of the DeepState.  He’s not a member of the UniParty. Virtually everything elected Republicans have done since he won the nomination in 2016 had been designed to undermine him and sabotage him.  Everything the Democrats and the media have done since has been calculated likewise to destroy him. The response to COVID-19? That too was part of the playbook.

If you get to the bottom of January 6th, you get to a set of people.  If you get to the bottom of the ElectionCoup of 2020, you get to the same core set of people.  If you get to the bottom of COVID-19/SARS-CoV2, you get to the same core of people. ObamaGate/SpyGate? Same people. ImpeachmentHoax? Same people. No matter how far down into the manure-pile you dig, you always get to the same core of people.  This isn’t coincidental.

We’re under attack by deeply anti-American elements operating inside the American government with the full knowledge/cooperation of people at the tops of all branches of government.  Sundance rightly pointed out the legislative and executive branches, but it’s pretty clear to me given all we’ve seen with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and the behaviors of Chief Justice John Roberts in mal-administering the FISC that the judiciary is also mostly compromised.  They don’t care about your civil liberties, any notion of constitutional legitimacy, or any mechanism of the law in general except when they can exploit it to their virulently despicable purposes.  To make all of it more clear to you, so that you might finally understand what they’re willing to do, consider the reporting of WesternJournal.com in which they explain that the Biden Administration is now urging Americans to report on supposedly “radicalized” friends and family.

The Patriot Act and FISA are being used primarily against the American people.  Just as civil libertarians warned at the time of their original enactments and subsequent reauthorizations, these have become the weapon of the vast machinery of state against the American people.

This is not a game, and there’s no avoiding it. The time for choosing is coming. For all of us.

Doctor, My Eyes

Wednesday, June 9th, 2021

I love most of the doctors who’ve ever rendered care to me and mine in my times of need, whether routine check-ups or things of a more serious nature. Unfortunately, every doctor cannot be the most competent doctor in the practice, the clinic, or in the hospital. Not every surgeon can be the most skilled, talented medical artist. Not every person in any segment of the medical fields can be the most able in their specialty. Human skills and talents simply aren’t distributed that way. Unfortunately, neither is indispensable virtue of courage.  What this “pandemic” has taught me, perhaps more than anything, is that rather than being the people most trustworthy in my world, I now trust the medical profession only slightly more than politicians, reporters, and bureaucrats.  What the medical community has done over the last eighteen months is astonishingly scandalous.  Some people, like Dr. Anthony Fauci, at the upper echelons of the medical bureaucracy should go to jail for their misfeasance or malfeasance, but in the main, the biggest failure in the medical professions has been among the group we ought to have been able to trust above all others:  The doctors.  Physicians should have observed their Hippocratic oaths.  Doctors should have been the tempering speed-break that stilled the panic and gave reason in the midst of madness. A very few brave souls tried, but they were demolished for their efforts.  They were ostracized and silenced in social media, and in the media generally.  Those few gave a valiant effort, and they are to be commended.  If you’re looking for the assistance of a physician, seek one of them out, because only they dared tell the truth. This story isn’t about them, however, or the good works they performed.  It is about the failure of their brothers and sisters in medicine, who failed, who fell to their knees in supplication before the juggernaut, and bent science to the will of a political mob.  This is not a story about the brave few who stood against the storm, but instead, about the greater number of them who faded and faltered, betraying their patients in the greatest calamity every visited upon the field of public health in human history.  It has been a man-caused catastrophe.

For me, it began early on in the so-called pandemic.  I already had begun to fear that this was being exploited for political purposes.  I saw how the media was behaving, and I knew instinctively that there was something terribly wrong with the narrative we were being fed.  For one thing, the narrative kept changing.  For another, the recommendations seemed almost random at times, and they didn’t seem to comport with simple science and basic logic.   I, along with countless others, began to ask questions like: “Do we have an antibody test for this contagion?” Alternatively, “Do masks even work?”  “What good is social distancing?”  Then people began to research the PCR test, and it was discovered that the PCR test was likely to generate high false positive rates, maybe greater than ninety-five percent.  Even the Lancet admitted it was probably at least 50-75%.  Questions along this line were dismissed.  Hospitals began to shut down all “elective surgeries,” which isn’t merely face-lifts and so on as some people seem wrongly to believe. If you’re stable but waiting on some very serious surgeries, for very serious conditions, they can be rated as “elective” even though without them, eventually, the condition requiring the surgery may well kill you. Large numbers of hospital employees were furloughed. Whole wards were shut down. None of it made any damned sense. It was as if they were waiting for the wounded to come in from a terrible battle, but the terrible battle hadn’t happened.

Then people began to notice oddities in the reporting. People were being reported as COVID deaths, who died in hospice facilities. They were in the end stages of terrible cancers, and they were tested daily, sometimes many times daily for COVID, and even if the damned PCR test never did give a positive result, they’d get a doctor to “diagnose” it based on symptomology and call it a contributing factor in the inevitable deaths. One elderly gentleman who lived very near me pulled out in front of a tractor-trailer hauling a load of gravel on a 75mph highway. There wasn’t much left of his folded-up pickup truck, but they managed to swab his lifeless body and declare him dead of COVID. These stories happened all over. People who blew their brains out with shotguns were tested “positive” with PCR swabs and their deaths recorded as COVID deaths. People who fell off buildings were diagnosed as COVID deaths. In one recent “adjustment” to statistics, Alameda County California admitted it had at least 441 cases scored and counted as COVID deaths that most assuredly were not, reducing the county’s COVID death count by twenty-five percent!  This whole gruesome fraud went on, and in most places, is STILL happening. Where are our scientific professionals? Where are the doctors? Why weren’t they speaking-out?

Money is a powerful motivator, and it’s frequently seen at the root of many human failures of character. Often times, what we perceive as cowardice is only the sort of cowardice born of “fear of a loss of compensation.” For many people, that’s quite enough. Ladies and gentlemen, our medical doctors, for all their education, scientific training, and Hippocratic oaths, are just people, and they’re subject to the same foibles, flaws, and outright failings found in any other segment of our society. The problem is that most of us trust them, because they have the credentials, and they’re employed in hospitals and clinics, or they have their own practices, and we see them as the top of the food chain. Those in their own practices are certainly less subject to pressures of the corporate sorts, but not entirely. That in mind, remember that most of us see doctors employed in vast medical systems, corporate hospitals, and medicals systems.  The bigger the institution, the more prone they are to exhibiting these pressures on their employees, and even on their doctors. Even then-CDC Director Redfield admitted that there is a strong perverse incentive built into the system.

There isn’t a doctor among them who doesn’t know that a virus is many times smaller than the pores in those common masks, never mind the various cloth contraptions people sported throughout the course of the “pandemic.” Not one. In truth, if you want to know whether you can trust your doctor, next time you visit, ask him or her bluntly: “Does this mask I’m wearing provide any protection from airborne SARS-CoV2?” If they give you any other answer than “no,” you can know your doctor is lying. If they tell you something about “virus carried in exhaled particulates,” you might give them a pass if they specify a certain grade of mask, but you should press the issue: “Will this silly cloth mask I’m wearing protect me from inhaling a coronavirus floating around in the air in this room?” If they tell you “yes,” they’re lying to you. The reason for the lie is irrelevant. Whether it’s because they’ve bought the lies themselves, or because they’re following the company line, or because they’ve been squeezed into it by peers and social pressure, the particular motive matters not. All that matters is the net effect: They’ve told you an incredible lie.  I’m not telling you to have a confrontation with them.  Just accept their answer, and know that anything this doctor ever tells you, from that date forward, and probably any time in the past, must be considered as possible false information. You should definitely find another doctor who will not lie to you.  Since the scale of the failure of the medical profession has been so profound, you may have quite the chore before you. If you want to, you can always preface your question with an implicit warning: “Doctor, I need to ask you a question, and I suppose you could consider it a test of sorts, and your answer will remain between you and I alone:  Does this silly cloth mask I’m wearing afford me any real protection from airborne coronaviruses?” At least this way, the doctor will know from the outset that you expect perfect frankness within the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship. Whatever his or her answer, you’ll know what sort of doctor you have.

Here’s a quick youtube video to demonstrate the difference in scale among viruses, including COVID19, and the masks that allegedly impede them:

I realize there will be a large number of doctors who will spit and sputter in objection after reading what I’ve said here, but let me tell you something else: I don’t care. I’m entitled to my opinion, and by any estimation I’m able to make, any doctor who will participate in all the lies we’ve endured in the last eighteen months isn’t worth a puddle of pond-scum, never mind having the temerity to object to my calling them on it.  Yes, I fully understand the pressure they’re under, but I also expect them, of all people, to have the moral fortitude to reject and overcome the pressure.

Many of these same doctors are being pressured to get you to take one of the available vaccines. I will tell you how I answered one clinician recently:

“Will you and the hospital sign a release accepting all liability for any injury, death, disability, or disease I might suffer as a result of this vaccine you’re recommending?  No?  Then why do you recommend it?  You have your answer.”

You see, one of the principles in medicine is that you, the patient, have an absolute right to refuse treatment of any sort.  It’s also true that you have a right to expect that your doctor will prescribe treatments and medicines that will not cause you unnecessary harm, and no harm they didn’t warn you was a possibility first.  This is called “informed consent.” It’s not simply that you were permitted to choose whether or not to take the medicine/vaccine, but that you were given sufficient information to evaluate its relative safety or danger to your person.  The vaccines currently being used for COVID19 are all being used only under an Emergency Use Authorization, and are in fact only experimental vaccines.  Yes, you’re the proposed Guinea pigs.  I will not tell you what you should do about any vaccine.  You’re presumably adults and if you’re able to find your way to this website, I’m certain you’re able to research vaccines.  I will tell you that under no circumstances I can now foresee, will I be taking any of the vaccines currently offered as alleged preventatives against infections with SARS-CoV2, a.k.a COVID19, a.k.a. the FauciVirus. You do you.

I had always hoped that the medical profession was populated with people of amazing skills and talents and moral courage.  While there is undoubtedly no shortage of skill and talent, what I’ve learned over the last eighteen months is that the people in these fields are no less apt to fall prey to the same sorts of moral and ethical failings as anybody else.  The Hippocratic oath, if taken as seriously as intended, ought to imbue its professors with at least an elevated sense of the criticality of their honesty in dealing with patients, but as in so many other fields where a higher standard ought to be expected, the practitioners often fail to clear the bar.  What we have seen with some of the disclosures of the Fauci emails is that “science” is just a corruptible and corrupted as any endeavor into which greed and political power are introduced.  Peer-reviewed science has made a mortal blow to its own credibility, and just like with the Climate Change hogwash, what we find is that in pursuit of the research grant dollars, or for the approval of the mob, or for the sake of simply keeping one’s job, science is eminently corruptible.  What the last eighteen months ought to have made plain, to our disappointment and disgust, is that the medical profession is steered and swayed by these same forces, and always to the detriment of real medical science and honest patient care. Your lives and liberties were at stake, and in the main, to the largest extent, the medical profession failed you, and mostly because doctors would not stand on their feet, stick their chests out, harden their jaws, and take the punch, unyielding and unafraid.  This is another area in which we are going to need to force a clean-up, since at least to date, the profession at large has shown no such inclination.  It’s crushing.  It’s a little like discovering that the spouse you’ve loved and cherished for decades has been routinely stepping-out on you every week throughout the course of your whole marriage.  Some people I know trust their doctors more than their spouses.  It’s one more instance of betrayal in a year’s worth of them.  If you’re a physician, and you feel like this is aimed at you, maybe it is.

Editors Note: I realize that there are many people other than doctors in the medical sciences, but it is the doctor with the lab-coat and the stethoscope that has come to symbolize the profession, in large measure because they are the accepted, learned authorities in the field, and because it is upon their recommendations that we follow courses of care and medication. Nobody sets out to make an appointment to see a nurse, or an x-ray technician, or a phlebotomist. Those are generally people we interact with along the path to seeing, or after having seen a doctor. Pharmacists don’t write prescriptions. The whole of the medical field revolves around the physicians. It is in they who we place our trust and our lives. It is to they to whom we entrust our children’s care. It is they who should lead the way in cleaning this mess up, and it should start immediately.

I know there have been a number of good physicians who’ve stood against the tide. I know how they’ve suffered. Rather than endlessly listing all the doctors here who’ve failed you in the last eighteen months, I’d prefer that any such comments list only doctors who didn’t fail. I would prefer that if you’re going to name doctors in the comments here, you focus on those who stood and did the right thing, if you know any.

Whistling Past the Political Graveyard

Fighting Wars Already Lost

None of you will be surprised at today’s thesis.  This has been the regular theme in American politics for a long while, and it’s ever more disheartening to see. Last night, I attended a meeting of my local county Republican Party. A State Representative had been invited to speak on the current legislative agenda, and the things he is doing to advance Republican issues. After the first ten minutes, it became clear to me that he needs to go.  He’s a long-time “good ole boys” network guy, involved for decades in local, regional, and state politics, but it’s clear he has no stomach for the fight ahead.  I’m sure he’s a nice enough fellow, but right now, we don’t need “nice guys” but instead, we need fire-breathing dragons. Nothing is so disappointing as to see a lively crowd of local activists address questions to such a politician, and have him walk out of the room with the questions unanswered. More, and I think this was the more terrifying part, most of the questions were addressed to things he’s specifically raised during his talk, but left unaddressed were all the more critical issues now facing the country.  I’m glad he’s interested in cutting taxes and slowing the growth of government, but none of that matters right now.  Just like DC Republicans, this guy doesn’t see the crisis, in part because it doesn’t affect him, but in larger measure due to a sort of intrinsic cowardice built into his view of Republicanism. Here is a man who served honorably in the military both on active and inactive duty for decades, a helicopter pilot, but he’s closed his eyes to the battle raging all around him.  These are the people we must respectfully ask to step down, and then insist if necessary. They’re doing us no good, and in fact, by yielding the battlefield to the adversary, are effectively taking part in mass surrender.

The Texas State Representative seemed to avoid all cultural issues. Whatever his particular views on them, it was clear that he didn’t want to talk about immigration, abortion, cancel culture, or any of the non-economic issues confronting the people of Texas and more broadly, the American people.  It seemed to me that those issues were such that he either had contrary feelings on some of them, or that he thought those battles were not his to fight.  Ladies and gentlemen, those issues need our attention, but more generally, we need not cede any portion of the battlefield to the hard left that is now operating without restriction in our nation. He gave a lengthy, detailed talk about the upcoming redistricting, that will be tackled in special session later this year.  What he did not wish to address are any of the cultural issues that will underpin and drive the process.  It’s all well and good to explain what’s likely to happen given the political and demographic realities of the moment, but it would also be instructive to understand how we got to this place.  He seemed reluctant to comment, because once again, this would cross into areas of culture about which he is uncomfortable discussing.  We have no time for such people.  In a time of stability and relative calm, a party can tolerate some number of practical people who are concerned primarily with dollars and cents, to the exclusion of all other matters, but we are in a deepening political crisis that will call upon us all to step up or watch our nation perish.  Yes, it’s as bad as that.  No, the State Representative in question did not seem to perceive it, or if he did, he seemed content to fight to defend his tiny slice of the overall pie.  There was nothing new here.  Here we had another status quo politician trying to slow the growth of government, but also advocating for his own pet program (Rural broadband, in this case,) but in all ways that are important, entirely missing the plot.

The Republican Party must focus on just a handful of things at present, particularly in the legislative venues at our disposal.

  • Election Integrity
  • Limiting the authority of governments/officials during so-called “pandemics”
  • Breaking up the Social Media and Broadcast media ideological oligopoly
  • Throttling the education bureaucracy that is intentionally mis/dis-educating our children
  • Preserving our rights to defend ourselves and our communities, including our sovereignty as a nation

Listening to our State Representative last evening, I realized that he had no interest in any of these issues. None. These are the issues that will decide whether it’s even possible to have a Republican State Representative in this legislative district in the near-term future.  This man, and those like him, are whistling past the political graveyard.  There can be no future for Republicans, or specifically, conservatism, if we continue to pretend that we can still wave our hands around talking about tax cuts and making government more efficient even while the left is demolishing our ability to do anything whatever about it. Worse, it is laughable to talk about controlling the growth of government while essentially advocating for more government programs and dollars. The left is actively purging Republicans from polite society at an increasing rate, and while well-meaning fools run about talking about economic and financial issues, the left is undermining the whole of the economy on which any such notions are based. It does no good to tackle taxing issues when the left is printing money at record pace, creating the cruelest tax of them all: Inflation, as a precursor to economic collapse.

The Republican Party has many smart, dedicated people in it, but I think far too many are stuck in a paradigm that’s been dead and buried for some years. Our nation is being destroyed, and while it happened slowly at first, it has now accelerated to a state requiring a day-to-day assessment of our condition.  While I’m sure the State Representative to whom I listened last night probably means well, he’s not going to be very effective. If he’s not willing to pursue the handful of issues I’ve outlined above, we’re not going to make much headway on the basis of his efforts, irrespective of his sincerity.  Instead, this is a time for activism of another sort. To date, Republicans and conservatives have satisfied themselves with a vaguely contentious discussion about the size of government, but the left is only too happy to entertain that discussion since all the while, they’re cutting out the foundation on which such discussions are based. More, they’re growing government at such a colossal rate that there will soon be no room for the private sector. They’re intentionally crowding us out, while we leave the battleground on which that is occurring unguarded and largely uncontested.

Make no mistake: This is warfare still being conducted in the political sphere, but that will not persist indefinitely. We are rapidly coming to a point at which they will simply demand our outright, explicit surrender, and attached to the demand will be an unavoidable “Or else.” Now is not the time for retrenchment, and retreat. This is the time for bold political activism, because the flaws and fallacies in their arguments are obvious.  What we need is the will to fight.

At the end of last night’s meeting, after the guest speakers had departed, new Precinct Chairs were being inducted among other routine business. The party Chairman asked each of them, in turn, why they were seeking these positions. An elderly gentleman, seated not far behind me, explained in two words why he wanted to be a Precinct Chair:

“I’m scared…”

He went on to say that he is scared for the country. He’s scared for his children and grandchildren. He’s scared.  He didn’t shriek his words. He didn’t shout them, but neither did he whimper.  It was a matter-of-fact pronouncement of what every sensible person seated in that room already feels, and knows, in the pit of their stomachs each time they turn on the news. If you’re not scared, you’re a damned fool.  That State Representative, unwilling to address the elephants in that room, listed above, is a damned fool. He’s scared too, but for a different reason: He fears having to enter a battlefield on which he knows nothing about the combatants, the contested issues, and the cause of the fear expressed later by the new Precinct Chair.  It’s a battle he doesn’t know how to fight, and since he doesn’t, his practice has been to retreat into issues where he has better understanding and firmer footing for his advocacy.  The problem is that his fear, for whatever reasons, prohibit him from engaging in the battle we now have before us.  He might be a great warrior in a battle over economic and fiscal policy, but he clearly has a lacking of either the stomach or the standing for the all-out political and cultural war we now face.  They aren’t here to make peace with us. They’re here to wipe us out.

I would ask my fellow conservatives to attend meetings of their local Republican Party, learn the players, learn the mechanics of it all, and then seek a seat as a Precinct Chair/Committeeman (whatever they call it in your state.)  Dan Shultz of ThePrecinctProject Blog offers some insight here. Here’s a video of an interview by Steven K Bannon from his show “War Room:”

The State Funeral Rush Limbaugh Deserves

Thursday, February 18th, 2021

A Man, a Legend, a Way of Life

I was a young veteran with a family. Times were tough in the economy, and troops were deployed and deploying to the vast desert of the Arabian peninsula. I was working a temporary contract job on Fort Hood, Texas, in support of the troops training to augment that deployment. Saddam Hussein had been delivered an ultimatum: Withdraw from Kuwait or be expelled forcibly. Everybody was monitoring the news, and in the field supporting the troops with spare gear and equipment in a rented truck, I tuned that truck’s radio(that had only the AM band) to find the latest information. There was this guy on the radio playing parody songs and talking politics, and one of those songs was a take on “Barbara Ann” the lyrics having been re-written into Bomb Iraq. It was entertaining and informative, and I’d never heard anything like it. Rush Limbaugh was leading the nation to support our troops, to buoy morale of the American people, and Democrats were busy telling America that the war, if it came, would result in the slaughter of tens or hundreds of thousands of American soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines.

The Democrats saw this as a revival of the discord of Vietnam. Rush Limbaugh saw it differently: He believed American might would steamroll Hussein and his forces. The media was, as ever, taking(or advancing) the Democrats’ narrative. The war began, and for a month, the reports of airstrikes rolled on, the reports of Iraqi fighter jets fleeing to Iran mounted, and when the ground war commenced, it was over almost before one could catch up with the news. It was a stunning victory, and in those days I learned something that was contrary to what the media propaganda had told me: America was great, and this guy on the radio, Rush Limbaugh, had been exactly right. For this alone, for his boundless confidence in the American servicemembers, Rush Limbaugh deserved a great honor. In all the years since, in his tireless support of America, he not only earned our respect, but has earned an honor the official government will never bestow. Rush Limbaugh deserves a state funeral on par with an American President, because in so many ways, and for so many people, in all the days spanning the period from the end of the Reagan Presidency to the inauguration of Donald Trump, Limbaugh had been conservative America’s presidency-in-exile, giving voice to a vast swath of America that was in a constant state of siege and disparagement by the Washington DC elite.

I had been raised in a union Democrat home, but through my years in the Army, I had begun to question the orthodoxy. Rush used humor as a means to entertain the audience while delivering serious information. As Rush would say in various forms over the years, the critical heart of humor is truth: There must be universal truth in a thing for it to be funny to the audience, or they won’t “get it.” In those days, Rush had various impromptu “updates” of various sorts and topics, with various songs and parodies as the introductory themes. This was delicious humor, and to listen to somebody on the radio skewering the sacred cows of the leftist mob was particularly entertaining. As a young guy at the time, it was all quite appealing. Rush was ever the defender of America, and when Japanese Parliament Speaker Yoshio Sakurauchi in January 1992 called America’s workers “lazy,” Rush had a single-sentence answer, posed as a question:

“We build a damn fine bomb, don’t we?”

The left shrieked. The political class in Washington DC gnashed its collective teeth. How dare Limbaugh say such a thing? Rush had intimated that the atomic bombs dropped on Japan were the hallmark of American creativity and productiveness, but more broadly, that the “lazy” American worker Yoshio Sakurauchi had criticized had kicked Japan’s Imperial ass all over the Pacific after the cowardly sneak attack at Pearl Harbor. Rush was right again, and he defended America’s history and unique culture as the greatest in human history. Rush believed in American exceptionalism, and he was its unabashed advocate for all the years he was on the radio. This should have earned Rush a state funeral, because more than any other American, he believed in America and sung her praises, recognizing her warts, but knowing that America is great because at its heart, “the people who make the country work” are the salt of the Earth, and the people who go about making it great by the aggregation of their tens of millions of individual efforts.

In truth, we could go through most of the events of the last thirty years and show how Rush Limbaugh had been the voice of a nation, who offered a counter-argument to the mainstream media, and had served as a proxy for the President we would have elected had we been a more sane, rational country. The problem has always been the advancing elements of the hard left, and Rush was ever there to warn us about their latest tricks, traps, and subterfuges. He really was on the cutting edge of societal evolution, and he held up the nation when we needed a voice of calm and sanity.

He single-handedly saved the AM band on radio, He created the genre that is talk radio. Certainly, there had been talkshows on the radio before, but it was mostly a bunch of drivel or interview-based shows. Rush built it. Now we enjoy hundreds of talk-shows, the AM band is far bigger in terms of daily listenership, and the statistics are quite clear: Rush made our modern world, and before these combined-platform news and information shows began to proliferate, there was Rush 24/7. He set so many trends, and showed the way forward in an industry that had been dying.

Steve Bannon said that Rush had been a bridge from Reagan to Trump. This is self-evident, but there’s more to it than this. He understood something I had missed. I think many of us missed it on the conservative side. In 2016, many conservatives gravitated to the candidacy of Ted Cruz. I had become a bit annoyed by Rush, because it was clear to me that he favored Trump. Like many conservatives, I didn’t understand why. Cruz seemed to be a genuine conservative, and while Rush didn’t demean Cruz, Rush went as far as to say that he(Rush himself) had never really been a “movement conservative.” That seemed to fly in the face of what Rush had been telling us for the decades we’d been listening. To a degree, I felt a little betrayed.

In the end, I grudging voted for Trump like so many conservatives who might have preferred a more doctrinaire conservative candidate. It wasn’t until some time after Trump’s inauguration that I finally realized what Rush had meant, and what he’d been telling us. Ted Cruz, for all his conservative positions, is just another politician, just one more creature of Washington DC. Yes, he’s better than most, but in the main, he’s revolved around DC and the DC set for much of his career. He certainly has better instincts for the grass roots of the conservatives, but I think that owes to the fact that Cruz is amazingly smart. What Ted Cruz isn’t is what America needed more desperately: Somebody who could win.

What Rush saw in Trump now, belatedly, makes perfect sense once you recognize the real, central issue, which I’d missed at the time: There’s no point having a putatively conservative candidate who is part of the UniParty oligopoly that has failed us repeatedly since 1988. In Trump, Rush saw an outsider who loves his country, warts and all, and who may not be a doctrinaire conservative, but because he comes from a place of common sense, would govern functionally as a conservative. More importantly, Trump had nothing personal to gain from the Presidency, except perhaps satisfaction in saving and restoring America. For the entirety of his presidency, Donald Trump donated his entire presidential salary. All of it. His presidency should rightly be viewed as a colossal gift to the American people. If not for the media, we’d have known this.

Rush was right. Always two steps ahead of the media and the political intelligentsia, Rush intuitively understood his role in American politics and culture. Every day, millions hung on his words. Every day, millions tuned into his show, and he formed an anchor for most talk stations’ lineups, but also for America. Rush loved life. Rush brought a whole back-bench of under-studies to America. He elevated them. He elevated us all. When I look back over the thirty years since I first heard his voice, I realize just how much Rush gave to us all. Every day, year after year, he kept me abreast of most of the things that mattered. He told conservative America how to fight. He offered entertainment and wisdom. He gave valuable insights from a value base so fundamental to what America is, and has been. Whether I live another week or decade, I will miss Rush for all days of my life, like a friend or an older brother. “What would Rush say?” He made us all smarter, and he made America immeasurably greater. Of all the politicians who’ve enjoyed the honors of official Washington DC in passing, none of them, save perhaps Ronald Reagan, had meant as much to our country as Rush Limbaugh. If there were true justice, all flags across this nation would for a week be at half-mast, and the parades in honor of Rush would speak to the triumph of a great life and great man who lived and fought with all his love for a nation that had scarcely deserved him.

Newsmax Joins the Suppression Crew

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021

People need to see this stunning video of Newsmax treating Mike Lindell like garbage. I ditched FoxNews for this sort of thing. What makes Newsmax think they’re immune? I’m very glad I’ve been sticking to One America News. I always worried Newsmax was part of the “professional conservativing” establishment in DC. (Q: “What do you do for a living?”  A: “I conservative.”)

I’m adding this from Rumble, because I’ve had reports that the Youtube version of the video has been unavailable:

If this is how they treat Lindell, then you can imagine what they think of the rest of us. Newsmax just lost me. I don’t need cowardly news.

The Political Assassination of MAGA

Trial Behind Razor Wire – Capitol Remains Armed Camp for Unconstitutional Impeachment Trial

Next week, the United States Senate will take up the unconstitutional impeachment of a former office-holder. Their intention would seem to be to prohibit Donald Trump from holding political office again. While the impeachment itself is unconstitutional, the very punishment they seek is even more perverse. As bad as all of this is and seems, it’s also something still worse. The real object of this coming show trial is to permanently damage Donald J. Trump in the eyes of the world and the American people, and with him, all the people who have and continue to support him. This is a broad attack on political speech, and a despicable attempt to gin-up emotions against a former president with two purposes. The first is to simply and permanently politically damage him, since they strongly suspect they cannot get to the 67 vote threshold to convict him. The second is to defame his supporters as domestic terrorists and insurrectionists. It’s not merely about making sure that Trump is never foolish enough to seek office again, but to see to it that those who supported him will never have a political voice again. In part then, this is about the future of Donald Trump, but more critically, this is about the future of the country and how they intend to gain submission of a nation. This is a mass political assassination, of a President, and of 75 million(plus) Americans. While Trump will be named, you will be tried and convicted in absentia.

First, let us cover the technical facts. The constitution makes plain that an impeachment has two objects, and that they are not separable:

“Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States: but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment and punishment, according to law.” — US Const Art I., Section 3 (emphasis added in red)

I call your attention to the word “and.” This is not an either-or proposition. This is specifically a matter of one unified punishment for high crimes and misdemeanors, and the word “and” here means these two remedies (removal and prohibition from holding future offices) are inseparable. One cannot simply say “well, he’s out of office, so we’re just going to prohibit him from holding the office again.” It doesn’t work that way. The use of the word “and” in this context makes it plain.

Second, to the legitimacy of the whole procedure, consider the following:

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” — US Const Art II, Section 4 (emphasis added in red)

Who is the President? It is currently Joe Biden. Unless the Democrats wish to admit that they stole the election and that Donald J. Trump is still the legitimate President of the United States, it is impossible to impeach and remove Donald J. Trump from the Presidency because he is not the President. The United States has exactly one President at any one time. Therefore, nothing about this impeachment is constitutional, and that fact is why even Chief Justice Roberts, constitution-murderer that he is, recognizes that he cannot preside over the impeachment trial of a man who is no longer President.

Again, referring to the constitution:

“The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose, they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two thirds of the members present.” — US Const Art I, Section 3 (emphasis added in red)

The Democrats are arguing that Senator Leahy shall preside, and that this is okay since Trump is no longer President, but if Trump is no longer President, then they have no authority to impeach, try, or in any way molest private citizen Donald J. Trump.

This should be enough to understand why this whole procedure is and must be adjudged entirely unconstitutional. This is a legal, constitutional farce, and frankly, the people carrying this forward are acting as actual enemies of the United States.

This is the obvious answer to this entire hoax of an impeachment. What makes all of this dangerous, however, is what they are going to use this opportunity to do in the political realm. It is intended to divide the American people even more deeply, and to damn roughly one-half of the electorate as insurrectionists and terrorists, i.e., domestic enemies. The idea being advanced is that the people who carried out the debacle at the Capitol on January 6th were representative of seventy-five million(plus) Americans who support Donald Trump. The notion is to create such a hew and cry against Donald Trump that if ever he seeks office again, they will place first an obstacle of illegitimacy before him, and secondly, they will associate all those who would seek to again elect him as terrorists.

This is a danger far in excess of the perverse and wholly unconstitutional impeachment trial to be carried out next week. As bad as it is, and as constitutionally laughable as it may be, the trial will be used as a platform to try MAGA in absentia. You will not be defended. You will have no voice in the US Senate. Their presiding officer, Senator Patrick “Leaky” Leahy, will undoubtedly rule any arguments out of bounds. This will be a show trial of epic proportions, intended to defame and diminish you. This is about expunging Donald Trump from the history of the United States, and with him, all those who supported his election and presidency. Those who raised questions about the legitimacy of the completely fraudulent election of November 2020 will be adjudged as guilty of a form of treason, but without the ability to answer, refute, or in any way defend against the charge. There will be no manner by which you will be given a voice, and the handfull of RINOs who will support this exercise hate you just as much as they hate Donald Trump.

The only recourse remaining to you, having been silenced and squelched in social media, and having been derided and defamed in the so-called mainstream media will be to ring the phones and fill the inboxes of every US Senator, of either party, and to let them know that you will remember their conduct with this show trial and railroading of MAGA. That’s what this is, after all, and it’s intended to wipe you from the American political landscape. Joe Biden is not long for the presidency. His rapidly declining mental capacity is becoming dangerously apparent, and the media is having difficulty concealing it, so that I expect by late summer, or certainly by this time next year, Kamala Harris, a wholly unlikable political prostitute, will be thrust upon us as the President of the United States. The Democrat/DeepState program of wrecking the United States is resuming apace, and left unchallenged, we will absolutely lose our country. The political assassination of MAGA, both Trump and his supporters, is intended to eliminate the opposition when she runs for re-election in 2024, giving Democrats the ability to finalize the destruction. Welcome to the Great Reset.

MAGA 2021: Choosing the Road Ahead

Thursday, January 21st, 2021

Victory is the only choice

There is a time for choosing, and I’m going to lay it all out. The Republican party has done, as my friend and long time commenter “The Unit” asserts: Hit the eject button, rather than squeeze the trigger. This is why we nominated Trump to begin with: Spineless, ineffective, weaselly Republicans who would rather assume the position and take it rather than fight. Ladies and gentlemen, that’s what we have in our Republican Party, and like so many of you, I am inclined to simply wash my hands of them and let the Republican Party burn. It would be so satisfying. It would be wonderful to spit in their eyes and walk the Hell away. Who among us would not love to give Mitch McConnell the old double-barreled middle finger and tell him to shove off? While that would all be very satisfying, the satisfaction wouldn’t last as we will see the disaster these people will make of our country. That’s unacceptable, and while a third party is very enticing, there are problems with that approach. Let’s think very carefully about what we do next, make our decisions in the full knowledge of the costs, and then go do it. Talk is cheap, but the time for action has come. Let us choose our course knowing what offers any hope of success, and what is doomed to failure or worse. It’s our country, and it’s our party, so let us decide its disposition.  The 2022 primaries begin today.

The first option is the easiest of all: We can do nothing, but simply walk away in frustration and despair. That is the road to serfdom of a sort for which fools like AOC and Ilhan Omar only dare to dream. That road is littered with the wreckage of our lives, and the lives of our children and grandchildren. It will end with our country in squalor and destitute slavery to the Chinese Communist Party and their “elite” pet American politicians.  I find that to be a grotesquely unacceptable course. I will not be driven from politics. I will not be driven from the public square. I will not let these psychopathic lunatics turn my country into grist for their communist mill of death. I will not become another conforming slave, unwilling to state my opinions and principles to the knowing of the world. I can’t do that. I won’t do that. Neither should you.

The second option is to cast off the Republican Party, abandoning it to the losers and RINOs and NeverTrumpers. The idea would be to start a new party, a patriot party, a MAGA party, or some such thing that we could decide. That sounds great, but it’s been tried, and it never works. Why not? The answer is simple, and most of you already know it: The system is thoroughly rigged to make sure a third party will fail. First, the laws are established to favor the existing two parties. At the local, state, and federal levels, obstacles are placed in the way of new parties and non-party independent candidates that make it very difficult, in some cases virtually impossible, to circumvent the existing two-party oligopoly. While I would love to see that changed, the truth is that it will never be changed from outside the two-party system. They have it all stitched-up quite tightly, and they know it. That’s why they don’t mind when we get angry and go off in search of a third party. They know we can’t get around them in any significant way. Ross Perot discovered this with his ill-fated Reform Party. This is why Trump ran as a Republican, and not as a third-party candidate. His successes should be our guide, but so should his failures, and there were several. Dan Bongino did a great job explaining this in his reference to the ill-fated but much-recalled Bull Moose Party of Teddy Roosevelt. Here it is, from Rumble(Fast-forward to the 57:00 mark to get to the point directly):

The third option is perhaps the most difficult, but it’s also the only plausible way to accomplish what we actually want. It will require something to which many of us are not accustomed, and I am going to tell you the truth about it whether or not you wish to know it. The most probable method to achieve our desire is to create a new party within the Republican Party, but in a way that permits us to take over the machinery of the party from top to bottom. This is going to be difficult, butd if you actually want to do it, we’re going to have to get off our asses and do more than go to rallies. It’s going to require that we do what the Tea Party did, times ten. We’re going to need to start at the bottom, develop candidates, and take control of the party from the bottom, moving upward. What Trump did was a decapitation attack on the party, and it worked, but the problem is that he didn’t build the organization he needed to take it over from the bottom up. Getting people to rallies is great, because it get voters to polls, but that doesn’t give you control of the party at the local and state levels, which is where elections are won and lost.

Let me explain: Why did Trump lose* in 2020? They stole it. How did they steal it? Well, they used all the ordinary methods, but they got away with it. How did they get away with it? In the seven to ten locations most critical to their steal, they took control of the election law and machinery. They exploited weak, weaselly Republicans, like the Speaker of the House in Pennsylvania, the Governors and Secretaries of State in Arizona and Georgia, and a whole string of weak-kneed Republicans in the affected states. They also owned the States’ courts, either with outright leftists, or with a combination of leftists and  RINO Republicans. The biggest key to this election theft was not just pallets of ballots, and suitcases of ballots, but the legal chicanery that permitted them to occur. The mail-in fraud was the biggest part of their theft, using the lack of signature verification, the curing of ballots, and all the rest of the rigged laws and dicta. This permitted them to simply rubber-stamp fraudulent ballots in a massive way. Having a few well-placed dirtbags in Republican drag was indispensable. Mitch McConnell assisted the steal, as did any number of other establishment Republicans. They wanted Trump gone. Without loyal Trumpists at the local-level and state-level providing a safeguard of the law, there was no backstop. Yes, he got more legitimate votes than Joe Biden, but as you know too well by now, the issue comes down to Stalin’s line about who counts the vote rather than who casts them. In this case, however, it came down to the more fundamental question about under which conditions ballots could be cast and subsequently counted and validated. Yes, of course they stole this election, and it’s as plain as the nose on your face, but left without the ability to prove it, the audit trail having been effectively(or in some cases literally) erased, there is no remaining way to prove it in a timeframe that won’t make the argument all but moot. It was almost the perfect crime, inasmuch as while it might be able to be proven in some substantial instances at this late date, do you think there’s any way to reverse the election after the new President is inaugurated?

The only way this is ever fixed, if ever, is to seize control of one of the parties and reform it from the bottom up. Part of me, the vengeful part, wants almost to go after the Democrat Party, take it over, and wreck it, and turn it into our party. Can you imagine a Democrat party in which AOC is an outcast? Can you imagine a Democrat Party in which the likes of Chuck Schumer is a marginalized nutjob who can’t win a primary? Wouldn’t that be glorious? Okay, enough of the fantasy. Time to get back to work. Let’s start this way, if you’re serious. I want you to find out who runs the Republican Party in your county. I want you to find out who is on their committees. I want you to show up at the next meeting. Sit quietly and watch what goes on. Learn how they operate. Get together with others. Wear some item of significance to show others of like mind who you are. Become insurgents at the local level, and take over the local party. To do this is not easy, but it’s also not impossible. Once you do this, begin cultivating local candidates, and start working toward putting forward State Representatives and Senators. Take over city councils and school boards. Take over the State Party. Take over the legislature. Rid yourselves of RINO governors. While you’re at it, work to reform laws so that third parties can get a start, so that if your progeny ever find themselves in a similar situation, they have a path to a viable third party. I want you to notice that in just four years, the Tea Party was able to field candidates and drive the agenda of the Republican Party. The problem is that they permitted themselves to be isolated and ultimately marginalized. If you tackle this, in order to avoid that kind of separation, you’ll need to avoid the labels the establishment folk and media will try to assign you. You need to insist, since it’s true, that you represent the mainstream of the Republican Party. In fact, that ought to be your label, if you take one at all: We are the mainstream Republicans. Full stop. It’s our party, and we own it, fund it, and supply the vast majority of the votes for its candidates. It’s time for us to run it.

The problem we face is that the existing two parties are thoroughly corrupt. They’ve formed a sort of oligopoly in which you can do business with one, or the other, but you must pick one or suffer the consequences. While you’re working to wrest control of local and state party organs, keep an eye on the Federal stooges. They’ll be up to no good, looking to consort with the left any chance they get. Why? Because that’s how they maintain their power in DC. That’s how they get along. That’s how they keep getting re-elected. We need to purge these RINOs from the party. We need to impel these people to fight to the degree we can, because we’re in for one Hell of a couple of terms. We’re going to need to start now. The primaries will already be going for Congressional and State elections this time next year. We need to be thinking now about the primaries in 2021. This is a good first opportunity to test our mettle.  You can walk away in dejection and despair, or you can stand to fight.  If you stand to fight, you must decide whether you will vest your efforts in an almost hopelessly implausible effort to create a third political party, or whether you will simply take over the machinery that already exists. I’ve given this a great deal of thought, and although part of me screams that we’ve been here before, and it’s hard, the truth is that forming another party and making it electorally viable on the Presidential stage is not something likely to be achieved in my lifetime.  I have always voted Republican, and I’ve always funded its causes and candidates. That makes me an owner in this enterprise, and I fully intend to exercise my rightful control. I fervently hope you will join me. It’s time for you non-party independents to join in too. The truth is that you voted with us for the same reasons, and that means you tend to share our values. It’s time now to stand for them, before we lose it all.

MAGA!

DC Lockdown: Securing the Coup

Tuesday, January 19th, 2021

The First Order of Business

In any successful coup d’etat, the first rule is to secure it. Once the coup-plotters have successfully wrested control of a government, their first exigency is always to stabilize the coup, making it irreversible, followed by a rapid consolidation of power. What you’re witnessing in Washington DC is precisely that. The radical globalists, in the USA represented by the Democrats and a throng of Republican collaborators, is now out to secure their victory.  They succeeded in stealing the 2020 election from Donald Trump, and they’re on the cusp of fully taking power. The show of force in Washington DC is all about making a show that will frighten away any who foolishly conceive of some effort to undo it.  They’ve already introduced legislation to make the new walls and barriers permanent, as they scramble to turn the DC capitol into the visible demonstration of their power. They need to appear invincible, but one of the things they’re likely observing is Sun Tzu’s dictum to “Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak.” Their coup is fragile, and they know it. One bad meme, one unexpected push in the wrong direction, and the whole thing will come undone in the eyes of the public. This is all about enforcing an image and narrative of inevitability and invincibility, because their legitimacy is so thoroughly in question. The media, another organ of the coup-plotters, is only too anxious to help portray this image. They too are on the ragged edge, because all the world knows or ought to know that the media is entirely fake.  Everything you’re seeing in media is aimed at securing the coup and consolidating its power.

Joe Biden is likely barely aware of anything. That’s not his role. He’s a figurehead and a fake. The people running him, Obama et al, are busy concocting the most absurdly vicious administration in US history. Staffed with professional liars and BigTech executives, the whole administration is being engineered to carry out a giant fraud. This is because their entire bogus campaign, barely a campaign at all, was comprised of disinformation, propaganda, and a never-ending attack on Donald Trump.  Expect this to continue.  Donald Trump will still be the bogeyman, only now, it will be a blame game. Everything they do will be blamed on Trump and his administration, despite the fact that Trump’s accomplishments were remarkable. None of that will matter once these demons take over the reins of power. Instead, you’ll be told how horrible Trump had been. They’ll tell you he’d been ineffective or incompetent, or even malevolent when it suits their purposes. While some of that happens in most administrations, in this one, it will be taken to a new level previously unknown and unimaginable. That is because Donald Trump accomplished many good things for the American people, and the Obiden administration will be taking a wrecking ball to all of it.

They will focus on maintaining the air of invulnerability, as they hope time will make people simply accept their legitimacy. In a sense, they hope with each passing day, the reality of Obiden’s presidency will reinforce itself.  First, some will simply shrug and accept it and try to move on with life in whatever way they’re able, and over time, they will shut down and deplatform any one who says otherwise.  They will not, as you’ve seen, allow for any more questioning of the legitimacy of the election, while at least 8 in 10 Republicans and 4 in 10 independents believe the election was stolen, corrupt, Worse, some number of Democrats, mostly biting their tongues, also believe that the election was stolen. This means that at the margins at least, the theft was so obvious that even some of their own number can’t un-see the evidence. This is why even at this late date, it’s being reported in the press(consider source) that Barr told the President that election theft was Bullsh…” They’re trying to bury it, and they’re trying to legitimize Obiden.

Part of consolidating power is what will be made of Barr’s interview on ITV. This is because to truly consolidate their coup, they must take Trump out. In this case, what they intend to do is to make sure Trump can never hold office again, and they’re going to use an unconstitutional impeachment trial in the Senate. That’s the purpose of the Barr interview. I, along with many of my readers, had serious reservations about the “swampiness” of Bill Barr, and since the election, he’s substantiated that concern. You can also look to the pressure being placed on social media tyrants to become more tyrannical in their stifling of conservatives, and particularly any talk about the legitimacy of the 2020 election. They’re demolishing conservatives, and any pro-Trump voices for a purpose, and they’re being driven by the left toward further attacks. This consolidation will continue apace, as they intend to wipe out all dissent. There can be no voices in media anywhere. They’re going after podcasters, and even talk radio. At every turn, the object is to shut down any further questioning of the elections of 2020.

Obiden can’t have a successful return to the Obama policies if his legitimacy is in question. Now, all efforts are being placed into the drive to cancel any such questioners. The American people, though, know what they know, and these efforts may shut down the public discussion, but they won’t silence what reverberates in the minds of the American people. Get ready. Know what you’re seeing. This is exactly how any coup d’etat behaves, because it must. The legitimacy is always in question, and ending those questions is key to securing the coup. The populace must be made to accept the legitimacy, and that requires eliminating all questions and/or questioners.

Editor’s Note: Yes, I’m using the term “Obiden,” in part as recognition that this is an entirely fake presidency, but mainly that Obama is largely directing it from behind the scenes. Joe Biden is incapable of being President of the United States. His only role was to be an eligible non-corpse they could put atop the ticket as a placeholder. Right now, your best source for information is Steve Bannon’s War Room, broadcast on America’s Voice from 10am-Noon and 5pm-6pm(EST). You can also catch it on Rumble.

Joe Biden: The Fake President

Fake President: The Man is Fake but the Power is Real

Sadly, it appears that unless Nature or Nature’s God intervenes, Joe Biden will be inaugurated the 46th President of the United States. He’s bringing with him a truckload of Obama and Clinton administration retreads, some of whom are the most despicable characters.  All of this is possible only because the Democrats were able to successfully steal their way into the White House by corrupting the election laws in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and probably others too. Without these perversions of election law, their mail-in ballot scam wouldn’t have been possible, and Joe Biden would now be preparing to watch the second inauguration of Donald Trump, but there’s more to all this than just the naked election theft. Seventy-five million Americans know they’ve been thoroughly cheated, and no small number of independents and conservative Democrats are among that number. Joe Biden knows, as do all those in his circle, that this will be the most tenuous presidency in history, in part owing to his own declining fitness for the office, but also to the fact that roughly half or more of the electorate knows he didn’t earn it. Just like they’ve built a counterfeit America with which to baffle and bamboozle you, now they shall cap it all off with their crowning achievement: A Fake President.

Of course he’ll be vested with the powers of the presidency, but don’t think for one moment that they’ll actually let him wield them.  Instead, the actions of the Biden administration will be decided in a sort of committee of BigTech oligarchs, political hacks, and of course, the Obama directives, originating from on high with the blessings of George Soros and the rest of the Great Reset coup-plotters.  Yes, this is Barack Obama’s third term, after a fashion, and it will continue the weaponization of the law against all of their selected enemies.  Blue collar? Enemy. Republican? Enemy. Conservative? Enemy. Vaguely populist activist? Enemy. Actual journalist(an admittedly rare commodity?) Enemy. Trump? Voodoo doll standing in as the effigy for their enemies. Small business owner? Enemies. Red states? Enemies. Their enemies list is consistent. They hate anybody opposed to their agenda, and they’re going to be using all the instrumentalities of government to demolish them. They’ve recruited BigTech, BigBank, BigMedia, and BigScreen along with BigEducation and BigLabor to carry out their war against you.

After promising to be a President for all Americans, Biden has already abandoned that rhetoric in favor of condemning all Trump supporters as Nazis and racists. Naturally, there’s more to his fakery than mere campaign rhetoric. Enter Biden’s Fake First Family. Here is a rogue’s gallery of frauds, cheat, thieves, liars, hucksters and perverts that the media has worked overtime to conceal from your eyes. First, there’s his wife Jill, who was previously married to Joe Biden’s friend, who for the sake of power was willing to cheat on her then-husband and also later lead increasingly demented Joe around like a child. She’ll do anything for power, and her attachment to being called “Doctor” is just one more piece of the falsity rampaging in this family. She was awarded a Doctor of Education in Education Leadership from the University of Delaware, which means it’s just so much gobbledygook. It’s another of those fake credentials invented to impress on one’s resume, but gives no evidence of any useful skill, and does not, in my view, earn the title of address: “Doctor.” Based on television interviews to date, it’s apparent that she’s as vacuous as Joe himself, and her earlier moral failings don’t seem to support all of the reverence with which the media lavishes her.

Then there’s James Biden. From all available reports, this guy is a life-long grifter. Then there’s the son, Hunter with his drug addictions, his fraud, his global grifting schemes, and all the rest. Then there’s his preference for pornography, including images of children. The whole family is corrupt, and it’s like a Mafia operation. For the last decade or more, the FBI has been burying the evidence of this man and his family’s ribald corruption and criminal activity. More, Barack Obama has been using Joe Biden as a sock-puppet. There is nothing real about this Biden Presidency except for the power it will wield. That will be a terror upon the American people, out of scale and proportion to anything we’ve ever seen. As they are hurriedly turning Washington DC into an armed camp to install this fake presidency, you are losing your nation.

Thugs funded by Soros are making plans to attack Americans at these inauguration week events.

They are going to carry out more “false flag” operations of the sort we saw on January 6th at the Capitol. You may have noticed, as they turn the nation’s capital into this “Green Zone” that they’re erecting walls and fences. Finally then, an admission to what we’ve known for a long time: Walls work! Of course, now they’re to be aimed at you. The militarization of the capital should be the final evidence you need to know that this fake presidency is being created, inaugurated, and will be maintained by force, since the consent of the governed was never a consideration.

All Americans should steer clear of this and other events around the country before and during the national calamity that is this phony presidency. You must not put yourselves or your families in harm’s way because the soldiers are armed, and their weapons are loaded, and they have rules of engagement more lethal than any the Obama era DOD ever permitted in Afghanistan. At the first sign of trouble, they will unleash Hell upon American citizens, and they mean it. STAY AWAY! Don’t go near this travesty disguised as an inauguration. It bears no actual resemblance to an American inaugural celebration, but instead to the installation of a foreign puppet over a vanquished, occupied nation. That is what it is, in fact.

Worse is coming. Even now, they are planning to create more COVID faux crises, and I expect to finally hear about what Arch-Bishop Vigano termed COVID-21. That’s right, they’re going to COVID us to death:

Meanwhile, the State Department has released information indicating what we’ve known for some time: COVID was an engineered creation of the Wuhan Lab.

BigTech is fulfilling its role as a firewall against “dangerous thought, information, and opinion.” They banned journalist Raheem Kassam of The National Pulse and Steve Bannon’s War Room, all in an effort to prevent him from expressing dangerous thoughts. They banned him from Twitter for the tweet below:

You didn’t elect Joe Biden. America didn’t elect him. He was foisted upon us, but his powers will be real, no matter how illegitimate was his “election.” With Joe Biden will come the advent of Counterfeit America, a communist regime in which speech is throttled or banned, BigTech dominates your choices and existence, and your political expressions will be used to confine and punish you. If “war is Hell,” then welcome to Dante’s inferno, because this war is against you, and you will submit to the fake president, this totem named Joe Biden, as the puppet-masters animate him to the delight of the elite.

Impeaching America: The Vengeance War Against You

Political Crucifixion Aimed At Trump Supporters

As I write, the House of Representatives is debating the second impeachment of President Trump, but the matter is deeper than this. Yes, they’re using the concocted justification that he’s being impeached for inciting an insurrection, or some such hogwash, but the truth is that President Trump is to be martyred in our name, in the manner that Jesus was persecuted and ultimately crucified for the sins of man. I am not comparing Donald Trump to Jesus, but the process by which he is being persecuted, prosecuted and punished serves the same purpose, and in the same way that Christians came to understand that Jesus has been the sacrificial lamb who was crucified on their behalf, you should know that the left now persecuting Donald Trump will not be sated with his demise. Instead, they will be coming for you as well. They already are. What do you think the entire BigTech Cyber Coup is about? Do you think that it’s about Donald Trump? Do you think any of this is about Donald Trump? Don’t be foolish. This is about their desire for vengeance against you. Donald Trump is just their voodoo doll. The pins with which they’re sticking him are intended to rend your hearts. The liberties they take from him in the clear, writ large, are being repeated hundreds of thousands of times over in your own social media accounts, at your jobs, your banks, and all the rest. They’re using Donald Trump as the totem, but you’re the object.

Another similarity to the crucifixion of Jesus lies in this: Jesus was guiltless. Similarly, President Trump has no guilt for inciting anything. In fact, it’s not entirely clear that it was possible for him to have incited a riot that actually had commenced before his speech had concluded. All of his words indicated he wanted peaceful protest. He wanted people to cheer for the Congressmen and women who were upholding the interests of the electorate. More than this, however, the truth is that after five years of accusations of every sort hurled at him, he’s never been found guilty of anything except being a loud and vulgar man at various times in his life.

Again, Donald Trump is not Jesus, or anything like him in person or mindset, obviously, but that’s not the point: This is the same process. Jesus was crucified not merely to punish Jesus, but to scare away his adherents. In the same way, this purge is being launched to punish Trump’s supporters. They’re trying to punish Trump supporters for our beliefs.  If this were simply about punishing Trump, that’s what they’d do, and leave it there.  Instead, we are seeing a culture-wide attack on Trump, his supporters and surrogates, all with the notion of separating him from them in such a way that America First, Make America Great Again, and any remnant of his movement are demolished. This is a war. It’s not a war about Trump, but a war against you. Understand that Donald Trump is being martyred(politically only, for now,) as a warning to you.

They want to strip his future secret service protection from him. That’s intended to make a real martyr of him.

This is no time for Americans to remain silent. It is not time to behave as Peter before the rooster crowed.  You must let all of Washington DC hear you, and hear you now. After they’ve had their way with Trump, they’ll be coming for you. It’s time for this vengeance war to end now, and that means putting an end to this political crucifixion. That will only be done with your loud and unrelenting voice. Violence will only further their fervor. You must make yourselves heard.

Amazon Hit-and-Run: Bezos’ BigTech Bigots Kick Parler Off Platform

Free Speech Hit-and-Run

Effective at midnight Sunday, Amazon is kicking Parler.com off of their hosting platform. From John Matze, founder and CEO of Parler:

Statement by Parler CEO John Matze

I don’t care what anybody says: This crosses a big bright red line. I want all of you small companies, local governments, and everybody else out there to understand what’s happening, and also to understand that THIS COULD BE YOU. I know lots of small businesses that use Amazon’s web-hosting services, and it’s always a bad idea. One of the technical problems we’ve seen is that they’re subject to move your server all over the place, changing your website’s IP address, and relying upon DNS updates(which take time to propagate) and they don’t care if your website or service is down for a while as they juggle things around within or among their server farms. I’d urge everybody who uses Amazon hosting to abandon them, and fast. Imagine if you’ve got some critical application you’re hosting for your business in Amazon’s cloud. What happens when Amazon gets mad at you? What happens when they decide THEY want to sell whatever product/service you’re currently selling, and they simply poach your data, and your customer lists? Jeff Bezos is infamous for running a predatory outfit, but this is just on the hosting side. I know Amazon is convenient. That said, I’m done with them. As of today, I’m not buying a pack of Twinkies from that jerk-off. I don’t care if he’s the last Hostess outlet on the planet. Abandon Amazon. The only power we have is as consumers and entrepreneurs is to walk with our cash. That’s it. Amazon Prime? Gone. Fire? Gone. I don’t care about any of these jerks. They don’t sell anything I can’t live without, and happily. Government may not do a freaking thing about these tyrants, but WE CAN.

Parler anticipates being down up to a week as they build out their own server farm. To be honest, I don’t know why they didn’t anticipate this, but then again, who expects a corporation to act like the Soviet Union? I DO. In 2008, we learned some banks had become “too big to fail.” What we should learn now is that some corporations have become too big for their britches. It’s time to be the economic iceberg that sinks some of these Titanics.

Representative Admits Insiders May Have Invited Protesters Into Capitol

Blabbermouth Lets Cat Out of Bag

This is what I’ve been reporting since Wednesday, when it became readily apparent based on available videos that Capitol Police seemed to invite protesters into the Capitol. This doesn’t excuse anybody who made entry elsewhere or broke windows and other forms of hooliganism, but this seems to go a long way in explaining why so many people may have gone into the Capitol, unthinkingly following the herd, and unaware they were doing anything wrong or that they shouldn’t have been there. If they went to the door of a government building, and police officers open the door to let them in, have they knowingly done something illegal? See the whole report here at JustTheNews. According to this report, Congresswoman Debbie “Blabbermouth” Wasserman-Schultz(D-FL) said:

“Then we also have to make sure that we answer the questions about how some of the things that happened on Wednesday could have happened without there being inside assistance because I hate to say that, I pray to God that is not what happened, but there were some actions taken that you can’t just imagine how they happened without some kind of permissiveness occurring.”

This tends to mitigate much of this “angry mob” narrative, doesn’t it? I can’t imagine how this happens without somebody high up in the Capitol Hill police force knowing it, authorizing it, and telling officers to facilitate it. That fact should immediately put egg on the faces of everybody from Nancy Pelosi to Mitch McConnell to the mainstream media, not to mention the throng of leftists calling all Trump supporters “domestic terrorists” and other such nonsense. More, this tends to shoot a giant hole in the entire “incitement” narrative being hurled at President Trump. In the video below, posted on Twitter, it appears that protesters were invited and ushered inside by Capitol Police. This same thing may have occurred at multiple entrances. Certainly, we need to know who ordered this effective stand-down and breach of security by Capitol Police, and motives need to be immediately investigated.

One More DC Dirt-Bag

I never advocate violence on this site, even when these scumbags in DC really anger me. Given the way the Republican Party has treated Donald Trump over the last four years, misrepresenting us, betraying us, and otherwise sabotaging the President we elected, they should never be permitted to walk down the streets without being shamed for the dirtbags they are. None of them. All of these dirtbag insiders now abandoning the President and otherwise continuing this coup against Donald Trump that’s never stopped over the course of four years, and has always had the nodding support of the Republican establishment must find themselves dealt with by us in a non-violent but aggressively loud manner wherever they go. This goes back to McCain calling the Tea Party “Hobbits” and all the other contempt the McConnell crowd offered to citizens rising up to complain. This includes the consultancy and think-tank class with their bottomless pit of haughty, smarmy, dripping revulsion at we “Deplorables.”

This isn’t about Donald Trump. I have some things to say about him that I will get to in due course, but not now. I’m not going to abandon the man on the field while all of these closet corrupto-crats go scurrying off the ship, damning him as they go. No sir. Instead, from here on out, I’m going to give them the just recognition they deserve, to the extent they deserve it.

That’s almost every Republican in the US Senate, most of the Republican Governors(with just a few noteworthy exception already well-known to you,) and a goodly proportion of the Republicans in the House. There are also all the members of the Federal judiciary who failed to uphold the constitution, many of whom we fought to see seated, who must be similarly treated. This must never end, so long as they remain in office/power. Here is this despicable weasel, Lindsey Graham(R-SC,) escorted by a squad of police for whom WE PAY while mostly blissfully ignoring the protests blooming around him(Explicit Language):

https://twitter.com/iheartmindy/status/1347616155394043904

Can anybody tell me why Twitter feels obliged to slap these stupid, dishonest warnings on tweets? At this point, it’s like a CLICK MAGNET.

Of course, this says nothing of our overt enemies. Their time to face our contempt and derision is nigh, too.

It also includes all the media bastards, all of the various local officials, and from this day forward, none of these people need to be able to walk down the street without scorn and derision loudly heaped upon them.

These people think we’ll back down. That’s NOT happening.

To buttress that point, Mr. L(Explicit Language):

Has Andrew McCarthy Lost His Mind?

Friday, January 8th, 2021

This NeverTrumper never seems to tire of putting the most absurdly anti-Trump spin on every issue, always finding fault with President Trump, even when Donald Trump is the obvious victim of clear crimes, as he was in the entire Russia hoax. In this case, he’s gone over the edge in his NeverTrumping that there’s frankly never a time when any person ought to offer me anything this guy has to say as some sort of valid opinion. He may be a former federal prosecutor, but I remind myself that he worked at the Southern District of New York, and that in the last few years, that office has seemed to have been overrun by leftists and NeverTrumpers, such that it’s clear that no justice is to be had there, whatever it may say over the door. Here is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever seen one of these NeverTrumpers tweet:

After this, there’s nothing Andrew McCarthy can ever say that I will view with anything but contempt.

Unarmed, Apparently Non-Violent, Ashli Babbit Killed

Friday, January 8th, 2021

Why Was She Killed?

There is no explanation of the video below that would seem able to make this a necessary shooting, and I’m hardly alone in that assessment. She shouldn’t have been there, and was violating the law, but looking at the situation in its totality, I don’t know how this can be justified.  I want to know the identity of the shooter.  I want to see this investigated just like every other police-involved shooting.  There’s something “off” here.  I’m trying to imagine how this shooting is justifiable. I want to understand the thinking of the shooter at the time of the event. I want to know what his frame of mind and frame of reference was when he pulled the trigger.  She doesn’t appear to be an immediate threat to anybody in the video clip below. There were officers right behind her, and she appeared not to be posing a threat to them, and in fact had her back to them, so I don’t understand the necessity of shooting her. What threat did she pose that required lethal force?  Who is the shooter? Again, it’s a given that she shouldn’t have been there, but this doesn’t seem like a justifiable shooting. It doesn’t. Whose life was she threatening? I don’t get it. If the justification of lethal force is only to thwart lethal or potentially lethal threats, on its face, she didn’t seem to have been one.

I also notice that the shooter seemed to have been in plain clothes. Was he part of a protective detail?  Did Babbit unknowingly get too close to a protected person? We know the US Secret Service evacuated Vice President Mike Pence(R) and Speaker Nancy Pelosi(D-CA) from their respective chambers.  I realize there could have been something I haven’t seen, and the footage below is a very short video clip, but this doesn’t look to have been necessary. It’s also not apparently an accidental discharge. The shooter seems to size up the target, aim, and fire.  Her life was poached with clear intent, and I’m going to need to see the justification for this. Once again, yes, we all know she shouldn’t have been there. Does her mere presence justify her killing? If it does, then when Code Pink commandeered a hearing room to protest Rex Tillerson’s nomination, should they have been gunned-down? And what of the Republican Congressmen who stormed a secure chamber? Theoretically, they shouldn’t have been there either. Were they supposed to be gunned-down for their actions? I’m asking those Congressmen: Was this justified? Since it seems evident that they’re trying to bury all of this, I’d suggest that Trump appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the whole incident and punish all those who are guilty, either of violence on the part of protesters, or any other bad actors in this affair. We need to know the chronologically organized details of who did what, and when. If she got too close to a protectee of the Secret Service, she may have unknowingly forfeited her own life by attempting to climb through. Even if that’s so, we still need the details. There needs to be an investigation and explanation to the public for the death of 35 year-old Ashil Babbit. Transparency is a must. Otherwise, this is like Tiananmen Square.

I’m also tired of the contention that this was the worst penetration of a federal facility since the British burned the White House. That’s a lie, and it’s a well-known lie. One needs only to remember 9/11/2001 and the Pentagon to put the lie to that particular narrative. I’m not excusing the behavior of those who forced their way into the Capitol, damaged property, and behaved lawlessly, because all of that should be prosecuted and punished, but I’m not sure that anything I’ve seen here in this video suggests Babbit required summary execution. Again, it’s a short clip, and more context is needed. I don’t wish to condemn this officer without all the facts, or without knowing what exactly his frame of mind and his contextual understanding had been at the time. The left jumps to those kinds of conclusions, whereas we should demand evidence. I’m not excusing him, either. That’s why I think a full, public investigation is necessary. We need serious transparency.

Flashback: Ayanna Pressley Calling for Unrest in August

For those who may have missed it, in August, leftist nutjob, “Squad” member Ayanna Pressley(D-MA) called for unrest in the streets. Here’s the video:

I don’t want to hear another word from these people. Donald Trump NEVER said anything even approaching this. Not even close. This idiot went on MSDNC and called for unrest. This is a US Representative!

The Present Death of the Republican Party

Thursday, January 7th, 2021

The Dagger of Brutus Comes Out

They couldn’t wait to withdraw their objections.  In the Senate, they fell over one another to find microphones to declare their separation from President Trump and his supporters.  They claimed to be doing so in the name of the Republican Party, but the truth, yet to be fully revealed, is likely to be something quite different.  One by one, they came forward to stick knives in the President’s back, and it started with Vice President Pence.  From there, the opportunity presented by the chaos in the Capitol became their excuse.  It provided a convenient escape-chute for the bulk of Republican senators, and a number of lackluster Republicans in the House.  Most disgustingly, Kelly Loeffler(R-GA) who lost re-election only the morning before, and who had pledged her objection to Georgia voters only the weekend before, stood in the well of the Senate to say that she could not pursue her objection despite all that had been done in her own state to corrupt this election, including her own.  The idea that the brief outbreak of violence by unidentified instigators at the Capitol justifies the withdrawal of the objection is preposterous: One had nothing to do with the other, and to create such linkage reveals more about the dubious motives of the Senators and Representatives who did so. The truth lies not so much in the fact that they betrayed Donald Trump, but that they betrayed us. This act of cowardice among Republicans is evidence that rather than fight, the majority of Republicans decided to commit political murder-suicide, and with extreme prejudice, dealing a death-blow to the Republican Party in early morning hours of January 7th, 2021.

Here’s Loeffler knifing Georgians, Donald Trump, and indeed, all Americans in the back:

Naturally, Lindsey Graham(R-SC) couldn’t wait for his moment to swoop in from circling the carcass:

Most of us have known that the Senate, particularly, is full of RINOs.  The House too, is polluted with them. They never wanted Trump to be president, and they were only too happy to toss him overboard at the first rolling wave. Over the past four years, or even five, the Republican Party has done its best to placate its grass roots with tepid, halting support of Donald Trump. Only a relative few in the party have ever embraced the president chosen by the “deplorables,” a characterization of Trump supporters first offered by Hillary Clinton, but also expressed in the equivalent words and attitudes of such Republican turncoats as John McCain(deceased) and Mitt Romney(R-UT.)  Overnight, Kelly Loeffler spoke of her good conscience. This from a woman who promised the electorate of Georgia literally hours before that she would object, and who, with a classified briefing last year about the exploding pandemic, engaged in clear insider trading on that information to the tune of millions of dollars. What conscience has she demonstrated? This is the sort of Republican Mitch McConnell and his ilk have given us, and she’s exactly the sort of Republican who has killed the party.

I don’t know whether the remedy can any longer be to attempt to take over the GOP. I say this because the Tea Party attempted that, and while there had been some early success, particularly in 2010, the truth is that they came under harsh attack from the Republicans in the Senate, who conspired with Obama to undermine them, abuse them, and otherwise subvert their cause.  I think the Republican Party is so thoroughly filled with these DC insiders that we cannot rely upon them in any measure any longer.  I think the better alternative may finally be to form a new party, make its platform known, and carefully select and vet its candidates. This will not be easy, but none of the option we face are easy, but for surrender and subjugation. Demoralized though I may be, I have no interest in simply throwing-up my hands in submission to this monstrosity. To the degree these RINOs have committed electoral suicide, I assert that we must walk away from them with fervent resolve. There is no future in a Republican Party that treats its voters in this fashion, or abandons its toughest political fighters when the going gets tough. I am no longer willing to spend even one thin dime to support these people, and I think it’s important that we make a stand by abandoning them.

Vice President Mike “Pontius” Pence was the most cowardly and despicable of all.  He actually contended that he was being asked to set aside electoral votes, but that is not what he had been asked to do.  Instead, he was asked to send the matter back to the six or seven state legislatures in question, and indeed, a number of those legislatures had asked that he do so.  This is not so extreme a proposition as he pretended, but more, I believe he never had Donald Trump’s back.  From my perspective, I think in the eyes of many, he may have been the real “insurance policy” Strzok and Page discussed in their chain of treasonous texts. It’s been clear for a long while that Pence was never really fully aboard the Trump train, and his connections in Washington DC are all of the BushCo/RINO strain.

Now, at this late hour, Chuck Schumer(D-NY) is calling for the use of the 25th amendment to remove President Trump, and impeachment if that effort fails.

These people are despicable. They no longer wish to simply see him out of office, but to destroy him forever more.

We must get beyond these people, and I no longer believe the Republican Party can serve as the conduit for our dissatisfaction. In point of fact, they’ve too often obstructed the will of the people. I don’t know how to build a new political party and movement, but I’m willing to begin. I’d enjoy reading comments from readers who might offer suggestions. In some form or fashion, this must be an America First party, and it’s clear that the Republican party cannot serve as its home.

Levin Condemns Violence; Prompts Critical Question

Wednesday, January 6th, 2021

Is there no answer?

This evening, my favorite talk-show host took to the airwaves and condemned the violence that occurred today on Capitol Hill. As I’ve pointed out earlier, this looks like a set-up job by the DC UniParty, and while Levin(and others including particularly the President,) is right to  condemn the violence, and while I make no excuse for those who launched this assault, such actions being repugnant in a constitutional, representative republic, I nevertheless have serious misgivings about the focus on this incident for several reasons. Levin rightly points out that we have no room to condemn Antifa and BLM if this sort of thing goes on with alleged conservative actors.  I agree.  On its face, this was egregious behavior, and it appears that at least one young woman paid with her life.  The other point Levin made is that those who carried this out must be identified and prosecuted. Again, I agree. There is substantial evidence that the people who instigated violence at the Capitol today were in fact camouflaged members of Antifa and other various anarchists. I am not here suggesting that absolutely no Trump supporters took part, but I have serious doubts about the contention that is widely the case. More than all this, however, the problem comes in when Mark Levin argues that we must never violate the law. Never?  Not even unjust law?  Would violations of the law be impermissible even in a growing tyranny? You see, I believe we’re in a sucker’s trap.  I think this is the problem for which Levin and others, myself included, have offered no solution.  We are in a constitutional crisis, but I think even Levin, for all his wisdom can’t quite see it: Once the power of the state is perverted to the extent that official actors now participate in the fraud against the people, how then do the people ever correct it without resort to violence?

I do not say this lightly. We now find ourselves in the situation in which a large proportion of the country now believes the election was rigged and stolen, and not merely by private actors, which would be abominable enough, but with the assistance and collusion of actors in the offices of local, state, and federal governments.  Once you cross that particular line, it seems to me there is no going back, and no way in which to resolve it peaceably. Again, I do not make this argument lightly, and I also do not contend that my evaluation is perfect, or infallible, but again, I must insist that those who argue we must never resort to violence must now step forward to explain how it is we’re to logically, rationally, and legally overcome all that’s been arrayed against us.

Let us suppose for a moment that those of us who believe this election was wholly fraudulent are correct. What then?  How do we undo it?  As Levin himself pointed out in rightful criticism of Senator Rand Paul’s(R-KY) suggestion that this is a states’ issue, essentially, Paul laid down the notion that this isn’t something to be addressed at the federal level, and that the remedy lies within the individual states. As Levin contends rightly, what good is state law if it’s going to be ignored by states’ office-holders? You see, it’s a farce to suggest that if the legislature of Georgia wants to fix the election issues, all it needs to do is pass some laws, if immediately thereafter, their Secretary of State enters into a consent agreement with agitators for the opposition that effectively nullify the very laws they’ve enacted.  What good then is law?

Levin would rightly argue that we should be able to rely upon the courts as a backstop to enforce and uphold the law. Will they? All evidence from this election cycle suggests that the courts either have no stomach or are ideologically inclined to justify these transgressions of law.  You see, this becomes the inescapable and gaping hole in Levin’s argument. Of course, it’s not only Levin who makes this argument. I would, in ordinary times, make the same basic argument, but look at the scale of what’s been done, and what actually confronts us.  This is not an insignificant one-off in a single small jurisdiction that can be remedied by a single population of an isolated locale.  This issue is much broader, involving all three branches of government, and at all levels of governance. All of it is further buttressed by media institutions only too happy for the current course of things, since they are almost entirely corrupt too.

Like so many of my readers, I’ve raised my hand and recited the words of an oath to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States. To suggest, however, that we’re not in a constitutional crisis merely because we still maintain the façade of law and constitutional order is preposterous. It is quite clear that what we are seeing at present is a complete devolution of the constitutional order, or what Levin terms a “post-constitutional” disorder. While in the classical definition of the term, we’re not in a constitutional crisis, we nevertheless find ourselves in some sort of crisis, whatever adjective you might prefer to define it. This is an untenable circumstance, whatever particular label we may choose to affix to it. The simple fact is that we men and women who comprise the bulk of the population that holds up this country, whose children before themselves fight this nation’s wars, spilling their blood all across the globe, find ourselves in the position that we cannot rely upon law.

My questions for those wiser than I, can be only that which others around me find themselves asking of our thought leaders:

What now? What are we to do? What am I to do? I’ve voted. Over and over. I’ve elected people, and they betray us, or find themselves betrayed. We appoint what we think are good judges, yet they fail and abandon our constitution when the going gets tough. We follow all of the rules. We play fair. We volunteer and participate in public affairs in various ways. We man the polling places, but find ourselves ejected so we cannot even view the process. We do everything we can reasonably do. We short our own lives by contributing grocery money to these politicians. What more are we expected to do before we turn aside from the law? How can I overcome an enemy who will not obey the law? How can I get recourse when all the modes are ineffective or subversive?

I am not suggesting that I want an easy answer, but I must insist on a plausible answer.  Mark Levin famously wrote a tremendous book called “The Liberty Amendments.” I have one copy I read, and another autographed copy put away as a valued keepsake.  What good is it?  I’m being quite serious. What good is such an amazing idea? Yes, there’s a very slow movement of people toiling to get a convention of states together, and they’re making very slow progress, but it’s slowly waning because such a project takes decades, and most people can’t engage and maintain attention for the length of a two-page article. By the time a project of that sort bears fruit, America, as we have known it, will be gone. That is not intended to disparage the effort, but it offers no relief for the crisis in which we now find ourselves. Let me list the broad categories of problems, on the assumption that you’ve lost count:

  • The media is completely corrupt and is indeed an enemy of the people
  • Big Tech is dominated by leftists who are in league with or indeed comprise a portion of the subversives
  • The administrative state or bureaucracy now effectively makes, enforces, and judges law, combining all the powers of government into an unelected branch
  • The Congress is bought and compromised by people who do not share our interests
  • The Congress is run by unelected staff and consultants who feather their own nests
  • The Congress is completely out of control and we have no means by which to directly remove them when they transgress the constitution
  • The executive branch is out of control because it relies too heavily on executive orders, in part due to the intransigence of Congress and the courts
  • The courts are useless, concocting law when convenient, or ignoring law when its not

That’s just the start, of course, but you get the point. Then, in the last twenty minutes of his show, Levin received a call from a gentleman who raised essentially the same question, analogizing the situation to a football game in which the game is rigged, the opponent cheats, the referees collude with the opponent, and the commissioner offers no relief.  To his credit, Levin said in response that there are no easy answers.

But he will not advocate violence. He will not call for a civil war. He will not call for lawlessness.

Fine. How then, captured by at least the laundry list of deficiencies only briefly outlined above, are we ever to overcome it?

No answer.

You see, this is the point at which I have begun to part ways from Mr. Levin. I am not a violent man. I abhor violence, and I truly revile senseless destruction of any sort. I came of age in a world where two global powers constantly contemplated wiping one another from the face of the globe, with me as the forward-stationed cannon-fodder. I saw men injured, maimed, and killed, just in training for that war that never came, at least not in that form, so I know too well the costs of violence.

That said, Levin mentioned that all of this is coming to a head. Indeed. What then? You see, I believe in self-defense, and I also believe in the defense of my nation. At what point do we, as individuals, make the decision that we’ve done all that we can peaceably do, but that action is now required that must risk more than peaceful protest and public political activism? Levin closed the show by stating bluntly that he will never advocate violence.

Never? Under no circumstance? Inconceivable?

You see, this is where I do part company from Levin. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin and all those other men of that period also parted company from Levin.  I think part of the problem, and it’s much broader than just Levin, is that if you’ve had your business closed by a lockdown in one of these deep blue hellholes, or had your vote stolen/nullified in one of these compromised states, you may have a different view. If you’ve watched your country systematically demolished, but haven’t the means to make an escape to safer shores, you may view this differently. If your children have been propagandized right under your nose in the college or primary schools for which you’ve paid through the nose, only to see them turned against you, I suspect you may feel differently.

Mark Levin doesn’t know me. I have some reason to think he may be slightly aware of me. Over the years, when I’ve been able, I’ve contributed to many of the causes and candidates he has recommended, but that doesn’t mean he owes me anything. What I do think he owes his audience, me included, if it’s anything at all, is some sort of explanation of what we are to do. Most of my readers are regular listeners to his show. I’d wager that at least half my readers have subscriptions to BlazeTV and have had subscriptions all the way back to the start when it was LevinTV. There isn’t a book he’s written of which I don’t have at least two copies, all in hardback(usually one dog-eared and marked-up as a study tool, and one in pristine condition, often autographed and kept as a collectible) save for “Men in Black” and “Rescuing Sprite” which were available new in paperback only by the time I became aware of them. I receive mailings from Landmark Legal Foundation to which I am a contributor when I find a few spare dollars to send. My point is that like so many of my readers, I’ve availed myself of Mark’s work and supported it frequently. I don’t religiously purchase from his advertisers, but if I am purchasing an item in the same category as one advertised on his show, I always choose it and make sure the seller knows where I heard about their offerings. Like most conservatives, I am loyal to those who serve our nation while entertaining, educating and edifying me and those around me.

I don’t know if Mr. Levin will ever see this piece, but if he does, I suspect it will pain him a bit, as it does me to write it. I love his show, and I love his sense of humor, and I enjoy his taste in bumper-music. He adds value to my life, every day, but I’m afraid that on this day, I need a little more. Given all that confronts us, to say that I’ve been demoralized is to understate the scope and the intensity of the issue. It’s not that the fight has gone out of me, because I love my country, and I’ve done more on behalf of my country and countrymen than most by a fair piece, and maybe that’s why the demoralization now feels so intense: You can’t know how much you love a thing until you’ve risked your neck for it, toiled for it, shed blood, sweat and tears for it, and sworn your allegiance to it, all to see it collapsing around you. I know Mark doesn’t have all the answers, but the answer cannot be just to lie here, supine, and take whatever it is that they dish out.

Now the leftists will, it seems, control all of the federal government. Top to bottom. Side to side. They are already planning all the mischief they intend. They have legislative packages ready to go, to send to the desk of…President Biden, the imposter, who will happily sign what they send him into law. Levin says he will never advocate violence.  It sounds great, until you realize what it means in full. They will come for our second amendment and all the implements of its exercise. They will not amend the constitution. They will simply shove it down our throats with a packed court and a stolen Presidency and Senate. I will not be made defenseless. If the disposition of the Polish Jews in Warsaw taught no other lesson to posterity, it must be that one. I also will not be reduced to a rat, left to shelter in my nest, clutching my implements, while waiting to be “evacuated.” In New York, the legislators now introduce a bill to detain and take into custody any people who might carry or pass any disease.

What answer is there to such things — to prevent the execution of such things? If the law is no further impediment to tyranny and abuse, what remains? I don’t revel in the asking of this question. I detest the fact that I find myself in this position. But wishes are not reality. There is a reason that civilized nations consider violence as the last resort. The question is rapidly advancing to the forefront: Have we arrived at a time of last resort?

What, concretely, am I to do?

Editor’s note: I’ve had a question from a reader asking “what is the classical definition of constitutional crisis,” mentioned above. Generally, a constitutional crisis is any of a number of possible situations in which the constitution provides no answer to some sort of underlying contradiction. It’s essentially a sort of structural problem, and it can have many types of causes. In this way, one might consider our current circumstance to be a constitutional crisis, because the constitution certainly offers no clear remedy when it’s apparent that some or all branches may have essentially discarded its provisions, restrictions, or prohibitions. Still, I think the term intends to countenance those sorts of issues that can arise out of parties exercising their powers, privileges, rights and so on and what happens when those come into clear conflict. I understand why legal and political theorists might not consider our current situation to fit within the loose definition of a “constitutional crisis,” as they might define it, but we’re certainly in a crisis, inasmuch as it’s difficult to find anybody in Washington DC willing to live within its bounds. Maybe a better term here would be “constitutional catastrophe,” because whatever you call it, this situation is likely to result in the dissolution of the republic. Most consider the attempted secession of the Southern states in 1861 to have been a constitutional crisis, because, among other reasons, the constitution is silent on how or if states may leave the union, having previously entered it. I have always thought that among the flurry of amendments after the Civil War, Congress ought to have passed one describing a legal procedure for secession. (I don’t think parties should be forced to remain married once their differences have become irreconcilable, or partners compelled to remain in a business partnership once they’ve become irreconcilably averse to said relationship, but that’s another story for another day.)
