The DeSantis Scam of the Consultancy Class

Friday, May 19th, 2023

“You expect me to beat him?”

One of the things you learn about Washington DC is how fake everything really is.  If you’re a conservative, you generally discover this early, and you’re reminded of it often as you wonder why every campaign of consequence for federal office gets steered to the left, and loses all its vigor and fight.  There is a broad class of political consultants in Washington DC that don’t much care about ideology or policy, or to the degree they do, they tend leftward, but what they do care intensely about is candidacies.  They ultimately don’t care much about the success or failure of the candidates with whom they contract.  They don’t have any notion of loyalty, and in many cases, they actually revile the candidates for whom they work, or hold their candidates’ supporters in absolute contempt.  Republicans find this to be the case much more often than Democrats, but the source of it is something simple and unavoidable:  These political consultants are entirely a band of mercenaries, and they’re an industry unto themselves.  They don’t serve candidates, elections, or electorates.  Their only actual client is themselves.  An “uncontested election” is a serious problem for them.  Who will hire all the flunkies of alleged political wisdom?  Who will pay their bills?  This is the crowd currently fundraising for Ron DeSantis, and they’re abusing him nearly as much as his donors and supporters, but for the fact that he likely already knows.  And there’s the catch: If he knows, he’s a villain just like them, but if he doesn’t, he’s too big a fool to deserve voters’ support.

Ron DeSantis likely knows all of this.  He’s been in and around Washington DC for a long while, and he knows how the game is played.  It’s hard to imagine that he’s spent so much time in politics, particularly in Washington DC, without knowing all of this quite intimately.  He knows how the fund-raising works, and he knows how the consultants use it.  DeSantis is raising money, and he may well be raising it for a campaign he intends to run in 2028.  Understand, I am not suggesting that he won’t announce a campaign for President for 2024, but that unless he has some sort of corrupt inside information about the demise of President Trump, whether real or merely political, he has to know his chances here are poor.  Yes, he’ll get a post-announcement bounce, maybe a media/DC-supported mega-bounce, but it’s all hot air. Every candidate gets a bounce, never mind a thoroughly engineered candidate like DeSantis.  Well, except Mike Pence.  Even Nikki Haley got a micro-bounce.  The problem is that all else remaining equal, he cannot overcome Trump.  DeSantis isn’t a fool, so he knows all this.  Why bother?

DeSantis may be playing a shrewd fund-raising game, both on behalf of his own future prospects, but also on behalf of his friends in DC who do not wish to see President Trump re-elevated into that office.  You see, a 2024 campaign can be quite useful in banking money to be used in 2028, having spent only a token amount of his growing war chest on 2024.  More, it takes money that would in large measure be available to Trump for 2024.  This splitting-away of approximately Republican resources may be the more important part of the goal, because the GOP insiders do not want Trump, though they’ve resigned themselves to that probability.  Their “plan B” is that they will undermine him with a bloody primary to make sure his sort never rises again.

DeSantis’ campaign, if launched, isn’t going to be a fruitful one for anybody except Ron 2028, and the entirety of the vaguely Republican-ish consultancy class. They will make millions.  They’ll rake in the money, knowing from the outset that their is a losing effort from the start.  They’ll waste the money of rank-and-file DeSantis supporters and even some up-scale money guys because these are the people who have perfected the narrative that Trump isn’t a nice, traditional, bend-over-and-take-it Republican, but have packaged it in a way that these bend-over-and-take-it Republicans don’t feel as though they’ve been so thoroughly debased.

Honestly, when you think about it, these consultants, despicable though they may be, enjoy the perfect racket: They needn’t produce victory.  They needn’t give sound advice.  They need only create the impression that they “got close” with their candidates, and they seldom pay a professional price.  When I think back on the tortured stupidity of Steve Schmidt and Nicolle Wallace from 2008, insisting that McCain suspend his campaign “to deal with the financial crisis,” and then blaming the debacle they created on Sarah Palin, you need look no further.  These exemplars of the type should serve as reminders to future candidates that they have no loyalty to their candidates, no ideology they firmly hold, and no person they will not stab with a shiv in order to try to preserve their own reputations against the backdrop of their colossal failures and poor judgement.  The real clue, of course, is the money.  All of these people care only about money, so that when they talk one of these politicians into making a run, they insist that the candidate begin raising money immediately, and as much as possible.  You’d think that this is wise, inasmuch as the candidate will need the money for their eventual campaign, and that’s true, but the real cause is much worse: None of the people who comprise the political consultancy class in and around DC wish to hitch their own wagons to an underfunded candidate, because most importantly, they want a big payday.

I’m not telling you that it will be purely impossible for DeSantis to enter the race, overcome a two-to-one margin of support, and gain the Republican nomination.  I’m telling you that whether he wins the nomination(this time) or not really is not all that important to DeSantis himself, and it certainly doesn’t matter to the consultancy class now swarming him like flies to a turd. The key is that he’s in the race, and spending money on all the consultants and their friends in the political campaign industrial complex. Marketers, ad producers, pollsters, and the whole suite of people who feed like leeches on the body politic swarm any new campaign, hopeful to sink their claws into the meaty flesh of a big campaign war chest.

DeSantis, without the intervention of currently unknown circumstances, cannot wrest the Republican nomination from Donald Trump.  More importantly though, even if he were to somehow capture the support of all the moderates, the NeverTrump/ProjectPedo phalanx, and the entirety of Swamp Republicanism, what he cannot do in 2024 is to win the Presidency.  This is because far too many of Trump’s MAGA coalition recognize the nature of the game DeSantis and others are playing, and simply will not, under any circumstance, support anybody in 2024 who’s name isn’t Donald J. Trump.  It’s really simple.  It’s that simple.  DeSantis and his forthcoming campaign is a scam, brought to you by professional charlatans, but whether DeSantis is knowingly in on the scam or not, he already knows the outcome, and that should deter you from supporting him with your time, money, or vote.

Unveiling the Framework of Biden Corruption

As Congressman James Comer unveiled the framework of the Biden Crime Family’s graft and corruption, the quiet part was never quite spoken aloud.  As he and members of his committee laid out the basic skeleton of the case against Biden and his money-grubbing family on Wednesday morning, what wasn’t named from the podium is the greater crime against the American people.  Yes, Joe Biden is a crook, and those around him have exploited his position as a vehicle to enrich themselves and their extended families, and to offer up US political influence at the highest levels.  There is no doubt but that this constitutes treason and bribery, and every other form of high crime and misdemeanor ever envisioned by the framers of the constitution of the United States, but there is much more here.  If you’re angry at the Bidens for their criminal and treasonous conduct, you ought to be, but this is not nearly the worst of it.  There is something else here, something more serious that you must embrace and with which you must grapple.  Your government is not your government.  It does not serve you.  It serves itself.  It uses puppets like Biden.  What it will not do is permit you to understand who are the real, trans-generational criminals.  As C-Span refused to cover Chairman Comer’s press conference, instead opting to cover Schumer’s fan-dancing propaganda session over the debt ceiling, the real story is being buried.  They all knew.  All of them.  These crimes went on for decades, and were covered-up and exploited by the real criminals.  Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Deep State.

The Department of State knew.  They knew way back in the 20-teens that Biden was selling his influence.  They had the reports.  They knew who he had been visiting with here and there.  They have the documentary evidence. They shuttled around with him. And Hunter.  They enabled him, because in turn, he empowered them.  They were in on the graft and corruption too.  They knew just how to hide it, because they’re charged in part with helping to detect it.

The Central Intelligence Agency knew.  They have agents in every hovel around the globe.  They knew who was giving him cash, and they were helping to set it up.  They too were in on the graft and corruption. They too were empowered by all of this.  They cleared the path for him in some areas.  They worked closely with the Department of State, as ever, and they helped to conceal the crimes.

The National Security Agency knew.  They have the transcripts.  They monitor the communications.  They have all the blackmail information on the Biden Crime Family they could ever need.  The entire “Intelligence Community” of the United States knew it.  They covered for him.  When Hunter’s laptop surfaced in 2020, they helped to squelch it.  They got together with their cohorts in the press to silence any talk of it, or to pretend it had all been “Russian disinformation.”  They knew, and they used it for their own graft, corruption, feather-bedding, and empowerment.

The Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Department of Justice knew.  Bill Barr knew.  Chris Wray knew.  James Comey knew.  Mueller knew.  Lisa Monaco knew.  They were IN ON IT.  They helped steal the 2020 election.  They helped by putting their hands on the scales of justice. They raided and searched and persecuted the innocent, and they continue apace today under Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and Chris Wray.  They KNOW.  They enabled it.  They carry on their persecution of Donald J. Trump for a single reason:  He ALONE threatens to expose them all.  He ALONE offers justice for their iniquities.  He ALONE can undo their treason.

The media knew.  Don’t kid yourself.  Leslie Stahl with her “Sir, sir…” in her infamous interview with President Trump was enough to make me vomit.  Were I in Donald J. Trump’s shoes, I might have leaned forward and slapped her, so great would the temptation to dispense a little justice have been.  The media covers for the Bidens, the Obamas, swampster Republicans, and anybody else who’s part of their criminal club. They ALL knew.

You suspected.  You watched and wondered at the “coincidences.” There are no “coincidences” in Washington DC.  The DC Mafia doesn’t permit them.  Your country is being destroyed by these vermin, and STILL they try to hide it.  Your economy has been in free-fall for most of two years now, and STILL they try to conceal it from you.  Do you get it?  They have all the blackmail material on people like the corrupt and small Bidens they will ever need. They rule without reference to elections they can rig and/or negate.  Your country is stolen.

Let me make this clear for the various lefty interlopers who stumbled into this blog:  I don’t care how much garbage you try to pile on Donald J. Trump. I don’t care what you try to do.  We’re going to elect him next year, and we’re going to do so no matter what it takes.  We’re going to do so because there’s only one answer for you any longer, and Andrew Breitbart had been more than a decade quicker than most of us to understand it:

Will the one-click lifers even notice?

I’ve made no secret in the past about my feelings regarding Tucker Carlson. I viewed him as a spoiled brat who’s had his sobriety issues, and he’s entirely a creature of the swamp. Carlson has claimed in recent years to have reformed, and while that may be true, I must admit that once burned, I’m slow to return to a position in which trust will be offered again, if ever. I think my disdain for Carlson hit its high point when he referred to then Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as the “supreme commander of milfistan.” I had to look it up. I’d never heard the term MILF before, and frankly, from that moment forward, I considered Carlson a purveyor of filth and slime posing as a journalist. On the surface, by the time he was brought on for Tucker Carlson Tonight, he seems to have reformed himself, but with a mouth like that, I’m going to require some convincing. Did he ever apologize for such things? Part of the reformation process is to seek forgiveness and to atone for past transgressions. Did he? I have no idea.  This is why for me, despite the fact that Carlson has been saying some very interesting things since taking over the 8pm Eastern slot on FoxNews, I’m not willing to watch that network.  You see, they began their betrayal of conservatives some years ago, and on the 3rd of November 2020, they consummated that betrayal.  Oddly, a large proportion of their audience was too thick-skulled to notice.  This is why I believe Fox News won’t see much harm from getting rid of Carlson.  After all, they were already going to take a bath due to the very strange settlement of the Dominion case, so adding Carlson to this was a relative drop in the bucket.  Most of their audience, too lazy to learn how to use devices like ROKU or similar, will continue to lap-up their thin gruel because it’s too much trouble to learn a new technology that’s been around for half a generation now.  Fox News won’t be hurt because too many in their audience are lazy, and FNC knows it.  They bank on it.  They expect them to be shallow and forgetful, but they’re not alone.

If this sounds like a criticism of the audience of Fox News, you’re right, but it’s not just Fox. A large number of the 45+ audience is just too damned intellectually lazy for their own good.  They still watch CBS news every evening, or NBC, or ABC, or PBS, or naturally Fox, not because they prefer it over the alternatives, but because they’ve NEVER SEEN THE ALTERNATIVES and worse, don’t want to.  These are the people who abhor any change, even change for the better, and they’re the people who are driving this country directly off a cliff.  It’s not that they’re too stupid to understand how to use a streaming device.  It’s not that they don’t have Internet connections.  It’s that they’re so change-averse and so comfortable in the same old habits that they’ll go to their graves still pining for the days of Walter Cronkite and all the other crypto-communists who delivered them the news for decades.

It’s not that they have any malice for the country, except that they despise change to an unnatural extent.  They’ve sat in a chair at the same place at the same time looking at a screen located in the same relative position in the room, and gee, it’s only been five years since they got this new TV and they still don’t know what all the buttons on the remote do.

“There’s that one I pressed by accident that one time, has some green logo that says “Hulu” on it and I couldn’t find my damned programs for two days.”

Don’t laugh.  These people exist, and some of them read this web-page occasionally.  I heard from them in droves eleven years ago when I moved this site onto a separate platform from wordpress.com, because by gosh, they had to change their saved hyperlinks, and that always takes them “half a damned day.”  Of course, in truth, even that crowd grudgingly made the change, but there is a broad and inflexible element in our country, and in every country, that detests change so much that they’ll do anything to avoid it.  Just wait until they discover electric charging stations and the new Hell that’s going to inflict on their lives.  Wait until they find out they need a digital health pass(vaccine passport) to use their new Central Bank Digital Currency and that they’ll only be permitted to spend it where and when they’re told.  They will initially flip out, and then they’ll passively comply.  They may hate change, but they hate friction even more.

This is why Fox News will continue pretty much as before.  The people described above like putting the TV on one channel and leaving it there, in perpetuity.  They don’t want to be forced to think or choose or discriminate among a myriad of options, including many better alternatives.  That’s just too damned much friction.  I would pity these people, but for the fact that they’re dooming the lot of us.  They won’t go to a damned school board meeting, or a county commissioners’ court, or a congressman’s town hall, or get involved in much of anything.  They’re like conscious vegetables.  They consume content, but produce very little of their own.  Most of them barely make a grunt most days.  They won’t challenge their own alleged political party, because that would mean friction, and we damned-well know how they feel about that.  If the Republicans tell them they won’t put Trump on the ballot in various states, these people will accept it.  If the election is corrupted, they won’t say a word.  If there is anything that causes them the slightest discomfort, they’ll surrender.  Meet the bulk of the Fox News audience.  It’s no different than the bulk of the CBS audience.  Or the NBC audience.  If it requires more than a press of a power button, they don’t want to know about it:  Too much friction.

These are and have been the people truly destroying America for generations.  They’ve watched, mostly in silence, except perhaps to their spouses seated beside them, as Presidents have been murdered, removed, and defamed.  They’ve watched as soldiers are sent into bloodbaths that have served no purpose but provide them another reason to look away from their screens.  They’ve watched as we’ve gone from normalizing homosexuality to the brink of normalizing pedophilia, and still, they watch mostly in silence, but unwilling to act lest an action create more friction.  They’ve watched the politicians for years vote away their money into the abyss of another black hole in a bureaucratic agency without batting an eye.  They want not merely to be left alone, but they want to be left alone so badly that they’re willing to see their lives stripped from them in payment of the privilege.  Freedom doesn’t matter to this sort.  Freedom requires effort, and that’s more damned friction, don’t you know?

As your civilization collapses, don’t wait for these to be roused from their living graves.  They’re already dead, and that’s why Fox News isn’t worried.  It’s why even in the longer run, Anheuser-Busch will make a complete recovery.

“Buycott?  Sounds like more damned friction to me, Mabel.”

Or:

“Streaming service? Now I have to learn how to use another remote control and worse, the full functions of the one I already have?  Two remotes? Henry, how can you expect me to do all of that?  Can’t we just watch Fox News?  I miss that Tucker fellow, but that Kilmeade guy seems okay.  He’s a bit humorless, but I can live with him.  Dan Rather didn’t have a sense of humor either, after all.”

While some will assume it’s a question of age, that’s only partly the issue.  You see the same thing in some younger folk, but it seems to be the tendency of humans as they age to seek the state of lowest energy.  I’m not immune to this either.  The problem is that the lowest state of energy a human can attain is ‘dead.”  I tend to agree with Dan Bongino when he says “Don’t get dead,” but it seems the first death happens between the ears, then in the soul, and finally in the body.  Too many Americans numbering among the technically living have already assumed either the first or second state of death, and nothing much seems to faze them.

This is why Fox News isn’t worried, but neither is the GOP establishment or the DC Mafia.  These one-button-lifers will never discover there had been an alternative, and they’re just fine with it.  Don’t count on these people.  Don’t expect them to act.  Even as the mobs burn their homes to the ground, they will sit there in disbelief, wondering why anybody would cause them friction.  You see, the source of the friction for them is anything that requires them to think and to reason.  They don’t like to be in the position to rely upon their minds, and it may not even be because their minds are inferior, but simply because thinking is hard.  It requires a kind of discipline they’d just as soon not be compelled to practice.

Many will be quick to point out that I’ve repeatedly made reference to the fact that I avoid popular culture.  This is true.  I avoid it because it tends to clutter the mind with too many meaningless things.  The one way in which the popular culture provides any use to me is that on occasion, it’s a short-cut to understanding, for instance in comparing something observed in a movie to what might be seen in real life: You can describe that movie scene and people will understand its application because so many of them will have seen it.  I try not to rely on this very often, because on the one hand, I have so completely fallen away from popular culture that any references I’m likely to make are dated and particularly among the young, will be pointless.  Also, I recognize that this is a lazy way of communicating an idea, and while very effective in some instances, it is nevertheless a shortcut that should be avoided.  In short, I’m willing to spend the time thinking about it.

This is not true for our one-button-lifers, who will probably be the death of us all.  I’ve tried many times to rouse them from their one-button dependency, but it doesn’t seem to work.  Even if I can convince them to try something new for a day or two, maybe even a week, they quickly return to the comfort of their single button.  In a few cases, it causes them to change the destination of the single button, but it doesn’t modify the habit.  I once wondered how one might convince a crazy person to change their actions in light of their craziness.  The sad answer is that you can’t.  I view the one-button-lifers as another form of crazy, albeit expressed in a different way.  Perhaps there is some rational argument one might make to them such that they change their habits and thereby change their lives, but I’ve not discovered it.  In the end, my observation has been that once they get to the point of soul death, there is no chance of saving them.  They no longer care to be saved, and are simply waiting for the final, physical death.  It’s sad to watch, but it’s sadder still to know that we depend to a degree on these people to help us save our country and our world.  We should have learned by now that there will be no help from that quarter, but we should also recognize that the Fox News Channel and all the other undying media outlets of the world rely on this same habitual one-click living.  They’re not worried.  The so-called “Deep State” isn’t worried.  They know.  One-click lifers are the most reliable people living on Earth; Democrats know the only votes more reliable are no longer among the living.

Winning the Culture War

End of the World, or End of Media Oligopoly?

Andrew Breitbart famously admonished conservatives that “politics is downstream of culture.” His observation was shrewdly accurate, inasmuch as the titans of media have been using popular culture on behalf of their invariably leftist talking points and agenda for decades.  People who don’t adhere to leftist politics are generally banished from popular culture, left to toil away on more obscure websites, or in AM talk radio.  As the geniuses who want to shove electric vehicles down our throats have made plain, there will be no AM talk radio because they’re unable to make AM radio work with their electric vehicles due to electromagnetic noise created by their vehicles.  They intend to limit your media sources, but AM radio has remained the one place they haven’t been able to conquer, despite numerous attempts.  They will therefore destroy it.  Now enter the segment of the media they may hate most of all, because at present, it remains out of their complete control: The Internet.  When non-leftist culture launches from the Internet to assault one of their pillars of media dominance, in this case, music, they’re none too happy about it.  Country performer John Rich and hip-hop independent performer Tom MacDonald have launched an all-out assault on the multi-billion dollar music media empire, and they’re succeeding, despite all the attempts to bury them. Why? How are they doing it?  They have a message that is permeating popular culture, and crossing boundaries between music genres.  If conservatives ever hope to vanquish the left politically, they need first to gain at least a foothold in popular culture beyond talk radio.  By assaulting the beaches of big music, the duo may be creating an opportunity to recapture some of that imprisoned cultural real estate we’ve long given up for lost.

Last week, they dropped a new video into the marketplace, and it’s raising eyebrows, but it’s also getting toes tapping and people singing and rapping along.  That’s right.  My wife said the song may be an actual “ear-worm.”  More than that, however, it offers to become a cultural ear-worm.  It’s speaking to many, and when combined with the captivating, entertaining video produced by MacDonald’s girlfriend, Nova Rockafeller, the overall effect is piercing.  It cuts directly through the mainstream pop-culture narratives, directly to the heart of our national, and more broadly, Western, cultural struggles.  Here’s the chorus:

“We stood on top of mountains, we’ve been to space before,

we had our dogs in houses, we dug up dinosaurs.

We built those bombs you’re dropping, we fought in all your wars.

Now that the sky is falling, what did we do it for?”

Here’s the entire video, from Rumble:

While the video is certainly compelling, and the music certainly works well, what I find interesting is that the two performers are very different people, who generally serve up completely different sorts of music.  That they blended hip-hop with country in a coherent, cohesive way, while pushing what one would have to consider a unifying message is certainly attention-getting.  On Wednesday evening, the two hosted a talk on YouTube that was equally interesting.  To listen to the two, you’d have a hard time discerning their underlying viewpoints, despite the wildly different look of the two.  The message:  Appearance is only skin-deep.

While a little lengthy, this livestream was recorded and is on MacDonald’s youtube channel:

I expect that a fair number of people in this audience are more familiar with Rich than with MacDonald.  That said, it’s worth noting that MacDonald is a social-commentator via rap, and he’s said plenty of very controversial things in the past.  The mainstream music media paints him as “offensive,” but given what I’ve seen out of modern popular music, it challenges credulity to argue anything he’s ever said could be more offensive than Cardi B’s “WAP,” which I will not further discuss here… or anywhere.

Here’s one of MacDonald’s previous videos, and I must admit, one that I have actually enjoyed:

Now, if you wonder how much affect all of this could have in popular culture, you need to examine a genre on Youtube with which you may not be familiar: The reaction video.

Surf over to YouTube and search for the following:  “End of the World Reaction.” Be prepared to have your eyes opened by the way in which music and music videos have an effect on people, and through them, the culture at large.

“End of the World” is available on Amazon and iTunes.

Image as fake as the case in question… But the danger is real…

People ask me about the news sources to which I pay attention.  They ask me “how did you know this was going to happen?”  I confided in a co-worker in January of 2020 that the brewing pandemic was about taking Trump out of office, and as the news developed over the following weeks, my colleague remarked that it was all spookily as I’d predicted.  Let me state clearly that I am no Nostradamus.  I have no special gift of foresight. I am also far from infallible.  I’ve been wrong innumerable times.  I’ve also been right a number of times when it mattered.  I don’t here pretend that I know what’s next, but only some idea of that which could be next.  In January of 2020, watching and reading the reports come in, and the way the reports were being presented in media, I knew an operation of some sort was afoot.  At first, it was a sinking feeling in my gut, but by the time the “15 days to stop the spread” was announced, my mind was in four-alarm fire.  I’m at three-alarm now, edging toward the fourth, and other trusted voices are beginning to voice it too.  That could be confirmation bias, but it might also be that they’re independently seeing the same or similar things, and that their gut reactions to them are similar.  On Saturday, I warned of the real, undeniable threat posed to President Donald J. Trump by this “arrest” business.  For two days running, Bongino has echoed that concern.  Today, at the Conservative Treehouse, Sundance wrote of a similar concern, if not directly, then at least by implication.  We may see a hammer fall, or a series of them.  I do not believe this is coincidental.  I want you to pay clear attention to what I am saying: Do NOT be provoked into hasty acts of ill-considered reaction, but DO prepare to take such actions as may become necessary.  I pray that I am wrong, and that I’m misreading events, but I believe the unraveling of the republic has been engineered and may now be imminent. The pictures of Trump’s arrest are certainly fake, but the danger to him is still real.

The most important domestic news sources I follow are as follows:

Some of you are now asking: “What are you on about, Mark?” On Saturday, Sundance at CTH wrote the following near the conclusion of an inspiring post(to which I would refer you in full here):

“Do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.”

Initially, this posting made me feel somewhat guilty for having posted as I had, only a few hours before. While I’m virtually certain it was not aimed at me, I nevertheless felt that I should perhaps revisit my words, to rethink whether I might be over-the-top in my worries. Was I seeing a bogeyman that was a mirage created by the heat waves of my own biases? To understand a little about my thinking, you should probably understand my general orientation with respect to such things.  The specifics of what I do are much less important than the methodology I use to do them.  I engineer and maintain systems that serve a particular type of organization.  The most important aspect is, to use the euphemism: Business continuity. In terms of methodology, it’s very similar to concepts of “continuity of government,” and this means optimizing systems to continue operations under any circumstance, perhaps diminished in capacity, but nevertheless to continue.  This means an extraordinary gaming-out of potential scenarios under which our systems and our organization might be forced to operate.  It means examining all of the parameters, and trying to game out all of the dynamic aspects of all of the moving pieces.  We don’t operate in a static world.  If one small thing changes within a system, or the environment within which that system operates, it can wildly affect the outcome of events.  Trying to plan for how to respond to the myriad possibilities is in large measure what my day-job is all about.

With that in mind, as I’ve continued to think about my posting on the Martyrdom of Donald Trump, gathering new information and adding it to the pile of considerations, sorting through it all, to separate wheat and chaff, I keep coming back to the base assumptions.  Bongino touched on this Wednesday in the second hour of his radio show, but I don’t think I can put enough emphasis on the point.  When considering a set of scenarios, you make some baseline assumptions.  Some of them are so basic that we don’t bother to repeat them.  Those things are like these: We’re on Earth, man is mortal, the sun will rise tomorrow morning whether clouds or smoke obscure it or not, and time continues to tick away.  That’s all obvious stuff, and pretty rock-solid.  The problem comes in when we begin to subsume things into this ubiquitous list of conditions that do not belong there.  An example:

“In the final analysis, our most basic common link is that we all inhabit this small planet. We all breathe the same air. We all cherish our children’s future. And we are all mortal.” – President John F. Kennedy in an address at American University, Washington, DC, 10 June 1963

Is this a set of assumptions that are equally true? Pick it apart, and you’ll realize it is not. Yes, we inhabit this small planet, and yes, we are all mortal, but if live in East Palestine, Ohio, versus Davos Switzerland, you most assuredly do not breathe the same air, and it should go without saying that there are innumerable people who do not cherish their children’s futures. Another example of this had been all the discussions about how the people of the Middle East want freedom and self-governance just as much as we do. Not only was that contention a bad set of assumptions about a region’s populace, but it had been also a lethally flawed and bankrupt argument about our own culture.  We are surrounded by people who want neither political freedom nor anything like self-governance.

You might suggest that this is obvious, and perhaps to you and I, it is, but there are plenty of less-engaged people who take such assertions at face value.  They’re always stunned when it turns out that their government had lied to them, or that their spouse had been shagging the pool-boy. I go to such pains to point this out because in so many contexts, we fail to examine our various assumptions before evaluating a circumstance or scenario.  It’s quite easy to do.  People do it all the time.  “But this is America!”  Or: “But this shouldn’t be possible in 2023!”  Or more simply: “But I’m an American!”

Now this is must all be applied to our current scenario.  People make foolish assumptions about the motives of others.  People make even more foolish assumptions about the willingness of others to attend to and adhere to their motives.  Let us think this through:  What is the motive of people who wish to indict President Trump?  On the surface, we are told it is simply “to enact justice.”  Nobody really believes this announced public motive, not even the most mind-numbed of the leftist sheep.  Dan Bongino likes to point out the “and then what?” question.  Think of it this way: “I’m going to run over there and grab that tiger by the tail.”  Bongino would ask: “And then what?”

“We’re going to indict and arrest President Trump[on a bunch of phony charges that have legally expired if they were ever valid.]”

“And then what?”

In a sane world, the answer would be that Trump would beat the charge and be vindicated, but all of this is based on some assumptions that don’t hold up to inspection:  They’re seeking justice.  They’ll play fairly and within the law.  If they lose under the law, they’ll follow the law and then leave him be.  Do you believe any of these assumptions?  If they were seeking justice, they wouldn’t even be considering charging him.  Even now, the story has broken that they’re concealing exculpatory evidence.  So much for playing fairly and within the law.  If they lose, you think they will simply give up and go away?

If you believe any of those assumptions, I’d urge you to be present during the pool-boy’s next visit, lest your naiveté continue to abuse you.

Let’s go back to the beginning.  If justice isn’t their motive, then what other motives might they have?  Money?  Power?  If it’s one of those, to what end?  One could argue that political means can deliver both, and I believe it’s fair to say that the objectives are political. They must know that by parading Trump in cuffs will serve his narrative about the state of our country, but not theirs. Bongino points out rightly that if Trump is right about the existence of a “deep state,” then no better evidence for it might be constructed than the concocted political prosecution and arrest of Donald Trump.  In short, arresting him and dragging him into an arraignment actually ends up serving his political aims, because it’s tantamount to a confession that they’re everything he has said they are.

These people are diabolical, but they are not stupid. They know how this will be seen by the public at large.  They know they have a weak case that will likely be overturned in the long run, and that any such thing again only serves President Trump’s political aims, but not theirs. Our assumption here is that this a nakedly political prosecution, and it certainly is, at the surface, but there’s much more to this.  You see, I’m not nearly the only person war-gaming all of this.  They’ve war-gamed it too.  This is meaningful, because it means that they’re willing to go forward with this indictment and arraignment irrespective of its political costs to them.  Since these are people who are willing to do most anything for the sake of politics, this should serve as an alarm that something is wrong with our assumptions about why they’re willing to go forward with this indictment and arraignment.

From here, I diverge into two possibilities. Let us deal with the first.  The first is that they are irrational actors, and are motivated by revenge of some sort toward Trump and his legion of supporters.  While I have no doubt but that there is an extensive rank-and-file element that fits this description, the people driving this train are not irrational actors. They may exploit irrationalism on their side, such as the BLM and Antifa rank-and-file, but they’re not irrational.  Bongino asked “Is Bragg stupid, or does he just not care?”  He forgets another alternative: Bragg is neither stupid, nor irrational, and he’s doing all of this as a planned operation.

If we consider this third alternative, it makes more sense.  All of this makes more sense if we understand that the object of this entire situation is not to arrest Trump to humiliate him politically, since it won’t, but will instead serve to increase his credibility: The so-called Deep State is definitely after him.  It isn’t to actually enact some form of justice, because it cannot, since this entire situation is the negation of justice but not service to it.  If, as I surmised on Saturday, this is intended to intentionally place Trump in a situation where he can be gotten-to, and Bragg is doing it for that purpose, then all of it makes sense.

Remember, the political actors involved have demonstrated repeatedly over the last two decades that obtaining and exercising political power is their primary object, and that they have no compunction whatever about wiping people out, even right in front of our eyes.  What makes you think they are any less willing to eliminate Trump? After all, if you assume that their objective with this prosecution is to embarrass him, you must ask: To what end?  Theoretically, it would be to cut into his support among the American people.  If you’ve already ascertained that this would not be the result, but that instead, you might well strengthen his political standing with the electorate, why would you proceed?  You would not.

If the aim of this is to serve the political power objectives of the left, the immediate objective being to prevent Trump from being re-elected to the presidency, but the indictment and arraignment will not, in and of themselves, serve that political end, why would you do it?  There it is.  It’s right there.  Your assumptions must include that these people are willing to play within the law, or that they have lawful means in mind, or that they will rely upon lawful actors and lawful processes.  As I said on Saturday, let me repeat now: It doesn’t matter how it comes to pass that Donald Trump does not run for the presidency in 2024, so much as it matters to them that he does not run.

The salve they will offer for that gaping wound consists of this: “Well, at least you still have Ron DeSantis.”

All of this plays out as DeSantis creeps closer to a campaign launch.

Naturally, this assumes a purely domestic political agenda, but what if this is larger than purely domestic motives?  After all, the United States has long served as the stumbling block to larger global agendas, from our first amendment to our second; from our due process to our standard of living.  Bongino touched on this Wednesday, and gave reference to another story brought to us by Sundance over at the Last Refuge.  It seems things are breaking-down severely in France.  While another round of protests in that country surprises no one, this may be different.  Macron’s raising of the retirement age from 62 to 64 effectively by fiat may have struck a larger nerve in France.  The situation there now seems to be escalating, and as the country begins to break down, the last norms of civil conduct being discharged in favor of civil disobedience and worse, one begins to wonder what would happen in the aftermath of a tragic event here in the United States.

Remember, Bragg works for Soros.  Soros has been working hard to undermine the US for a long time.  That’s the primary reason behind his funding of the various District Attorneys around the country. It’s why he funds Antifa and all of the NGOs, including the ones collaborating to create an invasion at our Southern border.  They have been busy seeding chaos in our country for many years, and his only interests in US domestic politics is how it serves his global agenda.  If his aim has been to destroy the dollar all these years, ever since he successfully broke the bank of England, he knew he would have to strike at our soft underbelly.  He knew he would need to convince some number of us to destroy ourselves.  Look around. How much of the chaos you see in media or witness with your own eyes daily was actually birthed by some Soros-funded operation?  There is a growing library of what I term “little dirtbag videos,” of some scumbag assaulting an old man, or attacking a child, or otherwise preying upon our civil society, almost all of which occur in some Soros-backed criminal sanctuary like New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, or other locale.

The whole of our society is fracturing, and coming apart at the seams.  Many people now long for some sort of vigilantism.  Others speak openly of civil war.  We are being pushed toward the brink.  What would it take to shove us over the edge?  A banking collapse?  The tragic in-custody assassination of a beloved and hated former president?

The warning signs are there.  When they start creating fake images of Trump’s arrest, they’re trying to engender more hatred and rage amongst the left, or maybe even more outrage among us. Either way, this isn’t a good thing, and it’s being carried out with careful planning.

On Wednesday morning, as I began to peruse all of my usual news sources, I naturally headed over to the Treehouse to see what Sundance had to say. There it was, and I was both relieved and dismayed, in the first instance because somebody else was seeing similar darkness, but in the second instance because it’s a terrifying sort of confirmation. Said Sundance:

“At a certain point you have to wonder if the scale of the “dual justice” visibility is not intended to provoke a political crisis. If this is the motive, we are heading to a very dark place.”(emphasis mine.)

It wasn’t too much later that I listened to Bongino’s radio show, during which he repeated certain aspects of his concern for President Trump’s safety that had featured prominently in his podcast earlier in the day.  Here’s Wednesday’s Bongino podcast from Rumble:

Bragg indicts and arrests Trump? And then what? He’s taken into custody to be fingerprinted, and be arraigned. Then what? Trump is assassinated going into, during or upon release from custody? And then what?  The whole of the MAGA following goes out on a mass general strike. Then what? The cities begin to fail for lack of… everything.  Then what?  We make France’s current troubles look like a picnic at the beach.  Then what?  George Soros and his cohorts finally win.  That’s one possible scenario.

Pay attention to Israel too. Things are starting to look pretty sporty over there at the moment.

In the last twenty minutes of Bongino’s radio show, he ran with a breaking story about the fact that the DA may have been hiding exculpatory evidence in the Trump case, perhaps as many as 600 pages of documents. I suspect this is the underlying cause for the delays now being reported widely, including here by Sundance.

In short, the wheels may be coming off already, but this could also be a delay for another unstated reason.  They may eventually still carry out all of this, and to the worst possible effect.  The problem is what I said nearer the top of this post:  Things are dynamic.  Monkey-wrenches get dropped(or thrown) into machinery.  Sometimes that results in a full stop, or sometimes just a delay.  Sometimes, there is another material change in the underlying environment, or the broader set of circumstances.  The point is that it’s always fluid, and you must be able to adapt your thinking and your assumptions to new information, new inputs, surprise events, and anything else that might crop-up.  The hardest thing for which you must account is all the things that you do not know, or worse, that you do not know that you do not know.

What I can say with certainty at this moment is that Trump is in extreme danger.  Whatever dark imaginings I might have, I’m not inclined to abandon them until their potential has expired. It’s how I’m built, for better or worse.  I must also stress that I am not in the predictions business, for a whole host of reasons. What I do is to prepare for changes to the circumstances in which I operate.  Let me stress this to you.  What I am telling you is that this is a time to have one’s head on a swivel and to be prepared for whatever happens. The point of this exercise is to be able to sort through what is to be done if a given event occurs.  Specifically, what will I do if/when [event] happens? If there are preferred outcomes, are there ways to influence events so that the outcomes are closer to my preferences?  What are those things? The entire purpose of war-gaming all of this out is to react with well-planned actions, rather than with ill-considered, ad hoc reactions, and to perhaps influence events before they happen, or while they occur. Why do you think President Trump posted about this on Saturday morning?  Yes, he was informing all of us, but it’s also true that he’s trying to influence events, as he should.

As this goes to press, Mark Levin is throwing gasoline on the bonfire that should become Alvin Bragg’s non-case case. He’s also warned that we should be wary of so-called legal analysts who will try to immediately shift to telling us the Georgia case or the DC Special Persecutor case is a “much better case.” For reasons he’s made abundantly clear on Wednesday’s show, we should lend no more credibility to these cases than the current spectacle in NYC. Even if the New York case implodes, and Trump avoids being persecuted in that venue, do not doubt that they will try again and again, because I don’t believe they’re after a simple political outcome.  On the other hand, in light of the new information of Wednesday afternoon and evening, if Bragg continues, you can be virtually assured that he’s after something more than President Trump’s legal scalp.

UPDATE: Sundance at CTH, ever on top of things, got the very letter Levin read on-air this evening.  See HERE.

The Martyrdom of Donald J. Trump

Beheading MAGA

One way or another, they must stop him.  For one reason or another, they’ve become desperate to the point of lunacy and unbridled evil.  It isn’t enough any longer to merely harass the man with foolish, concocted, contrived legal theories and motions.  It’s coming to a head.  Whether for the sake of the ultimate distraction from their own malfeasance and misfeasance, or because they have genuinely become so desperate to stop him that all of the emergency brakes on their actions have become disabled, it no longer matters.  The same people who have disguised a coup d’etat as an election, and who have repeatedly disguised money-laundering operations as wars, seem now to be in the process of disguising an assassination as a routine arrest and booking that will inevitably somehow go so tragically wrong.  Somehow, the cameras will be inoperable, or critical frames of the video will somehow go missing.  There will be strange, inexplicable gaps in time.  The recordings will be lost.  The communications systems will be malfunctioning.  Power outages will occur.  There will be unforeseen lapses in security protocols.  There will be a freak accident.  Something will malfunction.  Somebody will betray the trust.  Something will “slip through the cracks.” Some long-established procedure will be ignored.  A weapon will be smuggled-in or pre-positioned. Some innocuous item will be converted into a weapon.  Some otherwise innocent human failing will be exploited.  There will be a post-incident “investigation” that reveals nothing novel.  We’ve heard it all before.  No longer satisfied with merely silencing him, or us, they know the arrest of President Trump, the legitimate President of the United States, will merely elevate him.  Symbolic martyrdom can be avoided by only one thing: The actual martyrdom of Donald J. Trump.

Saturday morning, on Truth Social, President Trump truthed the following:

Ladies and gentlemen, it’s no secret that I’ve had my disagreements with President Trump.  Those disagreements, whatever they may have been, are of little consequence at this moment. As I have recently opined, the only way forward for our country is to bring President Donald J. Trump back to his rightful post as President of the United States.  Most of you understand this.  Most of you realize that there can be no justice again in America until that situation is rectified.  Our country is on the path of the doomed.  It’s been decided that we must be destroyed, and the destruction is proceeding apace.  Our banking system has been rigged for demolition, and now, one by one, the charges are being detonated.  It’s all in torturous slow motion, but it will accelerate.

The demons know that the arrest and booking of Trump will lead Americans to turn against them. They will be unable to stop themselves.  They need only separate him from his Secret Service detail for a few moments to leave him vulnerable.  President Trump is a strong guy, but he’s also 76.  He’ll be cuffed. In that position, he will be vulnerable to any conceivable form of attack. The air. The ink used to fingerprint him.  The guards.  The other employees.  As yet unknown perpetrators.  Hands. Fists. Feet.  The ink roller. A sharp-edged piece of broken plexiglass. A pencil. A million possible instruments of murder exist.  Dozens and dozens of potential assailants will be gathered.  Perhaps one unhinged employee will be present with a grudge and a cancer diagnosis, or a simple desire to go down in history as the person who “got Trump.”

For those who think foolishly that “they’d never try this,” I ask only that you check your premises.  What is to stop them?  Why wouldn’t they?  What is it about these people that has convinced you that they’re anything other than a collective of gangsters and hooligans who’ve been elevated into positions of power? What is it that you’ve seen that has convinced you that they’re somehow morally incapable of crossing this or any other line?  They’ve repeatedly demonstrated their firm commitment to the antique but still not obsolete promise that “dead men tell no tales.”  Dead men cannot exercise power.  Dead men cannot oppose them.  Dead men cannot lead an opposition.  Dead men are dead.

We who love history revere the quotes of some of our great dead leaders of old.  This is now the most power they may possess, but this too can be muted in this age of canceled history.  The slim power they retain lies only within our minds and our hearts.  The people who intend to arrest Trump know this too.  Just like John F. Kennedy before him, they intend to expunge Donald J. Trump lest he ever wield power against them again.  They will contend with any future leader we might select in just the same way, if we ever manage to elect one again.

I will be praying for the safety of President Trump, as should you all.  The plotters never fail to plan.  Part of their plot, whether they martyr Donald J. Trump or not, will be to enrage all of MAGA and to provoke a response that they can convert into another J6 Hoaxurrection. From the moment we let them steal our election, from the mail-in ballot fraud, to the dead voters, to the manufactured ballots, to the second phony impeachment, everything has been aimed at us as much as Trump. I don’t know the answer; certainly not one that is clean and neat and tidy.  I expect this to be messy, and it may well end with the death of our Republic, which even now writhes in its mortal throes.

As goes Trump, so shall the republic go.  If they murder him, you will know they have murdered the republic.  If they do not, for whatever reason or twist of fate, you will know that there remains a slim chance, and upon that chance we must capitalize.  What is certain is that what President Trump told us only a short few weeks ago at CPAC is true: This is the final battle.  We are in it.  He needn’t even say it. We know: The storm is well and truly upon us.

The Enemy Is Here!

The Enemy Already Occupies Leadership

The time in which we live is very frustrating.  I hear long-time favorite talk-show hosts spouting pro-war propaganda, and I think some of them have lost their minds.  Worse, they’re so out of touch that I don’t know how they can be reached or how they can be made to understand.  In terms of argumentation, we’re at an impasse, but I’m not given to easy surrender.  It seems that they’re confused about the real nature of the enemy confronting us, so much so, that the critical, imperative nature of what I wish to convey to them and to you no longer permits the time-honored process of argumentation and debate; point and counterpoint.  We simply no longer have the time for such niceties.  We’re hurtling toward a kinetic World War in which the use of nuclear weapons is being discussed in ways that suggests the proponents of war actually think it’s feasible and even desirable.  No.  They tell us to recall Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, Pope John Paul II, and a litany of Cold-War era leaders who managed to guide us, just barely, away from the gaping abyss.  It’s as though they somehow believe that the leaders we now have are in any way comparable to those of my youth who managed to extract us from the most dangerous period in history(excepting the present.)  I don’t know any other way to say this.  I hope somebody will tap Mark Levin on the shoulder and whisper in his ear, explaining gently that there’s no way to defeat any foreign enemy while our own republic has been overthrown:  The enemy is here.

Mark Levin is a reasonable guy, and he’s a smart fellow, and while I love his passion in some instances, this is certainly a time in which cooler heads ought to prevail.  Levin actually compared Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Winston Churchill.  I cannot, in any conceivable way, stretch the whole of my knowledge of history of the Second World War or the more recent history of the grubby comic of Kiev in order to construct any valid parallel between the two.  It is not that Churchill was without his flaws, nor that Zelenskyy might not have some virtue tucked out of sight somewhere, but that there is no way in which one could possibly be mistaken for the other.  None.   As fatally-flawed as this comparison may seem, it’s hardly the worst among Levin’s highly emotional rantings on Ukraine.

Levin is correct inasmuch as he notes that Putin is a villain, but he also overstates the case.  He refers to him as a murderer, but I’d be tempted to ask Levin: What of Obama?  Obama ordered the drone-strike of countless people, including women, children, and other innocent civilians.  Even in our wretched evacuation of Kabul, Afghanistan, Biden didn’t miss the opportunity to conduct a drone strike against an innocent man and his family, as a scapegoat for the bombing that claimed the lives of our servicemembers at the airport.  Is Levin ready to put Biden on trial?  No? Why not? Are American leaders the only ones permitted to have innocent blood on their hands in the service of the reputation and interests of those leaders?  This is hardly a defense of Putin, but I mention it to illustrate a larger point, and it’s one that Levin seems stubbornly committed to ignoring: We’re not necessarily the good guys in this instance, not because of our people or because of our soldiers, but because our government is no longer ours.

Levin seems to be oblivious to the crimes committed by the Ukraine government against its own people in the Eastern provinces over the last decade.  He also seems unaware that it was our government, under Obama, that saw to the overthrow of a legitimately elected leader, President Viktor Yanukovych.  By legitimate, I mean at least as legitimate as Biden. The “color revolution” executed by our government in Ukraine in 2014 with Victoria Nuland at the helm should cause any thoughtful person to pause.  Was the previous leader a Russian puppet? Perhaps, but certainly no more than his successor was a Western puppet.

The greatest error by Levin finally seemed to cross his mind at the end of his opening hour of pro-war propaganda on Tuesday: He noted that he doesn’t trust ‘these guys” (meaning the whole Biden administration) and that this is part of the problem.  I don’t think Levin yet realizes how true that is.  It’s more than a part of the problem, however.  It is the whole irreparable heart of the issue.  You see, it is impossible to consider what the actions of the United States have been, or ought to be, in light of its current leadership.  To pretend for one moment that Rishi Sunak is in any way comparable to Margaret Thatcher is terrible judgment enough, without going a step farther, and to imagine the current communist pope, Francis, is in any way on-par with John Paul II is equally abominable, but to imagine that Joe Biden in any sense compares favorably with Ronald Reagan should be a black spot on Levin’s soul for which he’s never forgiven.  It’s not simply wrong, but instead, it’s catastrophically foolish and farcical.  It’s the kind of desperately dishonest sort of thing often said by people who know they’ve lost an argument.

Biden not only fails to be Reagan, he fails even to be Carter.  Whatever I think of Carter, I don’t believe the man had been a traitor to his country.   As I asked of Levin on Twitter, naturally unanswered, if we admit that everything the Biden administration is doing domestically is driven by a political agenda that seems intent on destroying the country, our country, why on Earth would we imagine that their international aims would hold any other objective?  Levin even mentioned at one point that foreign policy is non-political, “like Justice is supposed to be.”  That should have been the moment that it dawned on Levin.  That should have been the switch that turned on the lightbulb that would have stopped him in his rhetorical tracks.

Dear  Mr. Levin: Our justice system is entirely politicized, and in fact could be said to be a racketeering operation every bit as detestable as the sorts of criminals it had been their mission to pursue, prosecute, and punish.  What in the Hell do you think makes the State Department any different in any way?  They’re part of the racket too. They’re part of the same sick political agenda.  Our diplomatic corps are staffed with the same sort of impeccably corrupt criminals that run everything else in this fatally corrupt, criminal operation known as the United States federal government.

Levin is perfectly capable of seeing and lamenting the catastrophic nature of our current administrative state.  He knows that on the domestic front, it’s all crap, crime, and corruption all of the time. All of it.  He looks at what is being done to the American people, and he can clearly identify the fact that it’s a purposeful, intentionally wanton destruction of the greatest nation that’s ever been, and that it’s as though the government is carrying out a war on its own people at home.  He sees it.  He knows it.  He understands it.  He reports on it to his listeners and viewers daily.

Somehow, he is unable to fathom that this same institution might likewise be acting against the interest of the American people on the international front.  Why?  Does he think Mitch McConnell is motivated by concern for the people of Ukraine?  For the people of America?  Does he think Chuck Schumer is any less demonic in his intentions in foreign policy than in the domestic sphere?  What sort of sophistry must one accept to draw such an absurd conclusion?

At the same time, Levin detests the argument made by some that we have no business securing Ukraine when we haven’t secured our own borders.  He says it’s got nothing to do with it.  Doesn’t it?  Our Southern border is now being flooded with Chinese nationals.  What does Levin think their purpose is?  The whole point is to flood us with prospective saboteurs.  While Levin rightly notes the real danger of China to the future of the United States, he seems not to notice that Joe Biden is fatally compromised in both Ukraine and China.  China is only too happy to see so much of our own war materials and equipment sent to Ukraine to be used up killing Russians.  We’re having a shortage of 155mm artillery shells, the same kind fired by the howitzers I worked on in Europe in the 1980s. It’s our most important land-based field artillery type, having a huge investment in both towed and self-propelled pieces to fire these rounds. I thought about this as I learned the explosion and fire at the Schumann & Co’s foundry in Bedford Ohio on Monday, a company that deals with brass, among other things, which is a critical component in the manufacture of these shells. I have no idea if Schumann has any part in the manufacturing of such components, and it’s probably coincidental, but I’d just read an article about the artillery round shortages, and it struck me as odd.  Are any of the myriad of derailments, industrial fires and explosions, along with other oddities like the many fires at food processors and poultry farms part of a war of infiltration and sabotage?  Don’t tell me the border has nothing to do with it.  It’s the first line of our national defense.

This must then be our inescapable conclusion, and it’s one Levin seems not quite willing to accept: Our chief enemy is here.  Our chief enemy, the only one that can truly destroy our formerly beautiful constitutional republic, is the enemy within.  I am willing to say it, while others cannot muster the voice for it: Our own government has united with other elements as a joint enemy against the people of the United States, the true irony of which is that the American people are being leveraged and taxed to pay for their own destruction.  When we send $200 billion to the defense of Ukraine, after you consider how much is siphoned off for purely corrupt purposes, surely less than half makes it to Ukraine, and some of that makes its way back in the form of donations to all the DC dirtbags who voted for the funds to go to Ukraine.

Levin offers that $200 billion is a cheap price to pay for the destruction of the Russian Army.  This is pure neocon claptrap.  What threat does the Russian Army pose to the people of the United States? Are we expecting them to pour across our borders?  No. What we expect are the bombers, ICBMs, and hypersonic missiles.  Our $200 billion has done nothing to reduce the threat posed by that set of Russian weapons systems.  Instead, the ongoing destruction of the Russian Army merely increases the likelihood that such weapons will be employed against us if Putin becomes desperate, and/or the Russian people become vengeful at the loss of their men to American artillery shells.

Meanwhile, the enemy most lethal to the American people rampages in Washington DC.  It cracks the whips against the backs of the very people it wishes most to destroy: Us. While Mark Levin advocates continuing funding of the war in Ukraine, and resorts to cheap scare-tactics about an eventual draft, the truth he and some others seem to avoid is that we are now being ruled by an occupying government that bears no allegiance to the American people, or to the constitution for which it provides conveniently sporadic lip-service.  We find ourselves in the unenviable position of the defenders of the gate of Gondor in the Lord of the Rings.  We are confronted by obvious enemies before us, but the minds of our leadership are long overthrown, like Denethor, Steward of Gondor.  We are unfit to make war with anybody while our nation is governed by enemies.  We don’t need to seek out enemies in Russia or Ukraine, or much of anywhere else.  They’re here, right here, in the USA. DC is overrun by them, and they’re running the show.

Only Trump

Only Trump

I’ve  been sickened to watch the usual crew of wannabees and has-beens line up to stealth-announce their entries into the campaign for the Republican nomination for President in 2024.  Once again, we see a very typical field of splitter-strategy candidates, all intended to help one deep-cover DCMafia candidate in his attempt to thwart Trump on behalf of the same old crew.  Once you realize that the two parties in DC are really aligned with the same basic goals, you begin to understand why almost nobody in DC is on our side.  They hate us.  They’ve hated us for generations.  They all puppet the same basic set of talking points, each putting their own spin on them, and each trying to appear genuine, unique, and somehow revolutionary.  They’re all unique little snowflakes, just like every other.  When the catastrophe of East Palestine occurred, in the middle of deep red Trump country in Ohio, both the Republican governor of Ohio and the Democrat governor of Pennsylvania were only too happy to write-off the people in the affected zone.  The Biden administration, likewise well aware that they don’t have many political friends in the region, also wrote-off the people of Eastern Ohio, the entire Ohio river basin, and all of Western Pennsylvania and New York.  They don’t care about you, because they steal and negate your votes anyway.  You’re already dead to them, and they’d just as soon keep it that way.

Then, on Friday the 17th of February, one man made it turn.

On Friday, former President Donald J. Trump, the true legitimate winner of the 2020 election, announced that he would be making a trip to East Palestine, Ohio.  Then it all changed.

Suddenly, FEMA, which had declined Ohio’s request for assistance, began to mobilize.  Suddenly, the governor of Ohio, the feckless, worthless DCMafia creature Mike DeWine, began to make a performative show on behalf of the people of East Palestine and its surrounding zone.   Why?  What changed?

Trump.

Only Trump.

This is why in 2024, come Hell or high water, whether they concoct some indictment of him or not, I will vote only for Trump. I don’t care if I am forced to write his name onto the ballot.  I will vote only for Trump.  I don’t care if the fake, false, performative GOP dies a fiery death for lack of my lonely little vote.  I will not support any of their fakers.  I will not support any of their “Trump-light” alternative offerings. No.  Never.  They can’t force me, and they can’t bribe me.  They can’t make me.  I will vote for the genuine article, and the only candidate they actually fear. Sundance’s warning to the GOP will be manifest.

The Democrats openly tell you that much as they dislike any Republican, there’s only one that is completely unacceptable to them:  Trump.  They could “live with” or “tolerate” any of the others(for now.)  They do not want you to nominate Trump.  Why?

Apart from the obvious fact that the rest are ultimately controlled by the same people, ALL OF THEM, agents of the Bushes, Ryans and the McConnells; the Kochs, Soroses, and the Schwabs, you should now grasp what’s been sitting there, mocking you like a gargoyle watching over your shining city from on high: When the Democrats move to steal 2024 just like they stole 2018, 2020, and 2022, none of the other prospective nominees will say a word about it.  Not one.  Not a frigging word.  Do you see it now?

No?

In the last two years, name the prospective Republican nominee for 2024 who has uttered one syllable about the litany of shenanigans and treason that occurred to deliver the 81 million ballots, many of them illegitimate, on behalf of Joe Biden.  There is only one.  His name is Trump.  All of the rest have been mute on the subject.  All of the others are simply playing their assigned roles.  You are being led to slaughter by a bunch of performers who pretend at fighting the “culture war” or fighting the “woke left,” but none of them are fighting the elephant, never mind the donkey, in the room.

Only one man who has again offered himself into this cauldron of demons as our potential nominee has addressed it.  Only one.

If you don’t see it by now, and you stubbornly reject the evidence of your eyes, I won’t apologize for the fact that we who have seen it will be obliged to take up the fight on your behalf.

In 2024, there can be only one nominee among all the probable and possible candidates thus far mentioned who will actually offer us a chance to overthrow the DCMafia and save our nation, and I will vote for him.

Exactly, only one.

Only Trump.

Our Democracy Is NOT on the Ballot

Monday, November 7th, 2022

Democracy is not on the ballot. America is.

Tomorrow is election day.  There are many candidates and issues on ballots all across the country.  The leftists in media have been haranguing Americans with the notion that “our Democracy is on the ballot.”  They’re lying, and their lies are extensive.  What you must know going into tomorrow’s election is that among all the things on the ballot tomorrow, “our Democracy” is nowhere among them.  There are many reasons this is true, but chief among them, apart from all the other dire foolishness, is that the only “democracy” on the ballot is a fake, contrived notion of government that very few Americans actually accept.  The reason for this is simple:  We don’t have a democracy.  Our nation is a constitutional, representative republic.  This means our laws are published and known or knowable in advance of any controversy for all to understand.  This means we don’t live under a fiat rule or governance, where laws can be changed at the sheer whim of our rulers.  It also means that on the federal level, voters do not vote for legislation of any sort.  Ever.  We elect Representatives and Senators who go to Washington DC with at least a general set of instructions given them by the people who elected them in their home districts and states.  We don’t directly elect our President either, nor do we have a direct say in the nomination or appointment of our federal judiciary.  We have elected office-holders who participate in that process with our advice and our consent via our votes for them.   We do not have a democracy, and our founders were clear on this point, in Article IV, Section 4, in which the Constitution guarantees to the states a “republican form of government.”  This means that our fundamental rights are never to be subject to the vote of the people, and that the several states retain sovereign control over the union thereby constituted.  This is critical to understand, because when they say “our democracy is on the ballot,” there is no such creature in our system, but that’s not to say they don’t want it to be.  Democracy is almost always the forerunner to some sort of tyranny.  When they say “our democracy,” they are not speaking about our current form of government, but instead the bastardized catastrophe they hope to trick you into accepting.  It is time to reject their offer, veiled in egregious lies and deception.

When these duplicitous monsters talk about their “democracy,” you may have noticed that you’re not included in it.  They don’t want your involvement in the governance of our country, or even your households.  Instead, what they desire is a form of government in which all such decisions are left to them.  The “democracy” they want is merely a superficial instrument to be used to steal from you your sovereignty over your own lives.  One clear example of this is the so-called “Green New Deal,” which is merely another contrivance intended to provide them more control.  First, they concoct a crisis, in this instance, the “climate crisis,” for which they naturally have a solution.  Of what does such a solution consist? Their solution consists entirely of wrecking your standard of living.  Their goal for two generations has been to mis-educate your children into the belief that the climate crisis was real, and that people are its proximal cause.  At the same time, by this mis-education program, they have undertaken an effort to leave most of your children without the intellectual means or moral courage to question any of it.  Innocently in many cases, you thought you had been paying taxes to fund the schools to educate your children, but in fact, your exertions have been turned against you, and what you’ve been funding is a machine bent to the purpose of indoctrinating your children with an anti-ideology to which you’re not only opposed, but also condemn outright.  As this was done, your children were likewise taught to condemn you.

Climate is just one of many issues they’ve used to dissolve the bonds of family. In point of fact, any significant issue you might choose to examine will exhibit similar patterns. The people who’ve done this are not just the enemies of your family, but the enemies of our country.  What they will not tell you about what’s really on the ballot as you choose your candidates and make decisions on various ballot initiatives, bond issues, and states’ constitutional amendments is that America as you’ve known it, and as you knew it in your youth, has been placed there for elimination.  Your constitutional, representative republic is on the ballot.  The future of your children is on the ballot.  The maniacs in various states want to mandate COVID vaccines for your children, despite the intense threat to their health. If you permit these people to remain in office, they will destroy us all.  That’s because when they speak of “our democracy,”  you’re not going to be part of it.  It’s their democracy, not ours.

The other thing they’re keen to accomplish during this election cycle is to prevent you from learning before the polls close tomorrow evening how catastrophic will be the fruits of their rule.  If you think you’ve seen the worst of their economy, you’re quite wrong.  The worst is still coming, and they’re hiding it from you so you’ll be unaware as you head to the polls.  How does “Global Societal Collapse” grab you?  Naturally, they will be just fine.  You?  I regret to inform you that they simply don’t give a damn about that.  As I said, you’re not part of their democracy.  It’s time to call everybody in your contacts, talk to all your neighbors, and make certain that they at least know what’s at stake tomorrow.  It won’t be an easy recovery, because the collapse is not nearly finished, but armed with the truth, you can at least begin to hold those responsible to account tomorrow at the polls.  Our time is running out.  “Our Democracy” is not at stake tomorrow.

America is.

Biden’s America: A Shit-Hole Country

Thursday, October 13th, 2022

It took them less than two years…

Back in 2018, when President Donald Trump used the term “shit-hole countries” to describe Haiti and a number of other nations around the world, the left descended upon him like a cloud of flies to a San Francisco sidewalk, circa 2022.  Unkind though it may have been, it was a brutally honest description of the conditions in those nations. Most of them are impoverished, and most of them are made all the more poverty-stricken by the uncontested, unrepentant corruption that thrives in these countries.  Often, despotism looms large, and in many ways, is the underlying cause of the nations languishing in that state.  Moral degeneracy of the country’s leadership sets the stage for the sort of necessary cultural decline to descend into these conditions.  The signs of a “shit-hole country” are easy to spot, but now, just four years later, and barely two years into Joe Biden’s administration of our federal government, if you look around America, all the signs are now evident here.  It didn’t take long under the sort of electoral corruption we’ve seen.  It didn’t take long with a demented, compromised, corrupt old man standing as the puppet for even more disgraceful people. Behold, the horrors: America has become a full-bore shit-hole country, and the only remaining question is whether we will permit this to become a permanent condition.

One of the characteristics most detestable about shit-hole countries is the corruption of any democratic processes enshrined in such law as they may have.  Votes are purchased, ballot-boxes are stuffed, ineligible peoples are permitted(often forced) to vote, and the election is rife with bribery and quid pro quo of every description.  There is no relief to be had at the bar of justice, because justice has been vanquished either by bribery, or extortion, or threats of violence and murder.  Law enforcement agents are paid not to see criminality, and to find criminality solely among those who displease those in power. Nothing converts a thriving nation into a shit-hole country faster than the demolition of the rule of law, the corruption of justice, and the gaming of its electoral processes.

In shit-hole countries, criminals are used as tools of those in power, to terrorize the populace and keep them too busy struggling to survive while protecting such property as they may own from the racketeers and criminals who thrive under corrupt governance.  There’s little time to “fight city hall” when you’re too busy protecting your wife or daughter from rapists running wild, or your children from predators of every description, or even your own neck from every form of bandit, thug and psychopath who’s been loosed upon the society.  Shit-hole countries imprison people for the sake of politics alone, using incarceration to punish their political foes, but instead using real criminals as weapons against their political rivals and anybody else who might challenge their power.

Inflation, often hyperinflation, is a feature of shit-hole countries.  This is because money-printing and poor fiscal and monetary policies tend to serve the looting criminals who corrupt these governments to their own purposes.  They accrue new debt for which their citizens will be compelled to pay, for every trendy social program of which they learn at the latest UN-sponsored conference or meeting; they involve their nations in unnecessary military adventurism, and generally use the treasury of their countries as their own personal loot to pay off henchmen, political friends, and their various enforcers, buying-off all those not already sympathetic or subservient to their aims. Even now, the Producer Price Index, reflecting the costs producers face, has soared higher yet again.  This will force prices higher for consumers.  The inflation isn’t over for America, and in fact, it’s just begun.

Garbage and human waste are features of a shit-hole country.  This is because despite all their lip-service to the poor and downtrodden, they never allocate many resources and virtually no effort to it.  Instead, these sorts of things become the cover for money-laundering in which cash is delivered from the treasury to various organizations who mostly do political work, advocacy, and racketeering, all under the guise of various humanitarian efforts.  It’s all a scam of course, much like BLM has been demonstrably shown to have been, but this is the basic way in which humanitarianism is done.  It’s mostly an exercise in graft, corruption, and fraud.  What’s the point of our “assistance” to Ukraine?  Do you think that money is going to actually help people? How much of it is buying Zelensky’s latest mansion in the Mediterranean basin?

Education, to the degree it exists, is an indoctrination camp in shit-hole countries, where faculty and administration exist solely to keep their jobs and do the bidding of the ruling political class and whatever fads become popular in the ruling class.  Schools become campuses overrun by abuse of children under the guise of education, and the will of parents is completely ignored.  In the worst of shit-hole nations, parents cannot even remove their children from government-run schools, either to private or religious schools, or to some form of home-schooling.  We have a growing number of advocates for this sort of educational dictatorship even now in America, and as we saw in the case of parents raising Hell at school boards over Critical Race Theory, the educational establishment, the political administration, and law enforcement all collude and coordinate a response to suppress dissent.  Yes, we truly have become a shit-hole nation, even and particularly in education.

Shit-hole countries do everything possible to deprive their citizenry of energy.  They wreck the infrastructure, and they wreck the means of deriving energy from such resources as may be available to them. Most shit-hole countries quickly find themselves to be an energy desert, because the political ruling class see it as an excellent opportunity to profit.  They rape and pillage and loot the energy sector, and soon, the nation finds itself with insufficient energy.  When you cannot light your neighborhoods at night, crime begins to escalate.

Speaking of crime, one of the things common in shit-hole countries is the legal disability to self-defense.  Firearms are often limited or banned outright, and the entire concept of self-defense is frequently rigged against the defender.  More, politics is often injected into the legal system, such that one’s ability to legally defend oneself or one’s family is entirely dependent upon one’s political standing with the regime at the time.  In recent years, we’ve seen an uptick in this very thing here in the United States, as people like workers in bodegas in New York who resort to lethal self-defense find themselves in jail, awaiting trial, unless public outcry forces the authorities to free them.  Now, at every turn, the anti-gun left(who is really the anti-self-defense left) are attempting to strip from you your right to keep and bear arms.  Even now, they’re plotting how to stall a number of cases from reaching the Supreme Court of the United States until they can figure out how to eliminate Clarence Thomas or one of the other conservatives.  The Ninth Circuit in California is playing this cynical game even now, hoping something will intervene to prevent them from ruling in accordance with currently controlling SCOTUS precedents.

Another common feature of shit-hole countries is that their leader is frequently a puppet controlled by one or more foreign or elite actors.  Very often, these people don’t have any substantial concern about the nation in question, and they have some local marionette playing the role of leader, all for the purpose of looting the country blind. Very often, these puppets can scarcely manage their own affairs, never mind those of a whole country, and yet they’re in the position of leadership because somebody else put them there for the purpose of carrying out a different, non-public agenda.  Great Reset, anybody?

Shit-hole countries don’t have effective borders. People come and go from their borders as readily as they desire.  Shit-hole countries are barely countries at all, but more, people are imported to support the shit-hole leaders. Immigration policy becomes a form of recruitment and conscription.  These recruits become the basis by which the native peoples are displaced and overwhelmed.  Look around America and you will see all the signs this is happening here.

This is where we’ve now arrived in 2022 America.  Thanks to Joe Biden and all the crooks who helped put him there, we live in a shit-hole country that’s becoming shittier by the day.  With each passing day, conditions in America are worsening, and the only remaining question is whether we’ll do a damned thing about it.  This coming election will show us a great deal.  How serious are we about self-governance?  How seriously do we take our civic duties?  To what lengths will we go to wrest control from the demons now running us rapidly into the ground.  I scarcely could have imagined this in 2018, when Trump first coined the term “shit-hole countries” to the raging displeasure of the media and the left(the same people.)  Now I’ve realized this was because a shit-hole nation is precisely what they intended for us.  Now we have it.  Will we settle for the shit-hole country they’ve created?  We must not.  I will not. The coming election may be our last opportunity to start this process peaceably.

The Demoralization Campaign Against You

Saturday, September 3rd, 2022

They MUST shut you down…

The media has been pushing a large number of fake polls lately, all intended to do two things: In the first place, the polls are designed to demoralize you and keep you home on election day.  The idea is to make you believe that your vote won’t matter, and that your candidates can’t win.  In the second instance, they’re designed to make it plausible when they cheat.  They fully intend to cheat, but they know if you show up in legions, their efforts are likely to fall short.  In other words, they know if you flood the polls on election day, they will have a very difficult time rigging and cheating enough to pull off wins in many districts and Senate races.  It’s that simple: Convince you that defeat is inevitable so that they have a chance to steal the elections.  You must not fall for that, and while people who read this site are the sort disinclined to fall prey to such games, the truth is that every reader here knows many people who are likely to do so.  It’s up to us.  We have to get the vote out.  We have to drag folks to the polls.  We have to convince them that their way of life is on the line, because, in point of fact, it is.  This is no time to go wobbly, as the Iron Lady cautioned.  This is the time to push like Hell, and shove this election down their throats, or, as Steve Bannon likes to say, we need to give them a “Democracy Suppository.”

In part or in whole, the Mar-a-Lago raid was timed to hit the day after Trump’s CPAC Texas speech, which had been a barn-burner, and really energized MAGA. That’s the giveaway.  In Biden’s dark speech on the 1st of September from Independence Hall, he specifically mentioned the energized nature of MAGA republicans, and that’s no accident.  It’s also why he sought to separate “MAGA republicans” from what he termed “mainstream republicans.”  He wants to divide and demoralize republicans going into the mid-terms, and to understand why, let’s look closely at what actual polls show us. Richard Baris, the “PeoplesPundit” on Twitter, who’s done some of the most exhaustive and accurate work in discerning the actual dynamics of electorates in the last few elections, and who has figured out how to more reliable gauge Trump voters’ engagement in elections, today pointed to a new poll from Rasmussen.  That poll shows us that Fetterman is losing ground in Pennsylvania to Dr. Oz, as is Shapiro to Mastriano.  The latter is now within the margin of error, and it’s very close to the margin of error for the Senate race.

This is buttressed by another poll that shows Trump leading Biden by seven(7) points in Pennsylvania if the election were held today:

Another polling outfit worth your attention is Robert Cahaly’s Trafalgar Group.  They now have a poll showing longtime Senate Democrat Patty Murray in the state of Washington in surprisingly close contest, now within three(3) points.  Yes, Washington!

Democrats understand that this is a turn-out election, as are most midterms.  They know that the path to victory with their weak candidates comes down to a matter of margins.  They must suppress the turn-out of the republicans, and they must muddy the waters in any way they can. Once you realize this, everything they’re doing makes sense. What this should mean to conservatives, republicans, and MAGA voters is the following:

A so-called “red wave” is entirely possible. To come to fruition, however, Republicans are going to need to win the close races, which will be many. If Republican candidates can win all of the close races, they can flip both the House and the Senate, and finally put restraint on Biden’s ridiculous, tyrannical regime.  It will be a battle at the margins, and what this means is getting aligned folk to the polls, and protecting the vote, while ignoring the media and nonsense suppression polls.  This is all more difficult that people might think.  The Democrats have a well-oiled machine of people who know how to run and rig elections, and they’re experts at the cheat.  To overcome them, the best solution is to numerically overwhelm them.  There’s only one way to do that, effectively, and that’s to do the hard work of getting out the vote.

The answer is obvious, and that it’s not an easy solution should not deter you. The truth is that a so-called “red wave” is within reach. The difficulty is that it will take more than passive navel-gazing to obtain it.  This is the time for patriotic men and women to stand up, and to get their otherwise-engaged brethren to stand up as well. We face two detriments, and they are: Low Information Voters, and Low Engagement Voters. If you want to defeat these demons now running our country, we have the ability to do so, however, it is going to require informing the LIVs and motivating the LEVs.

This is why the attacks are on you and on Trump. They may become so desperate as to even contemplate indicting and perp-walking Trump.  All of it will be intended to affect the outcome in November.  Remember, “if it happens in an election year, it’s about the election.” Everything they’re doing is aimed at maintaining and consolidating their power.  Your only alternative is to strip them of power.  It’s really as simple as that.  It’s time to do the work.  It’s time to ignore their ridiculous attempts to suppress your votes and your activism.  They also hope to provoke you to violence.  Don’t fall for that.  Don’t fall for any of it.  Their fake polls, their fake Department of [In]Justice, their creepy, biased, corrupt FBI, all of it, every stitch of it, is being leveraged for this election.  They’re rigging numbers on the economy. They’re propping up everything they can in an attempt to downplay the catastrophe they’ve created.  They’re hanging on by their fingertips, hoping to be able to fool the American people, and to maintain their control just a little longer.  There’s almost nothing they won’t do.  Of course, there’s nothing new about that, except for the intensity of their willingness. They are desperate.  Biden’s ugly speech in Pennsylvania on Thursday should have made that clear.

Inciting Violence Against Americans

On Thursday night, the resident of the Oval office, Joe Biden, declared a counter-revolution to that which our founders and the framers of our constitution had set forth.  In front of Independence Hall, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where our revolution against the crown had been officially declared nearly two and one-half centuries before, this puppet laid forth a series of threats against the people of the United States of America.  You are not to think for yourselves.  You are not to hold an opinion in opposition to theirs.  You are not to be permitted to think or act in your own best interests, or what you believe to be in the best interests of the country.  You may not even determine your own political allies.  They will tell you what you are permitted to believe, and who you are permitted to admire or follow.  They will tell you what kind of Republicans are safe.  They will tell you.  You have no right to question them, and you are no longer to oppose them politically. They have declared a war on you.  They will now attempt to prod and cajole you into the war they want.  You must resist, but you must not engage in the kinetic war they hope to provoke.  They may even have another Reichstag moment, much like January 6th, 2021.  They will attempt to start a fire for which only they possess the forces to extinguish.  You must not fall for it.

When a President of the United States announces to the people that some substantial number among them are a threat to the others by virtue of their mere existence, this is a ribald attempt to provoke civil war.  This is an attempt to instigate all of the ugliness that led to every statist Hellscape of the 20th century.  I cannot say this too strongly: This speech, on its face, and unto itself, is all the justification one needs to impeach and remove from office this scurrilous, ridiculous, demented old puppet.  I condemn Joe Biden’s speech, and I condemn those who crafted it for him, but most of all, I condemn the use of Independence Hall as the backdrop for this monstrous speech.  That is sacred American ground, but Joe Biden and his sick puppeteers defiled it last night, just as they’ve been busy with the defilement and destruction of the whole country since they stole the 2020 election.  We must never yield to these monsters, but we must not be too easily dragged into a kinetic conflict rigged against us.

I Stand With Bannon (Post with Video)

Friday, July 22nd, 2022

In this video interview with Tucker Carlson on Friday evening, after his conviction on two counts of “contempt of Congress,” Bannon said the essential thing about the truth of this case, and I stand with him.

Bannon isn’t backing down. He’s not backing up. I love the attitude, and it explains why despite the complaints of some, he was a good fit at Breitbart. If you don’t understand why I’d say that, let me remind you:

I love an intelligent fighter willing to get down in the gutter with the slimeballs sent against us.  Like Bannon, I support Trump, and I support the Constitution, and I’m not backing down either. We are now in a war for the republic.  It’s not yet gone kinetic, and we all wish to avoid that, but if you’re still sitting on the sidelines, you’d better decide soon whether you’re going to side with the DC Mafia that has betrayed our constitution and our people, or whether you’re going to stand with those fighting to preserve what our founders brought forth onto this land.  It’s time to get into the fight now, like never before.  All assets are being deployed against us.  The coup is consolidating in our national capital, and if we let it take up easy residence too long, it will be permanent. They’re wrecking our country as we look on.

The Plot to Steal the Mid-Terms of 2022

Friday, May 13th, 2022

Few even know what’s coming

Knowing they must hold onto the House and Senate in order to complete their coup d’etat, the Democrats and their RINO cohorts in the DC Mafia have concocted a plot so diabolical that it may only be prevented by immediate action of Americans.  Once in place, I don’t think it will be undone without force of arms.  You are in the midst of a color revolution disguised as an election.  They stole 2020, and they’ve been hardening their defenses as they secure their actual insurrection against any sort of insurgency, whether political or otherwise.  It’s worse than despicable.  They intend to use our own system of government to completely supplant our system of government.  This is what securing a coup looks like.

The Biden administration has proposed amendments to the World Health Assembly treaty that formed the World Health Organization(WHO.) These amendments will be voted into place by the assembly next week, and they will use these amendments to empower the WHO to make public health policies in all the signatory countries.  This will permit them to impose lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and pretty much anything else they wish to impose forcibly without reference to the US constitution, and without the ability of states’ governors to intervene or otherwise interfere.  Yes, the blue helmets may be coming to give you your jab.  The main intention here is to enable them to impose lockdowns when the “mid-terms variant” arrives as planned later this year.  This will be the basis for declaring a new set of emergencies, and of course, it will be the foundation for their next election steal.  The drop-boxes will be back with a vengeance, and they may even impose some kind of maniacal martial law in order to force their use.  They’re going to steal it while you watch, helpless to oppose them.

Ordinarily, the adoption of a new treaty would require a 2/3s vote of the United States Senate.  Naturally, their work-around here is to pretend they’re simply amending an existing treaty, and therefore don’t need Senate ratification.  It’s a lie, like everything else they’ve done.  They even held a phony “comment” session this morning, two hours long, with hand-selected shills.  Michele Bachmann had registered to comment, but in the end, they only let approved persons representing various select groups to comment on the amendments.  This is a scam.

Here’s a segment with Bachmann from Bannon’s WarRoom this morning:

Understand that all of this is being done with the purpose of destroying your ability to unseat their cabal this Fall.  This is about securing the coup d’etat they carried out on November 3rd, 2020.  This is why you haven’t heard about this on any of the MSM, including Foxnews.  This is why #2000Mules is still being suppressed.  It’s time to embrace the suck.  The demons in our DC Mafia have a plan, and they’re getting ready to execute it.  This set of treaty amendments is one of the key prerequisites.

Grenell “Joins” #FakeNews

On Wednesday morning, I awoke to a burgeoning controversy on Twitter. While controversies on Twitter are roughly as common as Tweets on Twitter, this one was more troubling.  In this case, former Ambassador Richard “Ric” Grenell was electioneering on behalf of Dr. Mehmet Oz, a Trump-endorsed candidate for the US Senate seat in Pennsylvania.  Oz is known to be a RINO, let’s face it, and in the race, the two other serious candidates are Dave McCormick, another probable deep-state goon, and a genuine, hard-working, authentic woman named Kathy Barnette.  A recent poll in the state by the Trafalgar Group showed Barnette rapidly closing on Dr. Oz, who has the advantage of what I consider a sorely misguided Trump endorsement.  Oz has infamously advocated for gender transitioning of minors, and all sorts of leftist garbage.  It’s a complete mystery to me (and many Pennsylvanians) why Trump would endorse this dirtbag. Nevertheless, seeing that Kathy Barnette is fast-closing on Dr. Oz with the primary election only one week away, Grenell cherry-picked a tweet and tried to use it to defame Barnette. Here’s Grenell’s tweet(screen capture here in case deleted):

Obviously, either Grenell didn’t bother to look further, or he intended to mislead those reading his tweets. Grenell is a sophisticated man, and while there’s some slight possibility it was just laziness, I rather doubt it. With this tweet, Grenell has added himself to my list of snakes.

Here’s what you find when you bother to dig just a little more deeply. When you go to look at Barnette’s actual tweet, you see she’s using the hashtags to call attention to a video on her Facebook page, not to promote the hashtags:

When you go to that tweet, you find her actual Facebook video:

If you follow the link to the video, you quickly realize that Kathy was mournfully criticizing #BLM and #DefundThePolice.

Why did Ric Grenell decide to defame Kathy Barnette?  Is it because he supports Dr. Oz?  Apparently.  In this case, he was either too lazy to discover the truth, or too dishonest to show you the truth.  Either way, it speaks ill of him.  Kathy Barnette is a fantastic candidate for the US Senate, and President Trump should have endorsed her rather than Dr. Oz.  We’ll never know why, but if people as dishonest as Ric Grenell appears to have been in this case are bending President Trump’s ear on the matter, we can guess why he might think Oz the better candidate.

Pennsylvania, you have the first chance in a long time to put a real America-First candidate in the US Senate.  Kathy Barnette is that candidate.  Ric Grenell has rightly earned the scorn of many on Twitter for this lazy or dishonest tweet.  The disappointment is breath-taking.  Conservatives are furious.  He deserves it.  He should immediately correct the record, apologize to Kathy Barnette, and stop commenting further on this race.  It’s despicable, and many of us, myself included, had thought Grenell was better than this.

Yeah, not so much.

Editor’s Note: The reason the RINOs are getting nervous and resorting to these tactics is this poll from Trafalgar Group:

Plotting Your Demise

Imagine living in Chicago at the peak of Mob violence during prohibition. All of the judges were corrupt. All of the politicians were corrupt. All of the institutions were corrupt. Half the police were on the take to look the other way. The media knew there were stories they could not run, lest they wind up in the hospital or the morgue. Anybody who said anything publicly was quickly “rubbed-out.” If you got in the way of the machine of corruption, you were going to pay, often with your life.  We’ve come a long way since then, but in truth, the mob may have changed its tactics slightly along with its technology, but the corruption is no less severe.  It’s not merely nation-wide; now, it’s global.  Just as the politicians of the late 1920s and early 1930s in Chicago, most of our modern politicians carefully play both sides of the street. On the one hand, they put on a show for the voters, while on the other, they’re just stinking thieves in collusion or conspiracy with the gangsters.  Whether you know it or not, you’re being governed by a mafia, and the first rule is that you’re not permitted to notice. The media is the first line of the mafia’s defenses, and law enforcement is the second.  Beyond that, the judiciary lines up to keep you down and keep you in line. They’re somewhat less likely to rope you to a concrete block and toss you in the Calumet River, but they have other means nearly as severe. The first is to attack your ability to live peaceably in society. The next is to attack your livelihood.  Most crumble by the time they face the prospect of losing their job, but if not, they’ll next go after your family.  It’s how it’s done.  What they all conspire to conceal is a vast criminal enterprise, more dangerous to more people than Alphonse Capone ever dreamed of being.  If you’re ever to wrest control from their grip, the first thing you must do is to become more adept at identifying them.  If you’re governed by a mafia, it’s best that you at least learn who they are. The key to that is learning their methods so you can spot them.  It’s like a calling-card.  This global mafia, and its DC-based US branch is every bit as lethal as the old-school mafia, and in many ways more, because they now command armies and naval forces and intercontinental ballistic missiles.

They rig elections. It’s been a tactic of organized crime for as long as there’s been an organized criminal element and so-called “elections” in which those to be placed into power are ostensibly selected. It’s true that the cheating in 2020 was unprecedented in its scale and extent, but what shows you the vastness of the mafia has been their ability to suppress any information about the cheat, and to prevent any court from examining any evidence. In the old day, they either bought off judges and courts on the cheap, or they made threats the victim of which was sure would be credible. In either case, the result was ever the same: Judges tossed out cases on imaginary technicalities and matters of standing in very creative ways. The media wouldn’t discuss the cheating, because this risked upsetting the populace, who needed to be maintained in a perpetual state of apathy, indifference, frustration, or terror.  Dinesh D’Souza’s recent release, 2000 Mules, explains the mechanics of the low-tech cheating quite well.  When you control the “law enforcement,” such as it is, it’s easy to silence people, or get people to change their minds.  In light of 2000 Mules, why hasn’t a single law enforcement official anywhere in any of the obviously affected states taken even preliminary investigative steps?  What do you think is the actual meaning of the US DOJ going after people like Roger Stone, or Steve Bannon? It’s intended to silence them, and failing that, to confound them with a situation of frustration wherein they’re frozen in place, and unable to act. This use of lawfare is a serious matter, because it makes it difficult for anyone to oppose them. The media covers up for their government brethren, and none of it comes to light except in case of some giant bungling of the operation.

If you’re part of the mafia, perhaps a senior player, you’ll be protected until you become a liability. Ask Jeffrey Epstein. The only reason Ghislaine Maxwell remains alive today is because she’s holding information that threatens to wreck them all. They know it, and she knows it. You may remember that before Epstein’s death in custody, many had proposed, only half in jest, that his life was in severe danger given the people involved. People immediately wondered if it was even possible for the mob to be so bold as to actually carry out such a hit. I remarked at the time that they have no fear of exposure, even if the plot were to be obvious. They can operate in the open, because there’s nobody who’d dare oppose them. It seems that Maxwell must have had more “insurance” socked-away somewhere, because they actually stacked the jury with somebody who will likely cause an appeals court to overturn her conviction.  Scotty David, the juror in question, works for the Carlyle Group.  The fact that his conflict as a former sexual abuse victim only came to light as a matter of his own disclosures to the press indicates to me that he’s a set-up.

Remember, James Comey’s daughter, Maurene, was a lead prosecutor in the case. If you had any doubt that the fix was in, you can abandon it now. If you doubt the media’s role in the expansive cover-up for their patrons in this mafia, ask yourself why it is that USAToday’s Life department was busy explaining away the guilt of pedophiles in their actions. After coming under extensive fire on Twitter, they deleted the posting.  Independent journalist Andy Ngo saw that coming, and captured it for posterity. This same media is determined to downplay pedophilia, because they’re operating on behalf of people who practice it, and use its disclosure as the means of extortion and blackmail.  It’s their job to normalize the most debauched behaviors in order to lessen the shock if/when the elite are exposed.  They know what kind of people they are supporting, because they are their kind of people.

Bill Clinton is in the middle of this. Prince Andrew is deep in this, even though he’s managed to settle with some of his accusers.  A whole laundry-list of the who’s-who in Washington DC, Hollywood, and New York are in this crowd. Make no mistake about it: This is an organized criminal enterprise.  It’s worse than you might guess.  They’re willing to collude and conspire with America’s enemies, because America is their enemy.  They use you as milch-cows for whatever purposes they imagine will benefit them.  Even today, if you look closely, you can see more evidence of their intentions and plot in plain sight.

One of the side-effects of the vaccines they’ve been pushing is heart damage in the form of myocarditis, particularly in young males.  At the same time, they’re importing young, fighting-age males at our Southern border who have not been vaccinated.  Why would they do this?  If, as I now believe, they are planning to hit us with a series of riots, with the pretext of the bare shelves and skyrocketing gas prices they’ve been carefully engineering as the impetus for the rioting they intend, how will you defend your country if some significant number of formerly healthy fighting-age males are no longer able to fight?  If your armed forces have been decimated by vaccine mandates, or the vaccines themselves, how will you fend off an external attacker, never mind a determined, well-organized internal coup against the United States Constitution? For one thing, you’ll be too hungry to defend yourselves, and due to these vaccines, you’ll be too weakened to fend-off the radical insurrection they’re planning.

Do you have any doubt? Why then is Canada openly contemplating the idea that they might have to “intervene” in the US if things here turn ugly? Why does Canada simultaneously permit China to conduct training on their soil?  We’re being worked both from the inside and the outside, and too few are noticing.  The global mafia now has its fangs and claws deep into the United States.

Even Biden’s press conference on Wednesday showed the mafia-like approach.  Biden essentially threw the Ukraine under a bus.  Do you think this was accidental? No. It was all about extorting the government of the Ukraine to look away from the deep Democrat corrupt activities in that country.  It’s not the first time Biden has extorted the Ukrainians, and the Democrats have been working that side of the street for a long time.  It’s simple: Look away and let us get away with murder in your country, or we’ll clear a path and let Putin’s forces march right through.  In the run-up to Biden’s coup de grace of Wednesday, the entirety of DC was abuzz with the looming danger of Russia to the Ukrainians. They were setting the table.  Now, they’ll feast.

Our courts are thoroughly corrupt now, particularly state courts in the blue states, but also in a few otherwise red states.  In the District of Columbia, there isn’t a federal court that isn’t controlled by this mafia.  There may be one or two judges who aren’t corrupt, but whether appointed by Democrat or Republican, almost all of them are creatures of this Deep State Mafia.

On Twitter, somebody asked the question about what the Warren Commission, the 9/11 Commission, and the January 6th Committee all have in common.  It’s blatantly obvious in all three cases that they’re purely political operations intended to obscure the culpability of the parties who were failures, or who actually participated in the events under “examination.”  None of this is serious.  The Warren Commission was never going to tell the American people all it discovered, or intentionally overlooked, in the murder of John F. Kennedy.  The 9/11 Commission was never going to tell you about the involvement of the Saudis, or the degree to which we had some foreknowledge about the events of 9/11.  The January 6th Committee is constructed to hide the involvement of the Deep State Mafia in setting-up the January 6th “Insurrection.”  It’s always the same.  Do you really think there was any chance Jeffrey Epstein would be permitted to go to trial? Neither he nor Brunel would ever be afforded the opportunity to get on the witness stand, so they both “killed themselves in jail.”

Now we’ve learned that they have engaged the Russians to negotiate with Iran on behalf of the United States.  Why on Earth would this be permitted?  Perhaps worst of all, undoubtedly as payment, the Russians are being included in the deal.  Even if we’re foolish enough to believe Putin and his flunkies could be some sort of “honest broker,” is that any longer possible if Russia is now a party to the deal? This is how I know it has nothing to do with the best interests of the American people: They’ve carefully removed any semblance of your interests and your advocacy from the furtherance of the negotiations.  In short, there are three parties engaged in a multilateral deal, the Iranians, the Russians, and the Americans, but none of them are your advocate.  Instead, you’ll be called upon to be responsible for the debt that will be issued for the next round of billions of dollars and pallets of cash that winds up in Iran.

All of this resembles precisely a ghastly global mafia gang.  In Chicago, it had been confined mostly to a single city, though the tentacles spread to places like New York and Philadelphia and Las Vegas.  This new gang is global, the tentacles of the beast spreading from Washington DC like an octopus, implanting babies in cities from Honolulu to Kiev. They’ve infected virtually every place, including states’ capitals in the US.  It seems most institutions are captive too.  We must find a way to starve this beast.  We must kill it. It’s killing us.

Now they’ve become aware that they’re close to being unmasked and discovered for all the world to see.  Everywhere, they suppress the actual news while pushing distractions and fake narratives to defame those who would expose them.  This very moment, they have prepared a series of amendments to the Treaty that created the World Health Organization, to cede and surrender US sovereignty to global governance.  It’s shocking, but it’s happening mostly under the radar of most Americans.  The bulk of media will never mention it, while it is the most egregious attack on the United States since the Civil War.  Here, not ironically, the same party that conducted its civil war against our constitution has come up with a way to moot our constitution. It’s the holy grail of the leftist horde:

First, they will amend the treaty to empower the WHO to take control of public health policy. The aim is to negate the individual states. No longer will a Governor DeSantis or Noem be able to push policies that blunt federal mandates and lockdowns.  Instead, they will create drop boxes and all the rest, complete with mail-in ballots, all so they can steal the elections of 2022 so that they can rule forever.  Do you understand?  If you haven’t seen 2000 Mules, you may be missing the plot.  They need to be able to deliver massive numbers of illegitimate ballots again. To do this, they need to lock you down.  They know that even if the courts would eventually catch up to all this, that will take time, many months or even years, and we already know the courts are afraid and/or corrupt.  Even now, they’re warning that this Fall or Winter, there could be 100 million CoVID infected-Americans. The scam will continue.  It worked once, and they’re going to push it again. Amazingly, if these Amendments to the WHO treaty change, they’ll take affect in November.  When are the elections?  Folks, you don’t need to be rocket-scientists to see what’s being done.

You are being governed by a mafia that is global in reach.  It colludes with Mexican drug cartels, Ukrainian oligarchs, Russian oligarchs, the Party of Davos, including the World Economic Forum, and everywhere, they control your government.  This is not hyperbole, and we’re long past the claims of “conspiracy theory.” You must raise your voices now. You must contact your Senators, because the amendments to the treaty in question rightly must be ratified as a new treaty by the US Senate and a two-thirds vote.  This is why Biden is pushing these amendments as a substitute for the old treaty, trying to sneak this in as part of an already-ratified treaty.  That’s preposterous.  The problem is that by the time courts (might) act, the sovereignty of the United States will be gone.  This is far worse than any of the obvious things wrong with this power-grab.  It’s perpetual rule for the #DCMafia which is just one branch of the #GlobalMafia.  They’re getting ready to wipe most of us out. Food shortages, energy shortages, monetary crises, and generally unsustainable inflation are the keys to it.  Their intention is to cause us to war with one another.  Food riots are an ugly thing, but food riots across a continental nation will simply result in open warfare. Reducing a people to the state of utter destitution is a prerequisite for the kind of takeover they imagine.  Sadly, with the diminution of morality in our country, far too many will participate in this monstrosity with glee.  We are in the wind-up.  Be prepared to defend yourselves, and to subsist as long as you can manage with the most meager means.  As the financial system collapses entirely, expect and prepare to be made homeless.  Remember, “you will own nothing and be happy.”

Naturally, we must stop this from happening.  We must resist all of it.  We must go unafraid, eyes open, into this gathering darkness.  We are being governed by a Global Mafia.  Of this, there is no more doubt.  Prepare to defend yourselves.

Editor’s Note:  Last night, the 10th of May 2022, Congress voted to send $40 Billion to Ukraine. 149 Republicans joined all the Democrats to pass this bill.  57 Republicans voted against. I cannot guarantee to you that all 57 of those voting against this bill are not members of the DC Mafia, but I can absolutely promise you that virtually all of the 149 voting with the Democrats are active members of the DC Mafia.

You must go out and vote in primaries for the best candidates we have. A perfect example is the Pennsylvania Senate seat. The two candidates who you should ignore most are Dave McCormick and Mehmet Oz. BOTH are members of the Global Mafia. Both are members of Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum.  Instead, vote for a real, authentic America First candidate, for instance, Kathy Barnette.  If you want to beat the global Mafia, you can’t do it while putting them in power.

What The United States Must and Mustn’t Do

The new Red Line we must draw and enforce

I’ve listened with a great deal of patience and forbearance as various people in media and government have made the case for increasing US involvement in Ukraine.  I thoroughly understand the moral impetus that the suffering of the Ukrainian people invokes, and I also understand better than most of these commentators the potential costs of an expansionist Russia.  In 1985, I faced the satellite states of the USSR across the border frontier of walls, fences, minefields, razor wire, machine-guns, sentries, and the ever-present watchful eyes of surveillance from the East.  I was also there in 1989 when the wall came down, and in my estimation, West Germany too quickly embarked on the path to re-unification with their Eastern kin.  I watched in stunned silence as Western politicians ignored the potential dangers of unilateral disarmament in pursuit of phantom “peace dividends” through the 1990s.  I watched as these same leaders launched an assault on Yugoslavia under the banner of “peace-keeping” whilst pretending Slobodan Milosevic was Adolph Hitler, and enforcing a partitioning of that country, creating new states out of the remains of that nation.  I watched as the post-9/11 United States carried on one war, and launched another in pursuit of Weapons of Mass Destruction.  All of this I’ve watched, but never has any member of our government answered any of my questions or listened to my complaints.  Instead, they ruled without reference to the opinions or desires of the American people, but now they’ve placed us to be in position to fight a war potentially worse than any of us have ever known.  They are making their case using our emotions against us, but I’m having none of it.  If there’s something the American government must do, I can tell you what it should do, but also what it mustn’t do.  The answer to their current taste for war must be a resounding “no.”  Instead, if we believe the intentions of Russia to expand Westward are genuine, we must draw a new red line, but this time, we must prepare to enforce it.

Ukraine is not a member of NATO, and it doesn’t have any particular treaty obligations from or to the United States.  Like every other American, I look at the imagery coming out of Ukraine, and I feel badly for the position in which the people of Ukraine now find themselves.  On the other hand, Ukraine is not formally our ally, and despite the fact that our leaders over the last two decades have used our wealth to get them to carry out policies in their country that our corrupt leaders may have liked, they are not entitled to the defense of their country by the people of the United States.  It’s really as simple as that.  Ukraine is not a vital strategic interest for the United States.  For Ukraine, that’s the unfortunate truth.  All the rest is kaffee klatsch nonsense.

For those on the other side of this debate who claim that Russia is intent on expansionist designs, and that they should be stopped in Ukraine, I must dispute their assertion.  The answer for NATO, if we believe that Putin is building a new and improved Soviet State is not to defend Ukraine, which is now effectively lost, but is instead to begin building our defenses in the neighboring NATO states, to an extent and with a fervor that Vladimir Putin would never dream of crossing a new line that we should make unmistakably and indelibly red.  NATO has already shown itself to be unable and unwilling to defend much of anything, and it has fallen into disrepair on a scale that would be embarrassing if their leaders had any sort of conscience at all.  If you want to stand Putin down and limit his expansionism, then the way to do it is to immediately require all members of NATO to contribute four percent of their GDPs to the alliance, which would be a doubling of their current commitment that many are not now meeting.  Other defense spending should not be counted in that number.  When Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Poland, and all the smaller members of NATO along with the United States begin such a campaign to strengthen their defenses, training-up their forces, and conducting large joint-force training missions on a theatre-wide scale, it is very likely that Putin will stay put and go Westward no further.

Missile defense in the West must become a thorough priority.  The securing of shipping lanes and air-transport routes must become the norm instead of the exception.  We ought to be ramping-up a cold-war style notion of isolating the Russians, but also the Chinese Communists in Beijing, in precisely the same way we had done during the Cold War.  Yes, if we believe there is a real threat of expansionism on the part of Russia, then we must take the same sorts of steps that we had done for nearly one-half century.  This is not irrational, because if the threat is real, then this is the way we will ultimately be required to answer it in any case.  We cannot simply insert ourselves into the battle space of Ukraine, at this late date, expecting anything but the worst possible outcomes.  Russia may not be the Soviet Union, but it is still a lethal potential adversary, and its strategic nuclear arms have few parallels.

If the United States or one of its NATO allies, acting as proxies, should instigate a war with Russia through clear involvement in Ukraine, it would be an invitation to a catastrophe far worse than the one now playing-out on the ground in Ukraine.  Volodymyr Zelenskiy complained bitterly that this is all simply rhetoric, and that rhetoric cannot save his country.  It’s a very tardy realization from a man who’s been accepting rhetorical flurries as assurances from Western leaders, particularly from the United States.  He should have realized while conducting offensive operations against ethnic Russians in the Eastern provinces of his country, that at some point, as his government continued to poke the bear, the Russians were going to enter to find out if Washington DC’s substance matched its bellicose assurances to Kiev.  Those assurances were as empty as the treaty he had failed to obtain.  He should have sought admission to NATO after stabilizing the situation in the Eastern provinces.  Instead, at Washington DC’s invitation, he pursued a quick-and-dirty admission into NATO, like the con-artists who tries to purchase an insurance policy to protect his car after he’s wrecked it.  Seeing this coming, thanks to Biden’s administration placing this knowledge into the pipeline of intelligence through Beijing, Putin didn’t wait any longer.  Europe too has told him, via the European Union, that Ukraine won’t be permitted under current circumstances to enter that body.  He’s been cut loose.

Zelenskiy is running out of negotiating time.  Once Kiev falls under sustained attack, I believe Putin will close that window.  Even now, it will be Putin’s intent to encircle that city and cut it off from reinforcements and relief.   Once that’s complete, Zelenskiy’s bargaining chips will be few.  The best he might now obtain is to come to terms with Putin’s basic demands that Ukraine recognize Crimea as part of Russia, recognize Dunetsk and Luhansk, and basically write neutrality into the Ukrainian constitution.  In the longer term, I expect Putin to grab everything East of the Dnieper River.  I now believe Zelenskiy’s best remaining option may look like the orange line in the map below, yielding most of the territory East of the Dnieper, but it doesn’t change the fact that NATO must draw a strong red line if there’s any evidence at all that Putin’s expansionist ambitions are real:

This may be the best Zelenskiy can do

Those who shriek against this notion are relying too heavily on emotion, and too little on logic.  It’s undeniably the case that Ukraine has been sacrificed by the Biden administration.  The sensible thing for Zelenskiy to do now may in fact be to sue for peace and meet Putin’s terms.  It’s a terrible blow, but he must also be circumspect.  If he drags this out, it will be the innocents who suffer.  Putin should suffer for his actions, but in truth, so should the monsters in Beijing and in Washington DC who have enabled him.  Others in the region should think a great deal about this map, and particularly the red line I’ve drawn. If Russia is really bent on expansionism, every state west of that line, from Estonia in the North to Moldova in the South must take it very seriously.  If Russian intent is really to expand once again, then no nation West of that line should take the matter lightly. There were reports on Friday evening that Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett had advised Zelenskiy to accept Putin’s terms.  This is not a message from Israel, so much as it’s a message from Washington DC.

As for people to be taken lightly, now comes the DC war-crowd of people who are Republicans and fancy themselves “hawks.” This list includes a number of Washington Republicans who do their best to keep their swampiness on the down-low in campaign seasons.  They’re in favor of providing additional air-power to Ukraine, at least insofar as they want the Polish Mig-29s transferred to Ukraine, along with air-defense missiles and other air combat related resources.  These people are stepping directly up to the line, spitting across it, and daring Putin to spit in return.  Here’s the letter:

2022-03-10-senate-republicans-ukraine-letter-to-biden

This foolishness is the sound of morons stomping their feet in order to satisfy that segment of their respective electorates who think with uninspired and imprudent simplicity that “something must be done.”  Of course, it’s mostly nonsense, but to the degree there is anything serious about it, the Biden administration will likely do nothing to pursue meeting their demands, so that in the end, they’ll be off the hook with a “Well, we tried.”  The rest of the electorate, who opposes the war, either won’t see it or will forgive it when faced with electing a Democrat instead.  It’s that thing which is preferred widely in Washington DC:  A cynical but safe play. It’s another fan-dance.

The real answer to all of this is that there’s no reason of merit to send Americans into war in Ukraine, whether over land, by sea, or in the air, and no reason to militarily poke the bear.  It could be argued at this point that providing additional aid to Ukraine merely forestalls the inevitable, or even worsens what will be the ultimate death toll.  I’m not suggesting that Ukraine surrender, but their options are expiring.  Ukraine must make the best decisions for their own country that they’re able, but with every passing hour, the moment in which their leadership is deposed by warfare accelerates.  Zelenskiy may be a personally brave man, not fearing for his own life, but surely he’s not so motivated by bravado that he doesn’t understand his actual predicament.  The West is not coming.  They’ll be just as happy if the Russians take the place over entirely, disappearing Zelenskiy into a gulag or worse.  They simply have too much dirt to hide, so that placing it out of reach and under Russian control is simply too inviting a prospect to ignore.  Who more than Joe Biden himself hopes that Ukraine will simply go away?  Hillary Clinton?

The other question about the notion of American involvement in any conflict under current leadership comes down to a serious matter that we’re confronting daily, and will continue to confront us until Joe Biden is hauled out of office, whether by election results, impeachment, indictment or by an undertaker.  It’s one thing to have a figurehead reshuffling papers and executive orders, carrying out bureaucratic tragedies, but it’s something else again to have him conducting a war.  Troops in the field need to have confidence that their chain of command is complete, in good order, and of sound mind (politics aside,) but it’s entirely clear that this man is not capable of wartime command.  Frankly, neither is Kamala, nor is Barack Obama who is orchestrating all of this from his various bunkers and basements, whether in the Martha’s Vineyard, in DC, Hawaii or some billionaire’s yacht.  There is no situation under which the United States should seek combat of any kind while this man remains in power.  He’s simply not capable of it, and as a largely illegitimate president(one can claim otherwise, but that makes of them a liar or a dolt,) who has great difficulty conducting a press conference, there’s no situation in which he should be commanding the Armed Forces of the United States in time of war.  To send troops into harm’s way under such a commander-in-chief is an abominable idea, and I thoroughly condemn the advocacy of any notion to the contrary.  Only in such circumstance as the United States comes under direct attack should this man be in command of anything, and should it come to that, may God (or whomever you may worship) have mercy on your soul.

If we believe the threat of Russian expansionism is real, then we must begin immediately to act to stop it.  Our opposition must be relentless: We must arm the West as though we intend to actually fight to stop it, and we must remember that China and Iran must be included in any containment strategy.  These are every bit as dangerous to our nation and our way of life as Russia, and we mustn’t make any pretense to the contrary.  Even now, China is warning that the US shouldn’t seek to create a NATO-like organization in the Western Pacific, but that is precisely what we should be doing.  We should be getting together with South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan for exactly those purposes.  In Europe, our red line must now become bold, but it must be drawn along Ukraine’s Western border.  Moldova, which has applied reportedly for membership in the EU ought to be offered the umbrella of NATO if the other members can now agree, and their Eastern border must be muscled-up as soon as possible.  Their time is already running-out, if expansion of Russia is the goal.  The fact that we’re not now looking ahead as to how we can strengthen NATO makes me question the claims of worry over Russian expansionism.  After all, if we really believe this is the intention of Russia, then we should be acting as though Moldova is the next step.  It should also be the case that if we believe that this is what Russia intends, we must immediately withdraw from negotiations with Iran in which Russia is acting as a deal broker.

Naturally, I don’t think that there’s any way the Biden administration will withdraw from these talks, just as I don’t believe they intend to stop Russia.  The real Russian Collusion is the Iran deal(JCPoA,) and it is the most important thing(to them) in which the Biden administration has been engaged since the beginning of the administration.  As long as they’re on the hook for that deal, they’re not going to make any real demands to or provocations against Putin’s Russia.  We’re being betrayed by the regime in Washington DC, and this fact more than any should turn Americans away from war on behalf of Ukraine.  Instead, if you want to direct your ire and bellicose denunciations at the real tyrants driving-up your oil prices in ways no other enemy could match, I can tell you their famous address: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

It’s even on google maps…

Real Scandal About US-Funded Biolabs in Ukraine

Friday, March 11th, 2022
Biolabs abroad operate under less oversight and regulation, often in secret

There’s a good deal of misinformation and pure propaganda flying around in mainstream and social media.  In the mainstream media, the propaganda is mostly an effort to minimize and dismiss the Ukraine biolabs, while in social media, there’s been a bit of Russian propaganda injected into this story.  On balance, however, it’s clear there’s a serious problem.  When Victoria Nuland said in her testimony that they hoped to secure the biological agents and materials in Ukraine before Russia could get their hands on them,  this seemed to conflict with the narrative that the materials were all former Soviet biological warfare materials that were being disposed or otherwise made inert under a US initiative.  The problem with that is: If they are all former Soviet materials, then why would Russia be trying to get their hands on things they likely already have, and if the US involvement was limited to upgrading the labs in order to help dispose of these materials, why have they taken over seventeen years to do so, and why is this destruction not yet complete?  The other problem is that they continue to stress the difference between a “biolab” and a “bioweapons lab” as if this is some insurmountable gulf.  It isn’t, and in truth, the only difference between the two is a simple matter of intentions: What is your operational purpose for this sort of research and experimentation?  The answer is that in truth, despite the dishonest narrative in media, the two are veritably interchangeable.  There is no effective difference in the physical equipment or the way such materials are handled.  Now come the Russians to the UN Security Council demanding answers. The real scandal where Americans should be concerned lies in the fact that we’re funding these labs in secret, with little oversight or regulation, and we’re doing this overseas often because it would be illegal to carry out this research in the United States, or because regulatory costs would make it impossible.

One of the things I’ve long advocated is that the US need pass a law that applies to all agencies, departments, and contractors, as well as politicians and executive officers of the United States government:  We must forbid our government from farming-out work, experimentation, and other dangerous and immoral things to organizations operating on foreign soil in order to avoid US law.  We’ve seen this with experimentation with animals that would be too cruel to pass muster under US law farmed out to overseas labs.  There have been many cases of US intelligence agencies using “black sites” overseas to carry out “enhanced interrogations”(torture.)  As it now turns out, the US DoD along with other agencies of the US federal government may be using foreign sites to avoid oversight as they carry out experimentation in these “biolabs” abroad that would never be permitted on US soil.  There is a reason Fauci sent the money to EcoHealth Alliance that in turn gave funding to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and it was all about getting around US laws or executive orders against US “gain of function” research.

This is why I was surprised to learn of the existence of labs in Ukraine, or in the US involvement in them.  We need real accountability.  For all we know, the COVID outbreak that began in 2019 was the result of a release of a virus, whether accidentally or not, from a lab conducting research abroad that the US taxpayer had funded.  Who’s the war criminal now?  We must prohibit these sorts of activities to our government, and we must prohibit our government from using agents, organizations, facilities and unaffiliated individuals from carrying out these sorts of activities abroad with US funding.   Otherwise, at some future date, we’re going to find that the American people are on the hook for war crimes too ghastly to imagine.  What is made plain by all of this is that the US Government has been engaged in many things abroad that US law would otherwise forbid or strongly regulate on US soil.  It’s a way for them to traffic in illegal research while maintaining at least a modicum of official, lawful deniability.  This is little different from how the government uses large corporations to carry out censorship on their behalf, leaving the blame with the corporations who are free to act as they please, but who are effectively carrying out the will of people in government.  This speaks to the incredible growth and reach of government, and the complete lack of accountability there’s been for decades.  Even if we were to imagine that the intentions behind the biolabs in Ukraine were perfectly good, that still ignores the other problem:  Does it take two decades or more to dispose of biological materials?  We must get control of this government and punish those responsible.

What don’t they want us to see?

One of the problems you face in trying to discern what’s going on in Ukraine is the almost complete black-out of facts on the ground.  We’re simply not getting much information, and while we get reports of things that happen, many times, too frequently in fact, these reports are later debunked or revised in such a way as to make what’s really going on very murky and unintelligible.  On Wednesday, there was a report of a maternity ward in a hospital being struck by the Russians.  I’ve heard no follow-up reports, but I don’t consider the story factual until I see some sort of confirmation that it’s real.  We’ve all been burned too many times already in this conflict, by ridiculous fake news, almost all of it either for the Ukrainians, or against the Russians.  “Snake Island,” “Ghost of Kiev,” “I don’t need a ride, I need ammo,” “radiation leaks,” and on and on.  The number of false stories coming out of this conflict, combined with the complete lack of solid information on casualty counts on either side suggests a number of things to me, and all of it is that the gas-lighting is on an epic scale.  There’s no truth in any of this. On Wednesday, Bongino referred to the problem as a “Crisis of Truth.” It’s worse than that. We have a crisis of facts, due to a stunning lack of them.  Do we know the truth?  No.  Can we know the truth?  I don’t know, and I don’t believe anybody else in the West can tell you otherwise.  I’m going to tell you what I think is happening, and what may happen. I’m also going to tell you why I think it’s happening.  These are not facts, but they are educated guesses based on the slim facts we have.

Russia is grinding it out.  Things are not going easily for Russia, but unless something else changes markedly, they’re going to defeat the Ukrainians.  The invaders have all the material, manpower, and technological advantages.  Even Ukraine’s planes are aging Russian models.  Russia largely controls the avenues of approach into Ukraine, except in the most extreme West of the country, but again, the ability to move any substantial amount of supplies or war materials into Ukraine from the West will be severely hampered.  Russia clearly controls the areas along the Black Sea coast, so there’s no material by ship that’s going to make it in.  Even now, it seems the latest disposition maps I’ve seen suggest that Russia is slowly encircling the major cities, and the area East of the Dnieper River seems to be almost entirely in Russian control. Since this region is a majority-Russian-speaking populace, it seems as though Putin may have an increasingly firmer grip. In the far North, we know Putin already shares control of the Chernobyl nuclear plant site with the Ukrainians, just as he does now at the large power plant in the center of the country, the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, located on the Dnieper River.

From the Russian perspective, securing the nuclear sites makes a good deal of sense.  Preventing saboteurs from turning nuclear plants into gargantuan dirty bombs is an important task any invader would be likely to undertake.  One would also expect that if the invaders intended to restore normalcy to an area after pacifying an area, they wouldn’t want to wreck the entire electric infrastructure.  Reports from other areas in the country likewise suggest that the Russian forces may be avoiding unnecessary damage to infrastructure, again suggesting they intend to restore normalcy quickly rather than over decades. This very much flies in the face of the narrative that Putin is a mad-dog wild-man intent upon razing Ukraine utterly to the ground.

Reports now suggest that upwards of two million Ukrainians have fled the country, most for refuge in Poland.  Ukraine forces are under-equipped, and highly demoralized.  Worse, some portion of their forces may have been encircled or nearly encircled in the Eastern section of the country.  On the other hand, the Ukrainians are fighting a defensive war, which means they have the advantage on the turf they still hold.

The issue that came to a head on Wednesday is the matter of biolabs in Ukraine.  There had been a fair amount of rumor-mill level information circulating around the Internet that suggested there were bio-warfare labs in Ukraine, and that Putin was going after them.  Let me try to clear the air on this, since certain conservative hosts seem not to grasp any of this material, while others at least recognize the implications: If there are bio-labs in Ukraine that have been handling dangerous pathogens, then Putin will certainly be able to make the claim, a la “Weapons of Mass Destruction” that he had a right to pre-emptively attack Ukraine to reduce/eliminate the threat.  What could the United States possibly say in opposition? “But Bruh, we’re the good guys…

There are those who have claimed, on behalf of the US government, that these labs are of a defensive purpose only, but let me be more honest: If you have the sort of research labs that’s handling Anthrax, you can just as easily weaponize your research products as not.  More, there’s information that one of the labs was collecting genetic material in which they were seeking only white Russian RNA for experimentation.  Why would a lab in Ukraine do that? That doesn’t sound innocent at all, and once you realize that the US Department of Defense was involved, one can’t understate the potentially diabolical nature of such research.  The fact that Victoria Nuland claims they’re now concerned about the disposition of the labs, and imputing a Russian offensive intent to capturing the labs suggests to me there’s something nefarious that has been going on in Ukraine.  Fifteen of these labs throughout Ukraine were being funded by DoD to at least some degree.  If, and I stress the IF, this turns out to be a collection of real biolabs with weaponization capabilities, then Russia has a legitimate claim that the United States was funding bioweapons on their border, and this would make US the bad guys. I cannot tell you how thoroughly disgusted I am with all of this.  These people, who funded the labs with our tax dollars, all of them, each and every one, needs to go to jail if there is any evidence of weaponization and weapons research for several reasons. First, that would violate the 1972/75 Biological Weapons Conventions. Second, it would likely violate US law.  Third, it could be seen as an act of war or certainly provocation of one.

The other thing I’ve been hearing reports from Ukraine include the fact that the Ukrainian forces are making combat emplacements among civilian homes and facilities in order to stymie Russian advances, knowing Russia is attempting to avoid civilian casualties.  The Russians have been making announcements in some areas, warning civilians to stay out of certain areas in which they intend to attack.  If the story of Ukrainian forces sheltering among or placing weapons among civilians turns out to be true, they are guilty of war crimes by using civilians as shields.

As for the role of the United States in the overall crisis, the following has become undeniably clear:

  • They don’t want to stop Putin yet…They may be looking for an opportunity to set-up Putin with a nuclear, biological, or chemical false flag
  • They will not provide Ukraine any significant weapons of self-defense
  • They’re happy to try to goad other NATO members into stepping into provocative territory
  • They want Putin gone, but they still need his help with the Iran deal
  • If they can’t control Zelenskiy themselves, they’ll happily cut him loose to the fate Russians have in store, if they don’t whack him themselves

One of the other things that’s really beginning to cause my eyebrows to raise is the lack of statistical data on the dead and wounded.  We received reports of incidents here and there, but isn’t it odd that the same media that kept a ticker on dead Americans in Iraq, and deaths and infections from COVID (but only while Trump was in office,) are suddenly disinterested in the statistics? One would think that if it’s all as brutal as we’ve been told, there’d be some sort of, dare I say it, “body count” for either side.  Instead, there’s nothing of the sort.  Given all the coverage of wars I’ve witnessed going all the way back to Vietnam, blaring announcers in grave voices stating the hard and ugly results of war in numerical terms has been a feature for as long as I can remember, until now.  Why should today be different, suddenly?  They ordinarily use these statistics to horrify us and to turn us against whichever war is being prosecuted at the time.  Why are they treating Ukraine differently?  It’s not that I’m a ghoul, but one of the unmistakable evidences of war is the grim reality of the wounded and the dead, and media has been only too willing to show them to us in the past.  I find it highly suspicious that we’re not being shown any of that in the war today.

More and more, as I listen to the coverage, I’ve come to wonder if we’re even given enough information to discern the truth on our own.  Ordinarily, the media gives us just enough to be able to figure out what’s going on, even if they lie entirely about an event’s actual meaning, as is their custom. Now, we get none of this. We get grainy footage, blurred by motion, or static pictures in which nothing is going on, and at most, we’re looking at an aftermath of something, but what happened there and who did it is obscured by time.  What we don’t get is any live footage of ongoing combat. The closest we get is something like an artillery piece, or other long-range or indirect fire weapon firing, with no context about where it’s occurring or what the target of the artillery fire might be.  Where are the media embeds with their satellite up-links?  In the modern context, this “coverage” simply isn’t.  They’ve also cut off all Russian media, so there’s no counterpoint of any kind, and no real-time footage coming from them either. The lack of video of the fighting give me the same feeling I had in the wake of January 6th when the Capitol Police would release little camera footage from among the 14,000 hours they had captured.  Why would you conceal it?

On the Ukrainian side of things, we now have the spectacle of President Zelenskiy accusing the West of doing nothing, which in some ways is definitely true, but what is galling to me is his demands that the West come to his aid.  Here is the spectacle of a beggar waving his fist at those he would have provide him charity.   When asked about the danger of escalation, he remarks that any such dangers are unknown or unknowable, and with that, we should simply ignore the risk.  At least for me, there’s something offensive about a country’s leader telling Americans that they’re to blame, and that he’s not worried about the blowback from any escalation on our country.  It’s just a little bit galling.  We’ve already provided much more support over the years than I would have approved, had I been given a choice. (Of course, that sentiment applies to many more nations than Ukraine.)  Here’s video from an interview by Sky News:

The accusations flying back and forth over the biolabs situation has not abated, and Psaki issued a blanket denial of US involvement in bioweapons labs in Ukraine, and called Russian and Chinese accusations of this “conspiracy theories.’  When Jen Psaki says a narrative is a “conspiracy theory,” you can be virtually certain that the opposite is true:

I think this is made plain, at least in part, by Victoria Nuland’s own remarks to Senator Rubio on Tuesday.  I’ll re-post the video here:

Notice that Nuland says there are concerns that these biological materials could fall into Russian hands?  Why would there be concern if there’s nothing dangerous there, as Psaki later claimed?

The question for Americans is rightly: Who’s lying?  It’s not a question any longer of whether you’re being fed lies.  The question is: Among all the liars involved, which of them is currently lying to you?  Maybe all of them are liars to some degree.  We can’t know, but the very fact that we need to speculate underlines the problem.  I don’t trust any of these people.  As I covered earlier, people I’ve trusted for a long time are now unreliable.  From the point of view of somebody covering this story, it’s a catastrophe.  There’s no way to know anything with certainty, and at least for the moment, it’s being kept that way. This crisis of facts is the underpinning of Bongino’s “Crisis of Truth,” and I see no evidence of the crisis relenting.

Mark Levin and the Establishment

Thursday, March 10th, 2022

Why does Levin sound like the establishment on Ukraine?

I really didn’t see this coming. I was on my way home from another day of work on Wednesday as Levin’s show began.  As he began talking about the events in Ukraine, it came to that moment when he said that he’d be having Lindsey Graham on in his third hour to discuss the Senator’s notion that Putin needs to be taken out, an idea with which Levin heartily agrees.  As I listened to him go on about his disdain for “nationalist-populists” and so on, before too much time had passed, a thought formed in my mind that I simply couldn’t escape.  At first, I thought, and may even have said aloud in answer to the radio: “Mark, you sound just like the establishment against which you always rail.” A commercial came on as I pondered that thought a little longer, and then it struck me.  It’s not that Mark Levin merely sounds like the establishment.  He is the establishment, or at least its errand-boy, perhaps unwittingly.

Do I think Mark Levin is deep within the DC establishment?  No.  On the other hand, he’s in their circle, perhaps loosely, and he’s put himself in a position through which they will attempt to exploit him, and thereby, his audience.  When he speaks, millions listen attentively.  They listen because he offers a view from inside politics, as a former chief of staff to an Attorney General of the United States.  Though his connections into the mechanisms of state are dated and most will have long since retired, that doesn’t mean the existing establishment hasn’t cultivated a connection to him through which they hope to propagandized and manipulate his audience.

Do you need proof?  Every time the Republican establishment needs something from him, he gives it, with few exceptions.  They know there will be some times and some areas of policy on which he will be unapproachable, but they know when election time rolls around, for the most part, they can count on him to carry their water.  He helped give us a whole string of Senators under the vague umbrella of the Tea Party movement, but most of them went on to betray us in varying degrees.  In 2020, he brought his audience Lindsey freaking Graham.  He pushed Lindsey for re-election.  He should have given him a strong kick in the ass and run him off.  Instead, Levin played the good soldier and brought Graham on his show, and while you could almost hear part of Levin holding his nose, he did it nevertheless.  In 2016, when Ted Cruz needed a “constitutional expert” to vouch for his eligibility to run for President, he went immediately to Levin.  In what I regard to be the biggest single betrayal of his audience in the whole of his career on the radio, he cobbled together some nonsensical explanation that “Natural Born Citizen” was “just a citizen.”  It was embarrassingly infantile and nonsensical, and it took a long time for me to get over it.  I had been researching the issue(and continued to for some time before publishing my article) when Levin made this pronouncement, and knew him to be full of piss and wind on the issue that day.

I knew then that Levin would bend things to support his own agenda, and that while it wasn’t perfectly aligned with the establishment, it was nevertheless amenable to them in some instances.  What happens to Levin seems to be that he’s so invested in winning that he’ll make friends with alleged enemies if he thinks it will help him advance his cause, but the problem with this approach is that often, it’s self-defeating, not only to Levin, but also to his audience. As another example, he’s friends with Senator Mike Lee, (R-UT,) a guy who makes many good arguments, but unfortunately also is the Senator from Google.  He’s thoroughly compromised by the funds and lobbying that rolls in the door from that company.  Levin won’t tell you about that. He’s protective of Lee on that issue. It’s as though it doesn’t exist.

Another good example is House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, (R-CA,) another establishment stooge and first-rate swampster. Levin brought this stooge to you in 2020 also, just as he did Speaker Paul Ryan(R-WI) in previous election years. On Wednesday evening, Levin bashed McCarthy, after mentioning he was seemingly interested in coming on the show an longer.  Of course not, Mark, he got what he needed from you in 2020, pre-election. Check back in with him this coming Fall!  Ryan is the definition of a swampster, a Republican who’s married into a thoroughgoing Democrat family(and his sister-in-law is the Biden SCOTUS-pick, Ketanji Brown Jackson,) and who spent as little time in Wisconsin as was humanly possible.  In that respect, Ryan was a good deal like another swampster Levin brought you on his show when she was seeking election to the house: Elizabeth “Liz” Cheney(R-WY) spends even less time in Wyoming than Ryan spent in Wisconsin.  Do you see how the Republican establishment exploits him?  How is this possible for an alleged Tea Party guy, a constitutionalist?

I don’t believe Mark Levin is a part of the DC UniParty, but his orbit crosses theirs, whether he’ll admit it or not.  He makes mention from time to time on-air about how they reach out to him, and want to come on the show, but most of the time, if an election is tight, and he thinks he can help a little, he’ll bring them on.  It’s what it is.  Is he an evil guy?  No. Absolutely not.  The problem is that when you get into bed with these people, it’s hard to get away.  I also wouldn’t say he provides strictly establishmentarian propaganda.  He does provide much very good content, but I’m afraid that very often, too many of the wrong people have his ear.  He gets “insider” information from some people who are truly swampy.  How do I know?  I hear it on air.  I can tell what sorts of people within the bureaucracy or in the Congress have his ear. For Pete’s sake, he brought John Bolton(!) to Donald Trump.  He admitted on-air that Bolton had lobbied him strongly to get in on the NSA job with Trump.  Bolton was a catastrophe who spent his whole time in that job undermining Trump’s foreign policy agenda.  Levin admits it now, belatedly.  If I were Trump, I’d never listen seriously to another recommendation from Levin on personnel.  Ever.  Thinking about it, maybe neither should you.

Now Levin is taking information from the same crowd with respect to Ukraine.  He can see the Democrats are a catastrophe, but he can’t see that the information he’s being passed comes from the same sort of corrupt sources that brought Trump a recommendation of John Bolton via Mark Levin.  He remarked the other day that some fan had asked him in public whether he believed anything about it, because the media is so corrupt.  Levin explained to his audience that he’d told the man that the whole of the International Press isn’t corrupt too.  You see, he doesn’t see it.  The politicization of media hasn’t stopped at the water’s edge, any more than politics itself has stopped there.  Levin seems to be having a weird kind of “bromance” with Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, but the problem is that much of that upon which Levin bases his admiration for Zelenskiy has been debunked.  It turns out that Zelenskiy may be just as corrupt as his predecessor, if not quite as wealthy. He’s tied-in with Ihor Kolomoisky, another corrupt Ukrainian oligarch. Somehow, these facts escape Levin, or he’s not mentioning them because of his admiration for the Ukrainian president.  Either way, it’s a dangerous lack of perspective.

Levin has always had his strawmen and his foils.  Lately, he’s been concentrating on the “nationalist-populists,” decrying them as Putinophiles, or something in that vein.  I actually hate when he does this.  Name names, for Heaven’s sake!  In the case of “nationalist-populist,” I’m pretty certain he means Steve Bannon of WarRoom fame.  There seems to be real heartburn there, and Bannon, for his part, doesn’t help when he tosses out phrases like “Neocon” because it seems to trigger Levin’s antisemitism alarms.  Levin needs to get a grip.  Virtually nobody who uses the term “Neocon” means anything to do with Jews, and most of them won’t even know the relationship between “Neocons” and Jews in the purely historical sense.  It’s much like “establishment” in the sense that you might not be able to name an actual “neocon,” but you can identify their policies in action and advocacy when you see them, and while the original description “neocon” may have applied specifically to a particular group of Jews, it’s been clear for some time that their basic set of military and foreign policy issues have been adopted by a wider group of interventionist Republicans, many of whom are clearly not Jews.

It’s maddening. Levin is so close to the truth about Ukraine, but he’s being strung-along by his emotions, his admiration for Zelenskiy, and his cold-war-hardened hatred for all things Russia, particularly Putin. When you add to it what’s being pumped-out in the mainstream narratives, even by Republicans, especially swampsters, he just can’t shake it loose.  I’m afraid that until Levin overcomes these demons, he’s simply incapable of bringing you full and sensible information on Ukraine, and that’s simply the most disappointing development in media in a long, long while.

At the end of his show, in the last hour, Levin had Graham on his show to talk about taking out Putin.  If you listen, you can hear Lindsey Graham ingratiate himself to Levin with the slobbering remarks near the end of his appearance.  One could almost hear Levin’s heart melt.  I could vomit.

Here’s the full podcast(The Graham interview begins at the 1:28:55 mark):

Oh, and Mark? Ronald Reagan never once called for taking-out Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko or Gorbachev. He knew that the last thing a nuclear-armed country run by a totalitarian government needs is any sort of instability of that sort.  Do you think the people who would take out Putin would be any more stable or less dangerous to the United States?  No.  Reagan knew better than nonsensical ideas like that. You should be ashamed of yourself for associating such a foolish idea with the temperament and wisdom of Ronald Reagan.

The Enemy Is Here

Wednesday, March 9th, 2022

One needn’t go abroad to find our most lethal enemies…

It’s no longer a matter of debate.  The media and the US federal government are now the enemy of the American people.  They’ve colluded to lie to you about virtually everything.  Still more in would-be conservative media have apparently unwittingly walked into the trap, and have added themselves to the media and government propaganda machine.  You’re being scammed.  They created a false narrative about Ukraine.  They created a false narrative even about Putin.  They created a false narrative(still under construction) about their new Iran deal(JCPoAv2.)  All of this is being done without the consent of the American people.  Instead, they punish you in their alleged efforts to punish Putin.  If the American people had an idea what is happening to them, rather than sanctioning Russia or anybody else overseas, the American people would levy sanctions against their own government.  You can go around the world seeking out enemies to conquer, but the truth in 2022 is that if you’re a citizen of the United States, living in America as you always have, your truest and most lethal enemy is inside the DC beltway, and in the high-rises of Manhattan.  Don’t go looking elsewhere for the enemy laying siege to you.  The enemy is here. Their war is against you.

Some number of the American people haven’t been fooled. They get it. They understand that almost nothing they’re being told is true. Consider some of the lies you have been told in just the last few days:

The cause of the inflation and fuel price increases is Ukraine, and Russia’s invasion of it. Is this true?

Retail Gasoline Price Rises since Biden’s Inauguration

While it’s clearly true that we’ve had roughly $0.70 gain in prices since Putin invaded Ukraine, we saw nearly $1.50 in price increases prior to the invasion since Biden was inaugurated but before the invasion. So around sixty-five percent of the price increases in fuels is all on Biden.

You were told that Zelenskiy said “I don’t need a ride, I need ammunition.”  We now know that was a fabrication.

We were told two weeks ago that the idea that there were Bio-Labs handling dangerous antigens in Ukraine with which we had been working was a fabrication and conspiracy theory, but yesterday, we learned that this too was a lie, but worse, they’re going to try to flip the script on Putin and Russia. Victoria Nuland should thank DeepState Little Marco for the assist:

This quote from Victoria Nuland needs to burn into your brain as though from a cattle branding-iron:

“…it is classic Russian technique to blame on the other guy what they’re planning to do themselves.”

This is what the DC Mafia does. We watched them do this to Trump for more than five years.  We’ve seen it repeatedly, and here they are using it on Putin, but also against us.  You should begin to get the idea by now that there’s nothing about which these people in Washington DC won’t lie.  We are the intended targets of the lies, and as I explained yesterday, part of this plot is focused on getting you and your congressional representatives to go along with their new Iran Nuclear Deal, known as JCPoA.  We still don’t know why they are so desperate for this new deal, just as they were desperate for the original. It remains the question of our time. All that can be said with certainty is that they are driving all of this, and that they’re lying to us about every bit of it.

Consider the Polish fighter jets story.  Initially, we were told the government of Poland might be willing to give up their Mig-29s to Ukraine, but immediately, that government came out to say that they would not, because it would be an escalation they would just as soon avoid.  The pressure was put on them to do so, so instead, what the government of Poland did was to say, effectively, “Fine, you want the Mig-29s, we’ll relinquish them to the United States, and fly them to a base in Germany for you, and you can do with them as you will, but we’ll need replacement F-16s.” Our DoD immediately came out to quash this because we apparently don’t now have sufficient F-16s for our own needs, and therefore have none to spare to Poland.  The problem in all of this is that we wanted the government of Poland to provide them directly to Ukraine, but what Poland wisely did was to get the monkey off of their backs and put it on ours, effectively putting the United States in the position to decide whether to escalate this conflict.  Poland wasn’t going to be blamed if an East-West shooting war erupted.  Your own government, the government of the United States, was more than willing to have Poland instigate a shooting war, but the US government doesn’t wish to be seen as instigating it themselves.

I said before that I believe the American people are wising-up to this, and I still believe this is true, but the problem is that they’re awakening too slowly. At this rate, by the time they figure it out, and become resolved to do what must be done, it’s likely to be too late.  Either the DC Mafia will have walked us into a nuclear war, or the economy will be so ravaged that most of us will never recover. Certainly, we have enemies of every description around the globe, but the enemy most lethal to the American people and their way of life resides in Washington DC.  The enemy is here.

The hour is late, yet still I fundamentally place my hope in the good sense of the American people.

Engineering Oil Price Spikes

Driving you into acceptance of new Iran Deal

I’ve been pondering a number of questions over the last several days, and one that has dominated my mind is the question about Iran’s involvement in our Ukraine policy.  From the beginning of the Ukraine crisis, I could see the American population being herded by all the usual suspects.  Their own government and media have been lying to them consistently and recklessly about the situation in Ukraine.  One of the things that struck me is that they seem to be intentionally pushing oil prices through the roof. With every bit of bellicose rhetoric from the Biden administration and the morons on Capitol Hill, the media blasts it through the world, creating more uncertainty and more panic.  At the same time, refusing to unleash our own oil production, in fact, having spiked it from the inception of Biden’s presidency, it became clear to me that they want oil prices to go higher.  Apart from the usual reasons of profiteering by individual members of Congress and the Administration, there had to be a reason.  My recent contemplation of the Iran Deal they’re trying to make tempted me to ask:  How could they get Americans, but more importantly, members of Congress, to go along with the new JCPoA(Iran Deal)?  What is it going to take in an election year to make that go? I began to wonder: If they could push the price of oil so far that it would put a serious pinch on Americans, would they and their Congressional representatives fold for any deal that brought them a respite from the high oil prices?  If you want Americans to accept the Iran deal, promise it will provide a drastic reduction in prices in the midst of a war-driven price-spike! Problem solved.  They’re driving the oil-price spike in order to gain easier acceptance of the Iran deal.

Yes, they built the carrot and now they’re wielding the stick.  By the time they’re done with you, you’ll be happy to pay for Iranian oil.  As Gateway Pundit reported on Tuesday morning, the Iranians stand to make out like bandits in the deal.  Frankly, I can’t see anything in the deal for America.  It would seem to me the American people would make out better with no deal, but this deal lifts sanctions on Iran, including Iranian oil. According to Gateway Pundit, the Russian leading the negotiating team(on behalf of the United States(!!!)), Mikhail Ulyanov, is quoted as saying:

“Iran got much more than it could expect.”

What’s more remarkable to me is that I am not able to find any reference to what America will get from this deal, other than promises.  It seems as though the United States is giving up all sanctions, just as in the first JCPoA, all we did was pay billions electronically, and also pallets of cash to the mullahs, while getting what amounted to very thin promises about nuclear weapons development.  It’s senseless.  The biggest concession, in terms of the long-run value to the Iranians leadership, is the removal of all sanctions on Iranian oil.  I now believe this is why the oil prices needed to spike from this administration’s perspective.  They’re putting the squeeze on us to accept the deal.  Other than worthless promises, what is the United States getting?  Why is the Biden administration so desperate to have a deal again?  What’s in it for the DC Mafia? What’s in it for us? This is the problem, from my point of view: There’s nothing in it for we, the American people, but if you wanted to make a show of it, you could put in “and oil supplies available to America will increase dramatically.”

Why is getting the Iran deal so important to these people that they’ve essentially provoked Russia into invading Ukraine to set up the conditions under which the American people and Congress might be driven to accept it?

Update: Tom Rogan of the Washington Examiner has a source who tells him that the Biden administration is avoiding pursuing a big public case over the would-be assassins who wanted to take out former National Security Adviser John Bolton because it could hurt new Iran deal negotiations.

Russia Shockingly Accuses US DoD of Operating BioWeapons Labs on its Doorstep in Ukraine

Tuesday, March 8th, 2022

Map of alleged Bio-Labs in Ukraine

Rumors have been circulated widely around the Internet since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine that one of Vladimir Putin’s purposes wat the destruction and removal of alleged bioweapons laboratories across Ukraine. I had initially dismissed this as part of a Russian disinformation campaign being carried out and employed against those predisposed to distrust Washington DC’s motives.  Kyle Becker of beckernews.com ran a story on Monday highlighting what are now claims made by the Russian government that they are uncovering precisely such facilities.  As Becker’s article points out, the Department of Defense admits being engaged with laboratories in Ukraine that handle some very dangerous infectious diseases, including Anthrax, to name one most people will recognize. Some of these sites are published on a map on the US Embassy’s website in Ukraine, seeming to confirm US knowledge of the existence of BioLabs. The Defense Department says its engagement there is part of their Bioweapons Threat Reduction Program, and under that program, they’ve provided assistance in upgrading the labs, allegedly for safety reasons.  Becker notes that Foreign Minister Lavrov’s accusations may indeed be part of a propaganda campaign, but the question remains as to the degree of US involvement and the nature of the ongoing research in these facilities.  It’s clear that Russia intends to play the “WMD” card, but what remains in question is whether these labs actually serve a demilitarized, peaceful purpose, and if Russia is simply seizing upon these labs as justification for their actions in Ukraine.

As Becker observes somewhat wryly, however, “Bioweapons threat reduction” was the same excuse at the heart of our involvement in the Chinese Wuhan Institute of Virology, and we all have some idea of how that turned out. Whether there is any actual fire in this case remains unclear, but there certainly is at least some smoke.  I understand the concept of threat reduction, but I also know the DoD has been known to employ some smokescreens in such matters.  It would be truly ironic and damaging if it turned out that these labs had handled materials and conducted research that could be fit within the general sphere of bioweapons research.  It’s at this point that I would remind readers about the interactions between Rosemont Seneca and EcoHealth Alliance. Could the US be involved in something unseemly in this field in Ukraine?  At this point, I don’t believe we have enough evidence to say with certainty, but as a friend is often heard to remind me about such things, “if there is any doubt, there is no doubt.” It’s a sentiment born more of a general experience with government and politics that takes a pessimistic view of those endeavors and the people engaged in them, but it’s often not far off the mark. In any event, this is an example of why the American people are right to doubt everything they’re being told, whether parties to the war in Ukraine, or by their own government and media.
