The Plot to Steal the Mid-Terms of 2022

Friday, May 13th, 2022

Few even know what’s coming

Knowing they must hold onto the House and Senate in order to complete their coup d’etat, the Democrats and their RINO cohorts in the DC Mafia have concocted a plot so diabolical that it may only be prevented by immediate action of Americans.  Once in place, I don’t think it will be undone without force of arms.  You are in the midst of a color revolution disguised as an election.  They stole 2020, and they’ve been hardening their defenses as they secure their actual insurrection against any sort of insurgency, whether political or otherwise.  It’s worse than despicable.  They intend to use our own system of government to completely supplant our system of government.  This is what securing a coup looks like.

The Biden administration has proposed amendments to the World Health Assembly treaty that formed the World Health Organization(WHO.) These amendments will be voted into place by the assembly next week, and they will use these amendments to empower the WHO to make public health policies in all the signatory countries.  This will permit them to impose lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and pretty much anything else they wish to impose forcibly without reference to the US constitution, and without the ability of states’ governors to intervene or otherwise interfere.  Yes, the blue helmets may be coming to give you your jab.  The main intention here is to enable them to impose lockdowns when the “mid-terms variant” arrives as planned later this year.  This will be the basis for declaring a new set of emergencies, and of course, it will be the foundation for their next election steal.  The drop-boxes will be back with a vengeance, and they may even impose some kind of maniacal martial law in order to force their use.  They’re going to steal it while you watch, helpless to oppose them.

Ordinarily, the adoption of a new treaty would require a 2/3s vote of the United States Senate.  Naturally, their work-around here is to pretend they’re simply amending an existing treaty, and therefore don’t need Senate ratification.  It’s a lie, like everything else they’ve done.  They even held a phony “comment” session this morning, two hours long, with hand-selected shills.  Michele Bachmann had registered to comment, but in the end, they only let approved persons representing various select groups to comment on the amendments.  This is a scam.

Here’s a segment with Bachmann from Bannon’s WarRoom this morning:

Understand that all of this is being done with the purpose of destroying your ability to unseat their cabal this Fall.  This is about securing the coup d’etat they carried out on November 3rd, 2020.  This is why you haven’t heard about this on any of the MSM, including Foxnews.  This is why #2000Mules is still being suppressed.  It’s time to embrace the suck.  The demons in our DC Mafia have a plan, and they’re getting ready to execute it.  This set of treaty amendments is one of the key prerequisites.

Levin Nearly Stumbles Into Truth About Ukraine

Saturday, March 5th, 2022

Levin lays out the initial case on March 5th 2017 for Spygate

Only one day after I reflected on Mark Levin’s amazing ability to sift through piles of mainstream media reports to assemble the hidden truth, he very nearly did it again on Friday evening’s broadcast.  He still hasn’t clarified for his audience that the claims of cluster-bombs and thermobaric bombs are unverified, unconfirmed reports, much to my chagrin, but in discussing the goings-on in Washington DC he swerved ever so close to the truth, again.  I keep hoping he’ll step back from the Ukraine story just a little farther, just enough to clear his senses and conquer his emotions.  If he does, he’s a man with the resources and skills to finally sort out the truth of this mess.  At this point, Levin should begin asking himself that question that any good lawyer must do when trying to formulate a theory of a case: What’s the motive driving the behavior of the Biden administration in Ukraine?  I believe Levin is so close to the truth that if he sets aside his emotions about Ukraine for a few moments, and sinks his teeth into all of this, it’s game over.  He’ll sniff it out, and he’ll realize that what’s happening in Ukraine isn’t purely about Ukraine or Putin at all.  That’s the side-show.  That’s the pay-off.  That’s the clean-up on aisle twelve.  He came very near to the central issue, and I hope he soon realizes it.  I believe he could very well blow the lid off of Washington DC for a generation or more. Today, at the last possible moment before the “Eureka!” that should have come, he swerved off down another emotionally-driven side issue.  He’s so maddeningly close that I almost wish he’d happen by this website.  It’s time for Mark Levin to return to his lists of facts and his prosecutorial style.

As a reminder, if you haven’t see it before, or simply need the refresher, this is what it’s like when Levin gets on one of his epic tears, here laying out the case that the Obama administration spied on Trump from Fox and Friends on March 5th, 2017, five years ago today:

The questions you must ask require that you first recognize that the Ukraine catastrophe is not an isolated event, separate and apart from all other events. I urge Mark Levin and anybody else digging into this to consider that we see all the same players involved in all of these matters, from Ukraine during the Obama administration, to the Russia Hoax of the Trump campaign, to SpyGate that extended into the Trump administration, the “Mueller Probe,” the first impeachment, the January 6th event, the second impeachment, and the election theft of 2020.  What’s conspicuous by its absence from this list, that we ought not to omit?  Once we add it to the list, the smoke begins to clear, and it all begins to make more sense:  The Iran Nuclear Deal.  Remember that the Iran Nuclear Deal was only made possible by a sell-out Republican Senator from Tennessee, Bob Corker(RINO,) who concocted a bill that allowed the Senate to bypass the treaty clause of the constitution, ignoring the necessity for a two-thirds vote for its ratification. Combine it all with the situation in Ukraine, and the behaviors of the Biden administration, and it all makes so much more sense.

I won’t tell you that I have all the details, but instead, I’m going to paint a broad-strokes picture.  It would take somebody like a Levin to assemble a clearer picture, and indeed, today, Mark Levin provided another piece of the puzzle.  He is so, so very close, and I believe if he returns to his dispassionate review of facts, and digs into this a bit harder, he’s going to put it together.  I can almost hear the beginnings of the percolating of connections as he covers some of the facts.  What Levin revealed is that the Biden administration is permitting the Russians to negotiate with Iran on behalf of the United States for the new nuclear deal.  Remember the pallets of cash?  There’s going to be much more. Much, much more.  Biden has made concessions to the Russians, which is why this administration won’t do anything about Ukraine.  It’s part of the deal.  This is the part Mark Levin isn’t quite guessing yet, at least not clearly.  Levin made mention of Ted Cruz’s National Security advisor, Victoria Coates.  I hope he posts a link to the paper or article from which he’s drawing this information. (Update: One of my sharpest followers on Twitter found the story here. Thanks @ginthegin! If you don’t already, give her a follow!)

There is more that stinks in Ukraine than just the money-laundering of the Obama-Clinton-Biden gang. I told you nearly one week ago that based on reports of Biden providing security intelligence to the Russians via China, that I believed this was being done purposefully because Putin is going to carry out the cleanup in Ukraine, in exchange for the ability to have his way with that beleaguered, historically corrupt former Soviet satellite.  This is the reason for the ineffective and purposefully ineffectual sanctions against Russia.  In the end, I expect the Russians to control at least the Eastern half of Ukraine, if not the whole.  This is being done with a wink and nod from the Biden administration.  Why?

What would make people of this supposed stature so desperate that they would give up their money-laundry in Ukraine?  What would make people like this yield and let the RUSSIANS(!!!!!!) carry out negotiations on behalf of the United States with Iran?  What would make them do so? Talk about “COLLUSION!”

This is speculation, but Russia would be free to discuss anything they liked with the Iranians, even things quite damaging to the Americans involved, without any worry that it would ever be disclosed.  There’s no FOIA to worry about in Russia.  There’s nothing they couldn’t hide within these negotiations. As long as the final product is something they can shove through the Congress in the next few months, the sausage-making aspects of the agreement will remain forever opaque.  The American people will never know, but Putin will have a permanent lever to use against these people. That lever will be whatever the Iranians already have, or at least knowledge of it.  I don’t know what the Iranians have on the American Political Mafia, but it’s big.  One rumor several years ago, a rumor I could not confirm, was that they had Osama bin Laden. Alive. It sounds just as fantastic now as it did then, but there was always something about the story that rang true.  Of course, an extraordinary story of that sort would require equally extraordinary evidence, so I won’t posit this as the actual dirt, but if you use it as a proxy for the kind of dirt they must have, it would require something of that magnitude to explain the behavior we’ve witnessed.

The problem is that Putin was always going to demand “cash on the barrel-head” from these people. There will be no IOUs with Putin from this gang of American political mobsters.  He needed payment up front, which meant: No sanctions of lasting consequence; any sanctions must be a functional fan-dances, but also, no interference in or substantial aid(particularly lethal) to Ukraine.  Putin is going to clean up the evidence for these “DeepState” players, but the price is that he gets Ukraine, and who knows what else, ultimately.  They pretend Putin’s insane.  That’s misdirection and misinformation: He’s as coldly calculating as he’s ever been. He’s still a murderer, but right now, he’s their contract-killer.

Why? Why would they give up all of this?  In part, the answer lies in the clean-up Putin is doing, but the greater will be in the clean-up he’s doing for them on the new Iran Deal he’s negotiating on their behalf.  Levin has the first part of this figured out.  He sees that the reason the Biden administration is doing nothing effective with respect to punishing Putin is because they’re in league with Putin.  He may not be a team-mate, precisely, but he’s a contractor. He’s a hired hit-man.  He’s behaving as their agent.  If he disappears or outright kills Zelenskiy, so much the better.  Despite what you may have heard, Zelenskiy is no angel either.  He just has better press than his predecessor, and slightly less corruption.  Rather than seeking to protect Zelenskiy, the American mobsters may very well want him taken out.

Why?  I think they’re desperate to make the new deal with Iran.  I think the reason Obama and Kerry and others spent so much time trying to talk to the Iranians during Trump’s presidency was to say “look, we’ll fix this, don’t burn us, we’ll fix it and we’ll get you greater concessions and even more cash. Just stick with us until we ditch Trump.”  Remember Obama’s world-wide private shuttle-diplomacy during Trump’s presidency?  Obama and his crew are being blackmailed by the Iranians.  For what?  They used Ukraine as a cut-out and as a money laundry.  We’ve all assumed it was for mere greed on their parts, but was it something more?  Who else was in on the grift?  The reason they had to bring Putin in was because the Iranians no longer trust the Obama-Clinton-Biden gangsters.  If you can imagine it, the Iranians consider Putin to be an “honest broker,” or at least a devil they’ll trust. He stands to gain mightily in all of this, as he’ll undoubtedly make sure Russia provides them the nuclear expertise to finally build their own nuclear-tipped ICBMs.

This is why they had to dispense with Trump.  It has to be.  Their actions were so outrageous, they pulled every string, they called in every marker, they sacrificed sleepers, and they made their play to steal the election with no regard to how obvious it would be.  They pulled in every RINO, every DeepStaters, they used their corrupt federal judges, they played all their crooked friends at DOJ, including Bill Barr.  They worked every line. Had they gotten Garland onto the Supreme Court, they’d have had this crook in the most important court.  That doesn’t mean they didn’t sneak one in anyway.

You wonder why Amy Coney Barrett and Bret Kavanaugh now look to have been dud picks?  Can you see it?  Washington DC is full of people, everywhere, and in every guise, who are on the hook with this crowd.  They played every angle.  If they’re ever discovered and proven guilty, they’re on the hook for more than election fraud.  This is treason, pure and simple.  This is their gang making war against the United States and her people.

What is it that the Iranians have on these people? That’s what really lies at the bottom of this cesspool.  If Mark Levin figures out that piece of it, and if he can substantially tie it back to the rest of these pieces, he’ll blow the lid off of it all like he did five years ago this week, when he put together the Spygate story, at least the basic guts of it.  I fear for Mark.  These people are ruthless.  They’ve killed other prominent people to hide their crimes.  If he uncovers too much, will he end up like Antonin Scalia?  (Dead in bed with a pillow over his face?  No autopsy, assumptions about his heart conditions and age, a quick cremation, and a family that looks as though they’ve been told: “Hey, everybody can be gotten-to?”)

I know this must all sound a little bit crazy, but I want you, my reader, to think carefully about what you’ve seen over the last dozen years.  Why did Lindsey Graham do a two-year stint as chairman of a committee, shifting from another when he did?  Mitch McConnell didn’t make that play accidentally.  He put Graham there to guide through nominees for a particular purpose.  It’s all very peculiar once you think about it.  Lindsey Graham’s tough-talk about Putin is a smokescreen.  The last thing he wants is Putin dead.  That was a message to Putin.  It was a signal, but not the sort you’d think based on its content.  There’s a reason Kamala is being sent to Europe again, and it has nothing to do with peace.  It has everything to do with avoiding the ever-listening ears of the NSA.  Who better than the 3rd Term of the Obama Administration to understand the capabilities of our surveillance?  It has to do with the fact that you never say over any electronic communications platform that which you do not want overheard, intercepted, or copied by anyone.

The freedom of the Ukrainian people is being sacrificed on the altar of the American political mafia that is the DC UniParty.  Putin is not a mad-man. He’s a hired gun who will be paid handsomely for his efforts.  Crimea was the first installment.  At least the Eastern half of the Ukraine will be the second installment.  Ask yourself what Rosemont Seneca was really all about.  Why did it have dealings with EcoHealth Alliance?  Ask yourself who really got paid after Rosatom secured the Uranium.  It’s the same crowd.  They’re in on all of it.  “I’ll have more flexibility after this election.”  You’re witnessing treason.

If somebody ever puts the full story together, we’re going to discover that these people are willing to see all of us reduced to glowing, irradiated ash, hopefully before they resort to that action.

As one positive note, it’s clear that Levin has finally realized that Bill Barr isn’t a good guy. Score that as a win. One of Levin’s biggest weaknesses is that he’s too easily played by the personal congeniality of these monsters, and they exploit it, and him, repeatedly.  Their real aim is ever to exploit his audience.  Dearest Mark needs to view them all as ruthless killers, smile at them, make nice, and assume they’re preparing to stick a shiv between his ribs, striking them first instead.  (Figuratively speaking, of course.)  We need Levin at the top of his analytical game, more now than ever.  Maybe this time, it will fall to somebody else to figure it all out.  There are amazingly enterprising researchers and investigators still around.  The excellent reporter Julie Kelly comes to mind.  She’s a pitbull when she sinks her teeth into a story.  Let’s hope one of them picks up the mantle if Levin fails to spot it this time. I’m still hoping Mark will put it together. He’s a sharp guy, and I think he’s really close now. It’s too simple and it would be foolishly naïve to think it’s only about the left’s normal agenda of destroying America.  It’s bigger than that, and it’s more brutally criminal than that.  These people are personally invested in seeing this through in a way that suggests they’re covering-up something much more diabolical than the usual political subterfuge.  There’s a reason Obama isn’t enjoying retirement, and it isn’t because he dreams of spending his days wrecking America from his basement in Martha’s Vineyard.  His third term is about the survival of the American political mafia, or the “Deep State,” if you prefer.  They’re all in now.  Everything is on the line. Everything.

Update: At the time I wrote this post, Levin’s show of Friday, March 4th, 2022 was not yet available on his audio rewind page. It is now. Listen here.

Update 2: How convenient: Bill Clinton announces the Clinton Global Initiative is back!  The DC Mafia won’t give up the grift.

Editor’s Note: For those who think the notion that Vladimir Putin could be “in on it” with these people is a ludicrous proposition, I’d remind you: Nothing in geopolitics is ever as it seems. Remember when Putin was loved in Hollywood? No? Remember this, from the era of Hillary’s infamous reset button:

Biden Administration Pushed Putin to Invade

Sunday, February 27th, 2022

He really DID do that!

It’s a story that could have been pulled from the pages of a Tom Clancy novel, except this isn’t fiction. As I suspected, the messaging of the Biden administration over the last several months has seemed at times either to goad or provoke a hostile reaction from Russia’s President-for-Life, Vladimir Putin.  It was no secret that Putin had designs on much of Eastern Europe, and to the degree he’s been able, he has managed to infiltrate the countries in the region, setting up puppets or regimes very friendly to his purposes.  When President Volodymyr Zelenskiy was elected, Putin was very unhappy, because it appeared Zelenskiy might be an actual, genuine reformer.  Worst of all, Putin didn’t have his claws in him, as has been his common practice.  At the time, Donald Trump was president, and Putin knew he couldn’t risk an invasion.  Trump had reportedly made the matter plain for the dictator, telling him those golden domes of the Kremlin would be demolished if Putin were to invade Ukraine.  This was not a man with whom Putin could trifle or hope to control, and despite the idiotic and false narratives being pushed in the US media, he knew he was stalemated for the moment.  Instead, he plotted for better times and opportunities.  He needed Zelenskiy gone, but he wasn’t alone in that desire.

One-fifth of the way around the world, another cabal was plotting Zelenskiy’s demise, but to them, the new President of Ukraine posed a threat of a different sort.  They’d been using Ukraine as their private piggy-bank, and money-laundering center.  The sons of top politicians had been employed in fields for which they had no experience, and no expertise.  Among them was Hunter Biden, a corrupt, drug-addicted sex-fiend, who seems to have had a fetish for prostitutes while in a crack-addicted stupor.  This has ever been the best kind of set-up for the extortionists in the Russian orbit, and they could add a carrot or two to the stick they would eventually wield.  Hunter was hired by the firm Burisma, at an astounding rate of $83,333 dollars per month. Best of all, it was a no-show job for which Biden would do exactly zero actual work.  Sons of Pelosi, Romney, and the step-son of Kerry would all dip into the water of Ukraine business ventures, and it was a wonderful way for the oligarchs involved to purchase favor with these American politicians.  The Clintons had done fabulously well with the oligarchs of Ukraine, their foundation having received more than ten million dollars  during the period between 1999-2014, all from particularly well-off citizens of, and NGOs operating within that beleaguered, corrupted nation-state.

Under Zelenskiy, some of this had begun to surface, but once Trump had been cheated of another term, Zelenskiy saw the writing on the wall and realized there’d be no further action on the matter.  The American gangsters were back in control, and no good for his country would come of pursuing the matter further.  Of course, none of this eliminated the stick that Putin held, because one way to get a seat at Putin’s table is to have powerful chips one can lie down; influence with Western politicians, whether in the form of favors owed, or extortionists’ leverage, serve as one possible price of admission to his inner circle of friendly oligarchs.

Everybody knew Putin’s aims with respect to Ukraine.  Why then, as Sundance over at TheConservativeTreehouse reported Saturday, did the Biden administration shove the notion of Ukraine’s entry into NATO into Putin’s face via intel provided to the Chinese?  This would predictably enrage the former KGB spymaster, and defender of the USSR.  Putin has long been understood to resent the era that began with Perestroika begun under Mikhail Gorbachev, and he was thoroughly disgusted with Boris Yeltsin, who he threatened and forced from office.  In Putin’s view, the assembly of so many new NATO members made up of former Soviet satellites was more than an annoyance.  It was a downright threat to his vision of returning Russia to the “glory days” of the Soviet Union.  Yes, in this way, Putin is truly a dangerous madman, thoroughly committed to the rebirth of the Soviet leviathan that had dominated all of his youth.  The notion that Ukraine would be permitted to seek protection under the umbrella of NATO was a slap to his face that he would never permit.   More, the operatives in the Biden administration would know that by sharing this with the Chinese, it would get back to Putin almost instantly, because the Chinese are very keen on seeing America, particularly, distracted by events in Europe as they prepare to take Taiwan. They would know Putin’s likely reaction to such information. The outcome of a Russian invasion was effectively engineered within our own government, and implanted via Beijing.

Soon after this revelation from the Biden administration via his allies in Beijing in early December, Putin had made his decision: He would move to invade Ukraine and mask his aggression under the thin veil of a “military exercise.”  All of the rest has been pure stage-show garbage.  The diplomacy was never genuine, and indeed, neither was it genuinely helpful on the American side. Biden stood before the presidential lectern, adorned with the trappings of his office, and effectively prodded Putin to invade.  He erased any notion of strategic ambiguity, letting Putin know the coast was clear, continually telling Putin via press conferences, our strategic position and intent, while also letting Putin what we knew or didn’t.  Biden (or the people controlling him) knew that there was no way Putin would tolerate even the discussion of Ukraine’s entry into NATO, and that among the ends Putin would pursue would be regime change in Kiev.

In point of fact, Biden openly attempted regime change in Ukraine too, though he took another approach: He offered safe transport and asylum to President Zelenskiy early Saturday morning. Had Zelenskiy accepted that offer, he would be effectively deposed, while Biden would look the compassionate hero, but Biden would have what he really needed most: An effective end to any threat posed by further disclosures or investigations from Ukraine about he or his son, or any of his friends in Washington DC.

The invasion is quite real, and the threat to Ukraine’s future is undeniable, but what lies behind these events is being concealed from your eyes by Western media.  Joe Biden should be impeached, because he is factually responsible for the precipitation of these events.  It is his administration that engineered this, but it tells me something more.  In order to provoke Russia to attack its neighbor, and to effectively sign Zelenskiy’s death warrant, the people within the Biden administration are clearly desirous of hiding more than Hunter Biden’s porn-stash.  These are the kinds of actions undertaken by a mafia-boss hiding extensive, organization-threatening crimes and prosecutions.  There must be much more in Ukraine than we now know.  Surely, there is extensive evidentiary linkage to Western politicians, in DC and elsewhere.  Time will tell, but at this hour, what is certain is that Biden’s administration had every intention of seeing this invasion happen.  It was their goal all along. Now we know how they actually engineered it. Many thanks to TheConservativeTreehouse for all of the in-depth digging.

For those who doubt any of this, I’d ask you to consider the laundry list of people who’ve been on the war-path. They’re all the same people who were engaged in the Trump-Russia collusion hoax.  Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Adam Kinzinger, Lindsey Graham, Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Barack Obama, and of course Biden himself, along with various flunkies throughout the government.  Do you really wonder that this same collection of people, all deeply involved in the ridiculous leftist conspiracy theory and in SpyGate have all been deeply involved and increasingly loudly supportive of Ukraine, while simultaneously seeming to throw Zelenskiy under Putin’s bus? Some will call this mere guilt-by-association, but I would say that ignoring it is beyond naïveté. None of this is accidental, in the same way that the Biden’s convenient and timely disclosures to the Chinese were accidental.  This is the American mafia.  As Rush often said, “Don’t doubt me.”

The Cloak of Incompetence

Monday, August 16th, 2021

The cloak: “Not possible,” he says.

If you work around governments for any period of time, you’ll encounter a phenomenon that would be funny if the results weren’t so thoroughly tragic. Sometimes, it’s worse than you can guess, and what makes it all the more despicable is how frequently the public officials involved know precisely what they’re doing.  You see, most people innocently go about their lives giving real, creditable efforts at the things they’re paid to do. They may not attain or approach perfection, but for the money, they genuinely give you a solid best effort. This is infrequently the case in government, but they take it a step further.  Often, when they fail, they will claim it was a lack of knowledge, or a lack of money, or a lack of resources, or a lack of good intelligence.  Boiled-down to its lowest common denominator, what they’re telling you is:

“Hey, yeah, we’re incompetent, but what did you expect from a bunch of hacks who complain about not being paid market rates for inferior output? We’ll try harder next time. No, really, we will. We promise…”

As pathetic as that is, and while they use the claim of incompetence to shield themselves from the public’s wrath, there’s a one step more they often take, and it’s a giant leap of audacity that gives them this ability.  It’s not simply that they know they can claim incompetence when they fail, but that they set out intending to fail, using incompetence as a cloak for their malice aforethought.  No matter how basically incompetent you believe Joe Biden may be, or in his case, as I’ve contended, non compos mentis, it cannot be that the entirety of the United States Federal Government, the entire top tier of military leadership, the Congress, the State Department, the intelligence agencies, and the whole blooming lot of them are uniformly and unerringly incompetent.  Were they utterly incompetent, even accidentally, they’d get something right occasionally, but instead what we see is that from A to Z; from soup to nuts; from economics to foreign policy to military policy to spy-craft to virology, they get everything wrong, every time. Ladies and gentlemen, are we really going to fall for this again?  I can see when I’m being conned, and this is no different. Everything happening in Afghanistan today was entirely foreseeable, and indeed, it was foreseen by White House reporters just five weeks ago, on July 8th. If those people can see it, anybody can.

This is planned. They intend to use the shield of incompetence, but more importantly, it is a cloak for their motives. In fact, with the nature of the uncharacteristically blunt questions being posed by the media on the 8th of July, and the uniformity in the precision with which Biden was wrong, exactly wrong, on each and every point, this looks like the set-up to prove his incompetence.  Afterwards, Biden will be able to point back to this moment and proclaim his innocence on foreknowledge.  Nothing happening in this case has anything to do with accidental happenstance, or unlucky timing, or a failure of intelligence.  All of these outcomes were glaringly clear given the actions of Joe Biden’s seemingly hapless administration since January.  I’m going to make an accusation here, and it’s a serious one. I want you all to pay attention, because I’m calling people at the top of our government “traitors.” I mean it precisely.  These people are opening the door for Xi Jinping, and they’re going to let him run the tables in the Pacific, and pretty much any other damned place he likes.  The Taiwanese people must be trembling at this moment, because they’re in terrible danger, and the United States will do nothing to stop what’s coming.

This isn’t a matter of incompetence, as bad as that would be in and of itself.  This is a matter of grave infiltration of the American government. Our entire Department of Justice is corrupt, from top to bottom. The FBI is run by villains who serve political masters, or are on the take, or both.  Our intelligence agencies don’t work for us. They work to destroy us, distract us, and keep us baffled.  They do not serve the American people.  Our military serves political agenda now, along with vast global corporations. They’re looting this nation into oblivion, and you think this is about Republicans and Democrats.  True, Democrats make up most of the DC establishment, a.k.a. “the Swamp,” but not nearly all of it. At least half of your Republican representatives and at least eighty percent of your GOP senators are owned and operated for the interests of said fetid cesspool. Do you know how to tell? Oh sure, a few are saying a couple harsh things about Joe Biden today, but they’ve been watching this build to this crescendo all year, and the best part is that it isn’t finished yet. They said virtually nothing, and participated in the looting besides. “Infrastructure,” anybody?

I won’t assert to you that there’s no incompetence in government. Washington DC is filled with legions of the incompetent, but it’s also brimming with malice, and that malice is aimed at you. The other universal characteristic of the denizens of the Swamp is that in addition to viewing you with contempt, they all believe they’re smarter than all of us. They all believe they’re so much more clever, but the truth is another thing.  Take away their control of the reins of power, and remove from them the ability to confound investigations and hide evidence, and you’d quickly discover how dumb these people really are.  They aren’t evil geniuses.  They’re brutes who hold power. For now. They use incompetence as a cloak for their wickedness, and they hide their wrongdoings behind it.  It’s akin to Hillary’s “I don’t recall” defense.  It seems clever, and it’s another use of incompetence as a cloak for misdeeds. Don’t fall for it. Don’t let your representatives get away with it, or offer to others. Don’t let the media pretend to you that it’s all an accident. It’s all just a big bungle, they’ll insist. Or, perhaps most galling, they’ll blame it on the alleged incompetence of the last guy. Do you see how this works? It’s a con. Open your eyes to the horror.  These people wanted a catastrophe in Afghanistan, or it never would have happened. Do you really believe a bunch of stone-age warriors, even handed modern weapons, can stand up to the combined might of the United States and all the resources it can call forth to employ? There is incompetence in the world, but frankly, we’ve heard this lie before. Over and over.

If we cannot reform this government by removing the traitors from control of it, we must abolish it. That’s really all that remains. We will either live as slaves to these demons veiled behind a curtain of alleged incompetence, or we will remove them and be free. That’s all there is.

Do not be surprised that this entire “fiasco” was designed to cover something else happening in the next several days or weeks. Durham? The Arizona audits? Other disclosures? They do these things for a reason. They don’t play the incompetence card this big unless there’s a serious purpose.

The New Enemy: We the People

I’ve been rattling around this old world for more than one-half century. I’ve seen a lot of despicable things, and I’ve seen the media make them more despicable by their dishonest coverage. I’ve seen cabals and plots and a number of conspiracies, but I’ve never seen anything even approaching the diabolical nature of this coup d’etat against Donald Trump, the Constitution of the United States, and We, the People who had formed it.  This is one for the record-books, and it very well may succeed, because the conspirators have succeeded in doing something I knew was theoretically possible, but never expected anybody to actually undertake.  The conspirators in this plot are not only real, and not merely diabolical, but they are also smart and ruthless.  They are setting-up the most dangerous sort of trap you could imagine, and they’re going to use our constitution to achieve it.  Ladies and gentlemen, it is much worse than they’re letting on.  It’s much bigger than they’re portraying.  Both side are down-playing it as they race to that moment in which they will strike, and to whomever goes the initiative, so too will the victory belong.  The left has finally engineered their dream scenario, in which they will claim to be the patriots and the defenders of the Republic, while we, the people, are denounced and ultimately vanquished as the enemy of the United States of America.

My long-time readers will know that I’m serious, and that I’m about to make a point to which attention must be paid, but new readers may be recoiling from my thesis because it seems so…”extreme.” The climax of any scenario may seem to be extreme, particularly for those who hadn’t expected it. The finality of death may seem extreme to those who had never contemplated it.  The truth is that we now live in a time of extremes, and the question that may well confront us is whether we have the courage to face them, and in proximity to them, rise to match them.

Here’s the basic plot: Democrats and their media shield are now proceeding with their plot to overthrow the United States government in the person of Donald J. Trump. He is the duly elected president of the United States, and since his election, they have been trying to undermine and overthrow him.  The reasons are many and varied, because for the rank-and-file opponents, it is the fact of his continuance in that office against which they rebel, exerting his policy preferences on the nation, to the chagrin and disgruntlement of the leftist hordes.  For mid-level leftists, in the political establishment and the press, it is the fact that he makes bare the edifice of lies about the necessity of the whole political machinery.  He won with a fraction of the expenditures and only a tiny fraction of the number of apparatchiks customary to a modern presidential campaign.  In truth, he represents a revolution against them. For the upper-crust leftists, Trump represents another type of existential threat, made of their criminal liabilities.  This upper-crust has had its crimes white-washed, concealed, or pardoned in one fashion or another.  They’ve had their prosecutions declined, and they’ve had all their legal sins washed away, or would have, if only he hadn’t been elected.  Now, their crimes for greed and their crimes for family are too close to exposure, and worst of all, their crimes against humanity and their treason, little and large, are far too close to discovery.  For some of them, discovery would mean the effective loss of their entire lives’ toil in acquisition of ill-gotten wealth. For others, it might mean an actual loss of life, as some might even face the gallows for their crimes.

If any larger portion of this be true, then it is all the motive any collection of philosophical fellow-travelers and partners-in-crime would ever need to carry out such a plot. You can pretend to yourself that this is all too big, or that it couldn’t possibly be, but ask yourself this: If you and your spouse are now worth one-hundred-million dollars so long as the totality of your corruption can be kept secret, and your treason can be buried sufficiently, what wouldn’t you do? To what lengths wouldn’t you go? To what depths of depravity wouldn’t you descend? Which arms wouldn’t you twist?  Which debts wouldn’t you call? Very quickly, one realizes that an environment comprised of such people would shortly resemble an ecology of gangsters, every bit as lethal as any mafia the world has known.

Now you understand the motives, but now we must understand the methodology. The methodology of the left has ever been to accuse others of what it is they’ve done, or are doing. It’s a methodology that serves them well because they are in collusion with the media and the so-called “Deep-State.” In fact, it’s fair to consider them together as one contiguous, unified organism. They coordinate across levels, within levels, and across national or organizational boundaries.  They’re in everything, everywhere.  As we’ve seen, they’re in Congress, but they’re in the White House. They’re in the FBI, but they’re in NGOs(Non-Governmental Organizations.) They’re in the media, and they’re in the private sector. What binds them all together? Can you guess? Yes, it’s guilt. People like Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell trade on that guilt. Strange, isn’t it? Epstein died, and almost all coverage of him has disappeared, and with it, all coverage of the guilty elites over whom he held sway, and their wrong-doings, by which he held such power.

Do you think Epstein was the only one of his kind? How many of you have even heard of the NXIVM sex-slavery cult? It was used at least in part by extortionists as a manner of extracting control, money and power over the people over which it held influence. How can it be that a thing like this exists and was prosecuted, but the bulk of Americans have never heard of it?  Don’t “google” it though. Try duckduckgo.com instead.

How can one get rid of a President like Donald J. Trump? One would have to find him guilty of “high crimes and misdemeanors.” In the seemingly unlikely event that one can’t find any legitimate grounds for impeachment and removal, one must fabricate some. This was the basis for the whole “Russia” hoax, and it has been behind every attempt to unseat him.  In the case of this latest “Ukraine” scandal, the best primer on it may come from the unlikely source, Glenn Beck. It’s not that Beck hasn’t uncovered some interesting stories over the years, but to say that most people don’t consider him hard news so much as infotainment. Fair or not, that’s how most view him, but his coverage on the Ukraine story is exhaustive and quite detailed.

Below is a short version, but on his program on BlazeTV, you can view the full version of his explanation of the Ukraine scandal. Here, in a detailed explanation of the facts, Beck lays out a fuller picture of the scandal about which you’ve only heard but a little:

I want you to notice that this was published by Beck on the 3rd of October. I am willing to bet that almost none of you had heard of former Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch prior to the last couple of days, but she is a key figure in Beck’s presentation of more than a week ago.  On Friday the 11th, she was testifying before Adam Schiff’s rogue committee.  Watch Beck’s presentation, and then do the math. Beck doesn’t here guess with any specificity what might have happened to the seven billion missing dollars, but that doesn’t stop us from guessing, does it?  Clinton Foundation?  Clinton Global Initiative?  Some portion absorbed by oligarchs in payment for the money-laundering? There’s no way to say with any certainty, at this moment, but it’s certainly worth all the trouble of ditching Donald Trump.

Now Congress is carrying out a coup d’etat disguised as an impeachment.  They’re going to get rid of Trump, and you’re going to witness histrionics in the United States Senate by Republicans. They’re going to deliver the coup de grâce to Donald J. Trump. They’re going to betray the constitution of the United States, and at present, their leader is none other than Trump nemesis Willard “Mitt” Romney. He and two dozen other compromised Republican senators are going to strike the fatal blow to the Trump presidency.  At that point, you will have a choice, and that choice will come down to this:

You will either except this false procedure, and watch as the American Republic is killed in fact while a sad charade goes on ever after, or you will take up arms to stop it.

That’s your choice. The left has placed you in the position that to support the truth, and to support what is right, you will have to voluntarily choose to fulfill the role of the revolutionary.  They will portray you as the instigators of the coup d’etat.  Once they arrive at this point, their overthrow will have succeeded. Checkmate.

I’m not certain anybody on the side of the genuine patriots understand this yet.  I’m not certain everybody in Trump-land quite perceives this.  I believe what we are about to witness is either a rebirth of the genuine republic, or its final overthrow. Should you dare to rise against it, you will be portrayed as the traitors. You will face the gallows. Do you now see?  Never in American history will there have been a greater divergence of the “spirit of the law” from the letter of the law.

We are now in a race, and indeed, we have been all this time since Trump’s election. I don’t know how many of the parties involved knew they were in a race. I don’t know if it matters whether they knew. If Nancy Pelosi succeeds in carrying out her impeachment before the forces seeking actual justice can succeed in so doing, this will be the end of the United States.  I don’t know if Q is/was real or not, but I can tell you that whomever is Qanon, they knew this is a race.  Whether intended to stall, or to cover, I cannot possibly know, and only time will tell, but here’s where we stand: Trump’s forces are in a deadly race with the Deep State.  Time is short now, and I think we will be lucky to go into the new year as we entered the current one. Perhaps fittingly, the year 2020 will provide clarity.  Unfortunately, the picture we will see may be a terrible vision and a future in which justice has been thwarted.  You know what may be coming, my long-time readers, because you’re studious and because you know history. It’s up to you to prepare the rest of our population who may have no clue.  To defend the Republic, and to protect its legitimacy, oddly, patriots may need to risk being labeled rebels – to be called “enemies of the state” by the very traitors who now plot against our President, our republic, and indeed, the whole body of our people.  The framers of our constitution, and the founders of our nation knew this danger all too well, but their singularly most important historical virtue may be that they risked all for love of country. All I can say is that if President Trump calls for aid, patriots must be prepared to move.

Do as you will, but for my part, I will answer the call.

We Must Not Let Anything Go

Time to Face the Music

I realize that there’s a sentiment in Washington DC that now that the whole Trump-Russia-Collusion hoax has been exposed as such, we conservatives and Trump supporters ought to just make nice with the Democrats and “let it go” for the sake of comity and bi-partisanship. That probably makes a great deal of sense to people who live and thrive in the swamp.  It probably seems reasonable to them.  Last evening, watching a few minutes of Tucker Carlson, he had Mollie Hemingway on and she mentioned that there might be some laws that would need to be re-written to prevent all of this from happening again.  I looked at my wife, an expression of stunned incredulity on my face, matched by a similar expression on hers, and we both exclaimed “re-write some laws?” Per the norm, I was somewhat more animated, but I then muted the television and went on a mini-rant about the reasons why all of the denizens of the swamp must be evicted. Ladies and gentlemen, I don’t care what talking heads in the swamp may think about it: There must be prosecutions and convictions of the guilty, followed by swift sentencing at the appropriate level, to whatever level it may rise. Screw “letting it go!” We mustn’t let anything go, and we mustn’t let the swamp-rats make it all go away, as it seems they are intent upon doing. There must be consequences, and they must be as severe as the law permits. Simply put, it’s time for the real conspirators to face the music.

Mollie Hemingway is a fantastic writer for the Federalist, and in most all cases, I urge readers to check out her regular articles.  Tucker Carlson on FoxNews can be entertaining, but at times, it’s very frustrating to watch his show because he provides a platform to such outlandishly foolish characters, and I’m fairly certain it’s intended to press all of a conservative’s hot-buttons.  He succeeds quite frequently, at least where I’m concerned.  In this case, however, I don’t think that was the intention.  The two of them seemed to be acknowledging that there was indeed a serious problem in our government and the weaponization of its intelligence and investigative agencies,  but both seemed satisfied that it would be addressed sufficiently that it never happens again.  Hemingway seemed to want a more thorough reckoning, but to suggest that a simple re-write of some statutes would suffice is absurd to me.  I don’t know if it’s because I’m sensitive to the tendencies of the swamp of DC to make conservatives go wobbly, or if it’s because I’ve become adept at judging when we’re about to have one put-over on us by the DC Uni-party, but it smelled of swamp-gas to me, certainly where Tucker was concerned.  Queue the video below:

https://youtu.be/pTRmXJ4kZMY?t=955

Again, while some may be satisfied if only we re-write some laws to make sure this never happens again, but the law already forbids the weaponization of our law enforcement and intelligence agencies, and conspiracy to commit treason is already covered under our existing laws.  While we might re-write some of the FISA law, and that might limit the extent to which that particular class of abuses might occur, there are already many clear-cut laws that make much of what occurred in this instance an unmitigated attack on our entire constitutional system.  One can find many statutes that apply, so I’m not sure why “re-writing law” is necessary to the sort of reckoning that justice in this case demands.

It’s really a fairly simple thing, from my point of view.  People who we’ve entrusted with incredible power over the affairs of our nation decided to abuse that power in a way that is well beyond corrupt.  It’s clearly treasonous, and while people like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Lynch, McCabe, and others will continue to attempt to downplay or gloss-over what it is that they had done, it’s not satisfactory that we permit this to be dropped.  There’s also the very real possibility that the previous President was directly involved in this effort, and if so, that’s a conspiracy to high treason that originated in the highest office in the land.  While many will not permit this notion to be discussed, if there was treason here, and it surely seems there had been, we must be prepared to charge that offense and upon conviction, hand out its most terrible sentences, whomever the guilty may be.

It’s clear that at least for the moment, Attorney General Barr seems to get it.  In Congressional testimony yesterday, he made it clear that there was spying on the Trump administration, and that he intends to investigate it:

I certainly hope that AG Barr thoroughly investigates the matter, and while I still have some reservations about his swampy tendencies of the past, they’ve not yet surfaced in his current tenure as our nation’s Attorney General.  People in Washington DC don’t understand why it’s such a big deal, but I think it’s worth explaining what it means to me, out here in flyover country, that the elites who carried out the fraud and treason be punished.

Most of us get up each day and go about the process of providing for our families, earning a living, staying out of unnecessary entanglements with trouble, and obeying the law of the land, all while maintaining a certain reverence for the rule of law we’ve been raised to expect from our government, and the adherence to it that we expect from our elected and appointed officials. How many of you does that describe? Perhaps a few of you have gone on to retire after a lifetime of the honorable pursuits described above. The point is that we obey the law, we respect the law, and to an extent not common in most modern societies, we revere the law.  That means that for most of us, most of the time, we recognize the significance of what has been done in the case of the conspiracy to overthrow Donald Trump, and we recognize it as treason.  It doesn’t much matter what party we may be in, but what does matter is that we cherish our constitutional system, and we know that if Donald Trump can be treated in this way, a billionaire candidate, and then a duly elected President of the United States, then we average Americans out here in flyover country are in serious danger from the runaway government in Washington DC that has essentially decided to overthrow the rules we have set for it.  President Trump clearly sees it this way too, as seen in his brief statement to the press on Wednesday morning:

Treason indeed!  It’s time to investigate, prosecute, and punish the convicted upon a guilty finding, to the extent permitted under the law, and the more lofty the office, the more severe must be the punishment.  Only then is there any chance that this will be prevented from repeating in the future, or worse, being extended down to all we citizens who merely live our lives as honorably and honestly as we know to do, and who cherish the liberties with which we have been blessed.  More than that, we require a reckoning for those who have wasted our time, money, and opportunities.  We need a reckoning for those who have effectively demolished the first half of the presidency of Donald Trump.  McCain screwed us with his thumbs-down on the Obama-care repeal, and by helping to create the Trump/Russia-Collusion Hoax, he helped to make sure that we would not be in a position to advance our agenda.  Do you doubt but that this hoax helped the Democrats and other Swamprats to wreck the mid-terms of 2018?  Do you doubt it?  Do you doubt that Ryan and a number of other GOP members of the DC UniParty to make an early escape?  Think of how many high-ranking, or long-serving Republicans quit their House seats last year.  Why?  There’s always a reason, and I think much of it will come to light if there’s a thorough investigation of the Collusion Hoax and the treasonous attempt to overthrow President Trump.

For those of you who think that we ought to simply “let it go,” I must confess that I believe you’ve lost your minds.  We cannot and must not “let it go.” We must not let the Swamp make some nominal reforms but let the guilty go un-prosecuted or unpunished.  After all, that’s part of why we’ve landed here, isn’t it?  Wasn’t it the attempt to conceal and obfuscate Hillary’s crimes part of what went wrong?  Essentially, the swamp wanted to “let it go” where Hillary was concerned, and Obama wanted it that way.  We all know where this really leads, don’t we?  This whole thing lands on the desk of the President, but not President Trump.  It must all land on the desk of the chief executive who permitted, and perhaps even directed this treason. It is time now to ensure that whatever comes next, whatever issues the country faces, it does so on a foundation of an unadulterated rule of law. The American people must have confidence, or the republic will fall.  It is time now to see that whomever had been engaged in this attack on the republic, an attack I regard as potentially more consequential for the fate of our nation, had it succeeded, we must see to it that the conspirators answer for this crime. This time, there can be no letting it go.

A Time for Choosing…Again

Saturday, December 1st, 2018

trump_retweetIt was more than fifty years ago when, while campaigning on behalf of Barry Goldwater in October of 1964, Ronald Reagan asserted that America had arrived at one of those moments in history when the choice before the nation would set out direction for generations to come.  He called it “A Time for Choosing,” and parts or all of his speech is still replayed on talk radio shows, and quoted extensively in conservative media.  What’s not often mentioned often enough is that American chose incorrectly in that election, and we’ve paid a steep price ever since.  I’m no Ronald Reagan, but I contend that we have again arrived at “A Time for Choosing,” although in this case, the choice is not about an election.  This time, we’re confronted by something far more terrible.  This time, it’s not about our politicians, or even our laws, but instead about us.  It may or may not be resolved be elections.  It may result in a mass resort to violence.  Ladies and gentlemen, we now exist in a period not unlike 1860-61, a nation so thoroughly divided that it may not be held together.  The Special Counsel is using his offices and authority to gather and impound all of the evidence against himself and his co-conspirators.  Robert Mueller is attempting a new sort of coup d’etat, and if we permit it, we will never see liberty again.  Neither will our great-grandchildren.  It’s time to choose, and now, you must choose a side. Will you stand for our republic as you have so often pledged, or will you let the feral swine who have corrupted our system continue to run riot on our nation?  I, for one, will stand.

The Republican Party is a bankrupt institution.  They set aside conservative principles long ago in favor of pragmatism and electoral success.  They were also morally compromised, and easily gave over to extortion.  The Democrat Party is even worse, corroded over long decades by all sorts of communist and socialist radicals who have finally converted their party into the overt manifestation of Bolshevism in the United States.  The fact that Robert Francis O’Rourke(D-NY) could come so close to victory in Texas is evidence enough of the dire straits into which our nation has drifted.  That a bumbling, moronic dimwit like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez(D-NY,) perhaps challenging even Houston’s own Shiela Jackson Lee(D-TX) for the title “dumbest person in Congress,” would not be possible but for the fact that America has chosen wrong regularly since Reagan put that choice to her people more than fifty years ago.  Our elected officials either seem unaware of what’s happening, or they seem to want what is coming. They exhibit no concern whatever for the future of the country, and no remorse whatever for what they will do to our children.  Meanwhile, the vast body of the people stands by silently, letting it happen with little or no opposition.

You might ask me what I’m on about. After all, this isn’t the first time I have issued a dire warning about the condition of our republic, and probably won’t be the last.  In this case, however, the cause is encapsulated in the speech of Dan Bongino, below.  He outlined what has really happened, and what’s worse is that he explains what’s likely to be the result.  Watch it:

If Bongino is correct, inasmuch as he suggests that justice will not come for the corrupt bastards running the show, our republic is dead.  Dead.  The trouble is that you will decide that matter.  Either you will insist on justice, or your will not.  This isn’t about whether you like or hate Donald Trump.  It’s not about any of that political claptrap.  This is about whether we’re going to have a republic of the sort to which we claim to pledge our allegiance, or instead a sort of banana-republic with a mere facade of “liberty and justice for all.”  Is this going to be the Potemkin village of liberty?  Were all our war dead sacrificed for that?

I want you to think most thoroughly about the meaning of what Bongino has laid out.  Just like Bongino, Trump was not my pick in the primaries of 2016.  Just like Bongino, I’ve come to admire the fact that for all his myriad flaws, it seems that Donald Trump loves the country, and that he at least fights like Hell. What bothers me most in all Bongino says here is a notion he confirmed in his podcast of Friday, the 30th of November: There will be a deal.

His proposition is that this scandal has been so broad and so vast and included large numbers of figures in the Clinton-Obama orbit that there is no way to bring them all simultaneously to justice, and that to attempt it would be to throw the country into anarchy, chaos, and turmoil.  His implication is that the Clinton-Obama crew has intentionally fomented a hair-trigger reaction from their political adherents such that we’d have an insurrection of some sort, were all the criminals simultaneously rounded-up.

Obviously, this is too small a blog for Mr. Bongino to know of, but I wish I had a way to convey to him a few things:

1.) This is personal. The toll the Clinton crime family, and all those connected to them, have exacted upon the people of this country is large, real, and thorough. I don’t care what the cost may be any longer.  After almost three decades of watching these people make utter wreckage of our nation, it is time they are brought before the bar of justice, and if we must have civil strife to bring them to justice, then let me sign first on the dotted line to be among the instruments that will quell that strife. My life, my fortune, and my sacred honor. All these, whatever token value they may be, I pledge to the preservation of the republic.

2.) This is a matter of Justice. Our US Department of justice has been an incredibly corrupt joke ever since the Clintons began using FBI files to blackmail members of Congress and their staff, members of the bureaucracy, and also members of the judiciary back in the 1990s. The entire US Federal government, including segments of every department, have been hollowed-out and undermined by this stinking, festering rot of corruption, favoritism, and extortion ever since.  There can be no restoration of the Department of Justice, never mind justice itself, if any sort of deal is made.  These people must all go down, whatever the cost.  If we must make a deal with the villains, there can be no justice, and the restoration of our Republic will remain out of reach, foiled this time by those who ought to have been its champions.

3.) It is said that the American people will not be able to process it all if such were to happen in one fell swoop.  I disagree.  I believe people of good nature and good faith have lost their trust in the righteous nature of the most of the American people.  Perhaps too long in and amongst the villains, some seem too willing to accept the villains’ assessments of the American people.  It’s as if they believe we “can’t handle the whole truth.” I assure you, this is a faulty notion and belief.  If the President and his cabinet and other relatively clean leaders in DC and around the country go forth to tell the American people the whole truth, the American people will hear it, but those who do not and who will not are likely of the same corrupted class as the villains.

To Mr. Bongino, I would say that the idea that it would be too much for the American republic to survive is to underestimate the heart of what is the republic.  At no other time in history has the republic been more ripe for such a revival.  Our young people don’t believe in America’s greatness, we are told.  If those who had known better will now shrink from justice because it might incite a brief but calamitous fight, is their cynicism not justified? Wouldn’t it be to surrender and thereby prove the purveyors of their anti-American indoctrination correct?

I don’t speak for any person but myself.  I’m just a guy with a few remaining brain-cells and a keyboard. In this instance, and in the name of the republic, I need a president who won’t make a deal.  I’ve heard it said that the true art of the deal is to know when to say: “No deal.”

Now is that time for choosing again, but this time, if we fail – if we choose incorrectly again – there will be no chance at redemption.  Mr. President, the American people have been betrayed too often by their leaders, with too many bad deals.  Now it is time for you to say “No deals.”

Burn them all, and let us rebuild the Republic in sight of their ash-heap.

Short Reception Wedding Dresses
If you’re an American, or if you’re a British subject, or if you’re a citizen of a European country now subsumed into the catastrophe called the European Union, you should know that your nations are in the process of being stolen from you.  There is not a single government among them that is eligible to remain, and every one of those governments is infected with the virus of treason. The United States, of the most central interest to this blog, is now in the throes of its present death, not by some armed foreign invader, but by an infectious agent deposited among our alleged “elite” political establishment.  These people are a disease unto themselves.  They have sold their country out to the world’s thugs, and the time has come to pay up.   Donald Trump was elected president under the rules of our constitution, but he will not be permitted to exercise that office in any but the most superficial way.  Every long-time visitor to this blog knows I had been no particular fan of Donald Trump, the man, or Donald Trump, the candidate.  Quite to the contrary, I have been very critical of many of his positions and pronouncements, and I doubt very seriously that this is likely to change.  One of my most thoroughgoing criticisms of Donald Trump has been(and remains) that he exhibits no particular devotion to any specific, or self-consistent body of principles.  That criticism and all of the lesser complaints that fall out of it are easy enough to understand, but what may cause some confusion is what I will say next:  If we are to save this republic, if that is our actual goal, we must preserve and rescue the presidency of Donald J. Trump, warts and all, even from itself, lest we lose our nation forever.

This seems a rather obnoxious claim, and on its surface, I would generally dismiss such claims as radical hyperbole.  Let me attempt to support that claim, or reference others who have done a masterful job in so doing.  Let me begin by making the following assertion:  Donald Trump was elected President of the United States through a process during which he took no steps that would ordinarily be considered illegal or even quite unfair under the political system in operation since our founding.   In fact, it might well be said truthfully that Donald Trump had managed to overwhelm a system that had been unfairly rigged against him.  Does anybody seriously wish to contend that the outcome of the 2016 primary season had been reduced to another Bush-Clinton showdown until Donald Trump came down that escalator in June 2015?  Do you know who are the Never-Trumpers still in existence at this late date?  They are the people furious with Donald Trump for interrupting this precise outcome.  “By what right?”  “He’s not even really a Republican!”  You can hear their shrill contempt still echoing in establishment media, and through the halls of Congress.  If in the primaries of 2016, you voted for Donald Trump, you put your finger in the eye of this establishment.  I  must here note that I did not vote for Donald Trump in the primary in 2016.  Let me also confess that had I known two years ago all I have learned since, I would have done so enthusiastically.  It is not that I believe Donald Trump is a great president, or that my opinion of Donald Trump as an unprincipled man has changed, but that I now see the true enemy more clearly than ever I had seen it before.  The real enemy is far more frightening than Donald Trump could ever be, because Donald Trump does not hate this country.  Our real enemy is out to destroy the USA, and is well along that path.  Donald Trump is the final possible obstruction.  Will Donald Trump save the republic?  I don’t know.  I only know that his will likely be the last opportunity to do so in our lifetimes, and perhaps ever.

The entire “Russian Collusion” narrative was cooked up to confound and demolish the Trump presidency.  I want you to know that any sophist who approaches you with another argument about it is either a knowing participant in the treasonous conspiracy, not merely against Trump, but against our republic, or is a willing political tool of those conspirators, believing themselves to be on the same “team.”  Think of the latter(and more numerous) group as our contemporary version of Stalin’s “useful idiots.”  This includes the more innocent “NeverTrumpers” out and about in the conservative movement, who believe their principled opposition to Trump ought now lead them to participate in the “resistance.”  These must come to understand the truth:  Trump is the duly elected President, and all efforts to interfere with his authority as such are born of the real collusion between the two parties’ DC establishments in an ongoing treason against the whole body of the American people, and the republic to which they were born.

There are a great many people attempting to chronicle the truth about what is going on, but I think if I had to credit one person in media for making it more understandable and aggregating all the bits of this monstrous situation into  a single, cogent narrative, I would have to credit Dan Bongino.  Bongino has a daily podcast, and since episode 628, he’s done more to put this story together in one coherent story that the average person can easily understand, without appealing to a single “conspiracy theory.” In fact, everything Bongino has put together is backed up by public news reports, in much the same way Mark Levin had done a little more than thirteen months ago, when he made the public accusation that FISA warrants had been used by actors within the Obama administration to conduct surveillance on the Trump campaign and administration under color of law.   For his part in bringing this to light, and for his continuing efforts to expose this, we mustn’t forget that Mark Levin has done more to lay the groundwork than any other person in media.

Before we go further, I am going to ask you something extraordinary.  Please go listen to Dan Bongino’s Episode 698. Read his show notes for that episode.  Here’s the episode, posted on YouTube:

How many of you know or remember these names:

  • Kathryn Ruemmler
  • Robert Bauer
  • Greg Craig

If you want to know who is orchestrating the theft of your country, you’d better learn these names and the deeds associated with them. Bongino has been unmasking this plot against the American people since episode 628 of his daily podcast, back on January 8th of 2018.  It just happened to be the case that I first stumbled into Bongino’s podcast for the first time on the very next day, and it happened to be part 2 of that same story.

If you want to save the Republic, let me tell you how that can be accomplished at this very late date:  Robert Mueller must be fired.  Rod Rosenstein must be fired.  The Republicans threatening to impeach President Trump should he fire Robert Mueller must be exposed.  They are part of the plot.  They are the Republican co-conspirators who are participants in stealing your country.   There are more than these vocal Republicans, a list that includes scum like my own Senator, John Cornyn, and others  like Lindsey Graham.  Trump must fire Mueller now, and he must assemble a team empowered to take down the conspirators.  You will be shocked by the breadth and depth of the conspiracy, but you must know it all if you are going to rescue your nation.  Robert Mueller must be fired to have any chance to save this republic.  The whole DC Uni-Party knows it. What remains is for you to recognize it, rise up in indignant rejection of it, and to reclaim your country.  Whether you’re a fan of Donald Trump, or perhaps instead held your nose and voted for him rather than see the epic criminal shrew win instead, or even if you didn’t vote for him at all, unwilling to “hold your nose,” it’s time to recognize that he is the president, and he is now the only person of significant governmental power standing between our Republic and the abyss.  Act accordingly.

Editor’s Note: On a more personal note, I realize now that many of you had hoped my previous string of posts signaled my re-emergence. Obviously, that wasn’t the case, but I do believe that day will come before this year elapses.  Between health concerns, the various burdens of my personal and professional life, it will be some time yet.  It just so  happens to be the case that occasionally, a story or bit of information comes to light that I believe must not be missed, and this is one such story.  I remain fiercely committed to our constitution and the form of government it had established, but the ugly truth of what has been done must be widely known if we are to defend and preserve it.  Forces much more violently aggressive to our liberties are afoot, and they are striking back at us now for the impertinence of electing an unapproved President. These self-anointed “elites” are nothing more than modern-day brigands hijacking a nation, or a whole collection of them.  Even now, the rats, having eaten numerous holes in the hull of our ship of state, are fleeing our capital in an orderly fashion to prevent a panic or questions. These are the conspirators who now believe too much has leaked, and too much is out  in the light for them to evade criminal culpability if they remain in Washington DC.  The ones who remain are on the hook, and there’s no way out of it for them, so they are staying to fight this all the way to the bitter end, whichever way it goes. They have nothing to lose, but everything to gain, including avoiding the noose.  Yes, this conspiracy is as serious as that, and it’s why Obama and his circle of conspirators remain in Washington DC: Should all this be revealed to any substantial degree, they’re all going to prison at the very least.  This is why we must insist that President Trump fire Robert Mueller.  Mueller is the key to this operation, and this is why people like Trey Gowdy are not to be trusted.  Ever.

Again I Ask: Why Don’t Repblicans Fear Their Party’s Base?

Friday, June 28th, 2013

A Toast to Lenin

We have discussed this here before, and I have previously shared with you my conclusion: Republicans may not fear their party’s base because they may be less than earnest members of the Republican party.  It may be that as soon as they can hand the House back to the Democrats in 2014, we may witness a sea change as many of the people you’ve come to think of as RINOs jump ship to become Democrats simply so they can be a part of the majority again.  In Washington DC, there is only one effective party, and it is the party of big government.  Do not be surprised when this pack of traitors defects from the GOP at the first substantially favorable opportunity.  Do not expect party loyalty, because their only loyalty is to their own political hides, and do not be surprised to discover that this amnesty bill vote in the Senate had been about their future prospects as Democrats.  The fundamental principle I believe is driving the Republican leadership is best described and encapsulated in the following quote, as coincidentally posted today by long-time reader “The Unit:”

“The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves.”Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

If this suggestion seems impossible or “conspiratorial” to you, remember that these are people who have just voted on a bill that will flush the entire country into a sewer, and that they did so despite widespread disapproval by conservatives, but also the American people in general.  The only party in which their positions on this bill could meet with something approaching a majority’s approval is the Democrat Party.  They aren’t even particularly worried about being challenged in a Republican primary because many of them intend to switch parties and run as incumbent Democrats if their support in the Republican party grows too weak or the party’s influence wanes dramatically, as is the likely result of the immigration bill.

One shouldn’t wonder when a putative Republican leader like Boehner adopts the tactics and strategems of the left.  Whatever the motive driving them, whether as the result of extortion or through willing collusion, the Republican leadership in Washington DC has participated in the wrecking of this country as surely as any leftist, but in order to have you tolerate it, their voting base must be convinced that they are diligently working to oppose the left.  If only they are able to make it look like they’ve put up a “valiant effort,” you will likely be convinced to let them remain in office.  If you do happen to lose patience with them, posing a serious primary threat, they may simply change parties in order to maintain their offices.

Do you suppose the conservatives in John Boehner’s district feel any better about the impending immigration disaster than do you?  Certainly not.  They feel as betrayed as do you, but their voices will be muted if their only choice in November of 2014 is between Boehner and an open leftist.  This is the manner in which we are being controlled.  This is why I continue to contend that only by wrecking the GOP and building a new party without any of the same old sell-outs will we be able to retake this nation, restoring it to a constitutional, representative republic.

It’s not as though my proposition is without precedent.  In 1995, following the overwhelming ouster of Democrats in both houses of Congress, there was a sea change through which thousands of elected Democrats across the country simply switched away from the Democrats to the newly ascendant Republicans.  Who among us would contend that these people, or their successors would not change parties if they thought it to be in their own best political interests?  They are politicians, after all, and we’ve seen scant evidence that there exists any real difference among them.  Yes, there are a rare few exceptions, but they merely prove the rule.  The primary motivation of most politicians is to retain power, and if they need to jump from one party to the other, and then back again, they have shown that they are willing and able.  Ask yourself:

Do they ignore your wishes because…

  • They are crooks on the take?
  • They are being blackmailed?
  • They are Democrats in Republican clothing?

One or more of these must be the underlying motive.  No person is so stupid as would be required to support such legislation as the immigration bill that is so obviously an act of suicide for Republicans, particularly conservatives. It will have immense negative repercussions for the nation as a whole, but for the conservative movement particularly.  If this is so, let us assume that the establishment wing of the Republican Party is acting on the basis of an ulterior motive.  It’s simply stretches the limits of credulity to believe that they don’t understand where this is leading, whatever they may say publicly.  If this is the state of the GOP, then I must strenuously work to destroy it before it can destroy us, if it hasn’t already.

Whatever Amnesty they inflict on this country through this bill, if we are unable to stop them, we must offer them no amnesty in 2014, 2016, and 2018.  None of them.  If it costs us the House, so be it.  If it means we lose ground in the Senate, so be it, but by the end of 2014, we must clean House, and we must endure all the difficulties that will come with it.  If we can’t primary them out, we must simply vote them out on election day, even if it means yielding the seats to open Democrats.  Staunch Republicans may recoil at the suggestion, but I must remind Republicans in the most strenuous terms that Barack Obama has succeeded in furthering his agenda precisely because Republicans of the establishment stripe have willfully delivered the country into his hands.

You see, just as it no longer matters whether Obama’s destruction of the US is a result of incompetence or malevolence, it also irrelevant whether the GOP establishment in Washington DC(or anywhere else) is rigging our defeat because they are simply inept, or deviously treasonous.  The result is the same in either case: Conservatives lose, and America is destroyed without a fight.  For those who would argue that Republicans leaders simply cannot be traitors to their party, or to the country, I would remind the purveyors of such arguments that we have been deceived and betrayed many times before, although admittedly neither on such a scale, nor with such catastrophic results.  Whether by design and intention or unhappy accident, we must proceed now as though it were the plan of our alleged “leaders.” Some will conclude that I had possessed no evidence for such a charge, but my retort will be simply that the proof is witnessed in the predictable results.

What conservatives must now ask of themselves is whether we can afford to wait any longer for the final betrayal.  How long will leadership of the party string us along if we do not challenge their direction, their “leadership,” and their motives?  You can see the results. Since Republicans took over control of the House in the midterms of 2010, we have added more than three trillion dollars in new debt, and despite the sound and fury over the debt ceiling and the “sequester,” the growth of government remains virtually unlimited.  All the while, bit by miserable bit, our liberties are being stripped away, and all the while, the GOP establishment poses as our protectors and guarantors of our liberties.  A simple review of the last three years demonstrates convincingly that they are and have been nothing of the kind.

It is with a deep sense of foreboding that I give voice to that which I have suspected for quite some time, but let me assure you that if my conclusion about the real nature of our alleged “leadership” in Washington DC is even approximately correct, you must know that what you’ve seen heretofore will have been merely a sampling of the betrayals in the offing.  It’s going to be up to we conservatives to save this country if it is to be saved at all, but we cannot do so with blinders obstructing our peripheral vision.  We must be able to look around and see clearly who it is that we must defeat, because not all of our worst enemies stand in open aggression on the other side of the battle lines.  Many are among us, and would happily deliver us to our antagonists precisely because while claiming kinship to us, they are merely saboteurs leading us into disaster.  John Boehner is one of these, but there are many others, and we must begin to either strip them of influence or be prepared to abandon the party to them.  Only in so doing will we defeat the left, because for the moment, our alleged “leaders” in Washington DC are merely agents of statism in our midst.

Immigration Reform Bill a Death Warrant for America

Saturday, April 27th, 2013

The Immigration Reform bill pending in the US Senate is monstrous document, and the results of its passage would be catastrophic for our nation.  Politically, it’s the death-knell of conservatism, but fiscally, it will accelerate the demise of our economy and usher in a new condition we might call: “Third World America.”  You might be skeptical of this claim, and I’d understand if you asked for some kind of evidence.  According to the group Numbers USA, this bill enacted would bring at least thirty-three million people to our country over the next ten years, but it may be far worse.  At the same time, it has been admitted by the US Department of Agriculture that their foodstamps program does not check the immigration status of applicants, actively advertising  in Spanish in borders states and even in Mexico.  As if this is not bad enough, the traitorous Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, is now professing the view that immigration to the United States is a human and civil right.  This legislation comprises an attack on our birthright, our financial health, and our political sovereignty.  The costs of this bill are too high to be borne by any people, and we must fight like Hell to defeat it.

Ladies and gentlemen, this really is the moment to draw a line.  As many as ninety-five percent of newly minted American citizens vote for one party: The Democrats.  I would like for you to understand that if thirty-three million people are added to our voter rolls over the next decade, chances are exceedingly high, a virtual numerical certainty, that they will add thirty-one million new Democrats.  What will happen to your “Red States” under this circumstance? The answer is simply: “Think Blue!”  Republicans, never mind conservatives, will find themselves unable to be elected in any place at any time. Remember in 1995 when the avalanche of Democrats changed party affiliation to Republican?  All of those and more will be going back. With them will go what remains of your principles of limited government, individual liberties, and fiscal responsibility.  We will see the nation as a whole become like California, and locales like California will become political analogs to Venezuela.

Your birthright is being stolen by the process of political dilution.  You will on some future day awake to find yourself in a foreign nation.  These ruthless bastards in Washington DC are intent upon stealing your nation from you.  In imagining US citizenship as some sort of human or civil right, what they are really saying is that they are going to throw open the doors to any who will come.  How many of the world’s billions of desperately poor will flood to our nation under the rules these people now imagine?  How will we feed them? How will we feed ourselves?  This immigration bill isn’t a recipe for reformation of a broken system, but instead a recipe for radical transformation of a civilization.

Some will insist that I am too harsh or caustic in my appraisal, but what would they have me say?  Shall I pretend that this bill represents only a “speed-bump” in the language of our President?  Shall we accept the claims of Senator McCain who tells us these illegal immigrants come only to “pick our lettuce?”  Let me explain to you what the sell-out anti-Republicans in favor of this bill are really trying to obtain:  You demand they behave and vote as conservatives, but they wish to be freed from those constraints.  In their states and districts at present, a Democrat could not win. Therefore, before they can change party and flip the bird at conservatives for good, they must set up a circumstance in which a Democrat could win in their states or congressional districts.  It is at this point that you must think very carefully and clearly: The easiest way for them to make conservatives irrelevant is to out-number them.  You’ve stirred-up so much trouble for them with your Tea Parties and your conservative activism that the only way to ignore you is to import a political force larger than you.  That is the purpose of these millions of immigrants they wish to bring to our country: To replace and supplant you as the dominant political force in the nation.

Who will insist now that I had been too harsh? Could it be that I’m over-stating the political impact of this mass migration bill?  According to Byron York, writing in the Washington Examiner, this legislation includes a number of loopholes that will fast-track many illegal aliens to full US citizenship.  Writes York:

“A little-noticed exception in the Gang of Eight bill provides a fast track for many — possibly very many — currently illegal immigrants.  Under a special provision for immigrants who have labored at least part-time in agriculture, that fast track could mean permanent residency in the U.S., and then citizenship, in half the time Rubio said.  And not just for the immigrants themselves — their spouses and children, too.”

“A second provision in the legislation creates another fast track for illegal immigrants who came to the United States before they were 16 — the so-called Dreamers.  The concept suggests youth, but the bill has no age limit for such immigrants — or their spouses and children — and despite claims that they must go to college or serve in the military to be eligible, there is an exception to that requirement as well.”

Have I been unnecessarily caustic in my appraisal, or does this bill offered by the “Gang-of-Eight” constitute a treason against the people of the United States?   Imagine if you will, my own state of Texas, under the constructs of this legislation: Inside five or six years, it will have become impossible for any office-holder at any level of government to maintain his or her position while remaining in the Republican Party.  The whole miserable lot will either retire, or merely change parties as happened in 1995.  Do you see it now?  Do you understand the dire meaning of our current situation?  We are headed for one-party rule, and your conservative principles will be swept aside in the building of the new Democrat hegemony.  If rank-and-file Democrats had any discernment, they too would be terrified, because they would understand that the only thing that offers any possibility of keeping their politicians honest is the competition of at least two vital parties.  For conservatives and Republicans, this immigration bill is a death warrant not only for the sake of politics, but for the sake of the nation.  Do you like losing?  If this bill passes, you had better become accustomed to the concept.  It will become a permanent condition for what will become a rapidly declining number of conservative office-holders, and indeed, for conservatives across the country. What you had known as America will be left in ashes.

This bill represents a threat against the American people far worse than that of al-Qaeda, because it will demolish the United States from the inside.   Those who have advanced and advocated  this bill knew or ought to have known its implications.  It’s intentional, and it is far worse than we had dared to imagine.  This one really is for all the marbles: We can be a sovereign nation that stands some chance of remaining a constitutional, representative republic, or we can fall into the abyss of a century of one-party rule and Third-World devolution.  The choice is ours, but if we permit them to enact this bill, it may be the last substantial political choice we are ever permitted to make.

.

Call, write, and fax your Senators. Emails are nice, but they go largely ignored.  Visit their home-state offices. It’s time for you to show up, again.  Call your Congressmen. Tell them that if they pass this bill(or any like it,) they won’t be left in office long enough to switch parties, because in 2014, you will send them home, while you still can. Tell every person you know what the game is, and what is being done. If we are to preserve this nation, this must be stopped.

On the Charge of Treason

Wednesday, August 29th, 2012

String Me Up?

Since my last post, I have been deluged in email, on Facebook, and via Twitter, as well as in comments here.  Those comments have roughly fallen into three groups, and they are: 1.) Full support.  2.) Screaming insults.  3.) A mix of support and disapproval with an added note of disappointment.  I appreciate those described by the first, ignore those composed of the second, and will now address my remarks to those described by the third.  In particular, I have been told that I should have expected the GOP establishment to seize power(and I did,) and that by refusal to support Romney, I am effectively taking my ball and going home at precisely that time in which my support is needed most.  One poster actually suggested that if Obama should win in November, it will be my fault. Mine! One last time, I am going to address the sheer depravity of that sentiment, and I am going to be blunt about it.  You may wish to accuse me of being too inflexible, but if so, we’re going to examine that charge in light of the facts, under the microscope of logic.

It has been charged that refusing to support Mitt Romney is tantamount to a support of Barack Obama.  Apart from being a bold-faced, mathematical lie, this is done as a matter of bullying.  If I vote for Romney, he gains one vote, and if I vote for Obama, he gains one vote, but if I vote for neither, it is a zero-zero proposition.  None for, but also none against.  Put another way, in order to believe that Romney starts out at a “plus one” with my vote, one must first presume that my vote belongs to Mitt Romney and the Republican Party, but that is an arrogantly faulty presumption.  My vote belongs to me.  That’s the math and the fact of the matter, but having dealt with this aspect, let us talk about the other, much more monstrous argument.  There is a clear desire on the part of some to prod me into support by virtue of my love for my country.  It has been stated often, and in approximately the following form:

“If you love America as you claim, you would vote to save her from Barack Obama even if it means accepting a terrible candidate like Mitt Romney.”

Apart from the desperation implied by such a lame attempt at emotional appeals to my patriotism, there is the implicit logical fallacy demonstrated by the switching of contexts.  This is offered in the context of my love for the country, rather than the love of the country as expressed by the Republican Party’s choice of Mitt Romney.  In short, what I am being told is that since I love the country more than the GOP establishment does, I ought to abandon my principles in order to support their candidate.  I wish for my readers to consider the philosophically suicidal entrapment entailed in this proposition: I should abandon my principles, principles that give rise to my love of country, in order to support a candidate who demonstrates a less than thorough love of those same principles.

This argument is frequently attended by dire but vague warnings about the consequences of my decision.  These warnings sound suspiciously like the warnings conservatives have been issuing for some time, but now they’re being turned against conservatives as a bludgeon with which to hammer us into support of Mitt Romney.  The warnings consist of what Barack Obama will do to the country in an unfettered second term, but what none of them will acknowledge is what Mitt Romney is apt to do to the country in an unfettered first term.  In fact, the Rules Committee maneuvers on Tuesday at the convention should serve as some indicator of what form that will take, and it consists almost entirely of “What dissent?  Dissent? I hear none,” issuing forth from the despotic intent of John Boehner as he hammered away with his gavel, dismissing the minority report on rules with a vengeful finality.

With those gavel blows, what I recognized, finally and irrevocably, was that the Republican Party is no less corrupt in its methodologies or intentions than the Democrats.  The party’s establishment is no less committed to having things their way by every foul trick on the planet than any Marxist we’ve ever witnessed.  What this instance had proved to me is that at the end of the line, there is no effective difference between them, excepting only the nature of the flocks each is attempting to herd, respectively.  I would have preferred it had been otherwise, and one might have hoped that seeing the state of things erupting in the convention, Romney himself might have interceded to stop the nonsense, but no, he did not, and some suggest, perhaps could not.  Either way, the effect of this power grab was to nullify the meaning of the convention as well as the meaning of the party.

What good is a political party that does not serve my long-held convictions, except occasionally and only by accident?   I have listened intently to those who have argued these last months that I should give Mitt Romney a chance, but when it came to it, when he should have been willing to give the party a chance, he did not, instead rigging things in his favor for the future.  One must then ask the question I had been pondering as Boehner swung the gavel, shedding no tears for the abominable despotism his actions exemplified:  If a man seeks an office but creates a set of rules under which it will be more difficult to challenge him in the future, what is his motive?

The only answer is that Mitt Romney wishes to rule without restraints.  He does not wish to be confined by a base that will make trouble for him if he fails to live up to the promises he has made.  He does not wish to be held  to account, or to even have his arm twisted when it comes to such things as appointments or executive orders, or even such bills as he may sign into law.  It is understandable that a politician would not wish to be accountable to people who had not supported him, but the truly baffling aspect of this case is that Romney does not wish to be accountable to people whose support he expects to garner in the coming election.  Once one considers the explicit meaning of this action, there really is no method by which to resolve it without concluding that Mitt Romney intends to govern not only in disregard of conservatives, but in contempt of them.

For opposing this, there are those who would label me a traitor should I withhold my vote from Mitt Romney in November.  It is at this point that I must say that while all must be free to do as their conscience dictates, I would ask those who wield this label to consider who it is that is committing a treason, and who is being faithful.  If one can become convicted of the notion that Mitt Romney’s actions express an ill intention toward conservatism, and if conservatism is the vital life-sustaining philosophy of our great nation, what must be the end result of Mitt Romney’s administration, if he wishes to govern without respect to those principles?

That is a question you ought to answer before you descend upon me with your charges of treason.  If the purpose of the conservative movement is to advance the philosophy of non-conservatives, then I will depart this movement for some other, or for my own.  I have no intention of surrendering my beliefs to a party of nothing.  If that offends you, you are free to depart.  I will not be cudgelled by scurrilous accusations about my commitment to this country and its future simply because I will not support Mitt Romney.  If you’re of a mind to cast these accusations, I’d suggest you consider instead your flexible, fungible standards in the cause of expediency before you begin to pummel me or others of similar mind. There is plenty of room under the big tent of the RNC convention, and what the Rules Committee made clear is that they’re going to keep it that way.

Note to readers:  As I mentioned earlier in the month, I will be out of town over the next week and I may not have time to post. Thank you for your patience as I attend to some family business.

Barack Obama’s Continuing Contempt for the Law

Saturday, July 14th, 2012

Betraying America By Pen-Stroke

In our constitutional system, the Congress writes the laws, and the Chief Executive carries them into execution.  The President is permitted to write rules that will lay out the method in which the law is enforced, but his power to write executive orders is not intended to permit him to bypass or ignore laws, never mind write his own.  This week, the Obama administration issued a new set of rules including the ability to issue waivers for work requirements to states overseeing the federal TANF program (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families.)  This provision of the 1996 “Welfare Reform,” passed by a Gingrich-led Republican Congress, and signed into law by Bill Clinton, requires recipients to actively seek employment, and further their education in order to receive the funds.  Nowhere in the law is there a provision permitting the President to create waivers to these requirements, and yet, this is precisely what our fearless dictator has done.  Barack Obama’s lawlessness is speeding the final collapse of this nation, and he’s happily pursuing this end. It’s long past the time in which we should recognize that this had been his goal all along. The question politicians pretend not to have heard is “What shall we do about it?”

What may be understood from all of this are two basic things.  First, welfare reform is being destroyed by the stroke of a pen in the executive mansion. This is not the President’s rightful role in any case.  Obama has turned the office of the President into the office of Dear Leader, or Fuhrer, and there is no escaping the meaning of his grasping of more power.  Second, this President’s intentions must be clear to any who view it with clarity.  He does not intend anything good for our country, and his willingness to seize power in this fashion merely makes plain the fact that he is out of control, and ignoring all of the boundaries established by the US Constitution.  He is intentionally leading us into a disaster, in part to buy votes, but also in part because he wants the disaster.  Meanwhile, our Congress is writing letters to the Secretary of Health and Human Services to complain.

We have a branch of government that is in open insurrection against the Constitution, and our Congress is writing letters in response.  I know that many of you will argue that the Republican majority is only “one-half of one-third” of the government, but how many continuing resolutions to fund this monstrosity will they pass to fund all of this?  It’s the only thing they can do, apart from an impeachment vote, that will mean nothing when the Senate fails to act.  The only thing Congress can do is to deny funding.  There are some who argue the dictator will find a way around that, too, but if he does, that will be open insurrection against the Constitution, not on some small policy matter, but on the very foundations of our system of government. One would think people might notice.

This is the evidence of how bad it has become in the government.  We now have a President who rules outside the confines of the Constitution with complete impunity.  I can understand why so many conservatives would rush to support Mitt Romney, in desperation to put an end to this lawless administration.  I do understand it, and I tell you that I hold no ill will to those who choose this course.  The problem is that I don’t know if they will get their votes’ worth out of the Romney administration.  You may ask why, and it’s important to understand what’s really going on here, and what are the stakes.  After all, the better question may be simply: “What can we do about it?”

In acting out of all bounds of his constitutional limits, President Obama isn’t merely violating his oath by negligence or sloth, but is instead willfully committing treason against the United States.  His actions are the pinnacle of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors.”  There exists no shortage of witnesses against him, and his entire administration, all who have sworn oaths, and all who carry out this plot against the constitution are likewise clearly acting in support of treason.  I do not use that word lightly, precisely as one must not use the word “racism” lightly.  Words of this sort lose all meaning when overused.   More, I mean “treason” in its precise legal meaning. Article III, section 3 of the U.S. Constitution:

“Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”

Barack Obama’s lawless conduct well outside the constitutional limitations of his office are acts of war against the United States.  Here’s the problem, and I want you to consider it:  IF you succeed in flipping the Senate, and IF you succeed in putting Mush Romney in the White House, who is going to prosecute the case against Barack Obama?  Nobody.  Nobody is going to use the law to prosecute the criminal usurpations of this President, but that is precisely what ought to happen.  The entire cabal of leftists who have been ravaging this country for the past four years(at least) is going to walk away, and worse, agitate against undoing their treason.  What should happen (but won’t,) is that every officer of the Obama administration should be brought up on charges of Treason, abetting Treason, and levying and waging war against the United States Constitution.  They should be held at Guantanamo Bay pending trial.

None of that will happen. Why?  If the Republicans take over the executive branch, as well as the entire Congress, it is likely that business-as-usual will resume.  Those who voted for them will shrug, and say “well, at least that nightmare is over.”  What I’m warning you now is that even were this to happen, the nightmare will not end.  It will not end until we begin to punish politicians who act to subvert our constitution, not merely by sending them home, but by incarcerating, trying and sentencing them accordingly.  When these politicians take an oath to uphold our Constitution, what does that oath mean if when they violate it, they are permitted to walk away?

Ladies and gentlemen, there is a good reason you are not murderers, rapists, and thieves.  You expect that even if you were inclined to commit such trespasses against your neighbors, justice would pursue you and you would be held to pay the price for your crimes.  This is what has been missing from our nation for too many years.  We do not punish politicians who exceed their power.  Sure, we throw some in jail for crooked dealings, but what we  haven’t done is to jail them when they act out of malice toward our constitutional system.  If you want to re-write the ending of this drama, that must change.  We cannot permit our constitution to be attacked in this manner without answer.  Justice demands it.  There are those who will argue that we must not criminalize policy, but this isn’t about the specific policies so much as adherence to the supreme law of the land, or the conspiracy to subvert it.  It has been observed that our constitution is not a suicide pact, but we have too many politicians too thoroughly inclined to let every treason pass unanswered in the name of politics. One can only wonder at their motives.

Barack Obama IS NOT Incompetent

Thursday, February 23rd, 2012

It’s No Accident

I have listened to Republicans discussing Barack Obama’s various policy failures, and I have noticed a trend.  Among Republican moderates, there is a tendency to say that Barack Obama is clueless, and that “he just doesn’t get it.”  This willingness to permit him to claim “good intentions” is a farce.  Genuine conservatives examine the policies of Barack Obama, and will subsequently conclude the ugly truth, and it isn’t that Obama is incompetent. Instead, they see in his action a clear and unambiguous malevolence that should not be hidden behind a facade of mere incapacity for the job.  Barack Obama’s policies are designed to damage and diminish the United States, and pretending he’s merely a bumbling dolt doesn’t address the gravity of our national situation.  I understand well why the RINO set does this, but it’s time for somebody to speak up in candid opposition.  Among the remaining candidates, only two show any willingness to do so, and from my point of view, this disqualifies any who won’t.

Mitt Romney says “Obama is in over his head.”  That’s pure nonsense.  Barack Obama hasn’t issued executive orders and regulations of the sort we have seen from his administration because he’s “in over his head.”  The ban on drilling had nothing to do with his intelligence or capacity to govern, just as the Keystone XL pipeline decision was not born of simple incompetence.  These were carefully calculated decisions that are intended to reduce the amount of oil available to the market, with at least two goals, both designed to weaken our country and burden its people, thus wrecking their lives.

Barack Obama wasn’t acting out of incompetence when he imposed a healthcare system and attending regulations that will force Catholics to buy insurance that will include contraception coverage to which  they are opposed as a matter of conscience.  He wasn’t acting out of a lack of knowledge when he was handing out cash from the public trough to purveyors of the “Green jobs” scam typified by Solyndra.  These were things undertaken not as a matter of his inability to “get it,” or because he was “in over his head,” but because he intended to punish people of faith and reward his slimy friends, respectively.

The President didn’t mistakenly negotiate a deal that provided for dramatic cuts of our national defense.  He knew this would be the ultimate outcome, and he tasked his party in both Houses of Congress to help him make sure this would indeed happen.  He wasn’t acting out of a naive indifference to our strategic defense capabilities when he agreed to provide the Russians with our missile defense secrets, and he wasn’t incapable of seeing the danger involved in fomenting the so-called “Arab Spring” that now stands on the verge of becoming and Islamic winter.  He wasn’t unaware of the Green Revolution in Iran that stood in opposition to Ahmedinejad, but he did nothing to even offer those people a bit of hope until almost three years after it was all over.  He wasn’t acting from a state of professional ignorance when he pulled our troops out of Iraq, because he had been told what would eventuate as a result.  None of these things were done because Obama had been incompetent, but because he is too competent in damaging our country.

His willingness to give away a number of oil-rich Alaskan islands to the Russians isn’t a matter of incompetence either, and as former Senate candidate Joe Miller made clear, there’s nothing we’re getting out of this deal except a kick in the behind.  It wasn’t mere lack of experience that leads him to disarm the United States of its strategic nuclear weapons.  It’s not a matter of being in over his head that makes him respond to the demands of Soros while ignoring the will of the American people in his legislative agenda.  It’s not his “good intentions” that are at work in any of this, because in point of fact, it cannot be demonstrated that he has any intentions but the malevolent.

Gingrich and Santorum both managed to point this out in varying ways in the debate on CNN on Wednesday night, but the problem is that Romney is still playing patty-cakes with Obama, and offers Obama the cover of “good intentions,” and “incompetence.”  Barack Obama is not incompetent.  The policies he’s pursued have but one over-arching goal, and it’s perfectly honest to anybody who rejects blinders in the matter: He is damaging and diminishing the United States by every method available, from defense to debt; from energy to liberty; in law and regulation.  This man who occupies the office of the President is methodically deconstructing the United States, its historical prosperity and vitality, and leaving in its place shrinking, dying industries and rotting cities, along with a people nearly unable to fend for themselves.

This isn’t accidental.  This isn’t because he’s hapless.  Republicans should stop pretending that Obama is anything but a malevolent creature if they want my support.  I cannot accept the useless oratory of Mitt Romney who will not speak of that which is obvious in the nation all around us.  That sort of timid, tepid, morally rudderless and non-judgmental rhetoric does nothing to fix the problem because it hides from the eyes of the American people how awful Barack Obama’s willfully, purposefully chosen courses of action have been.   I have no more patience for candidates who will not state the obvious:  Barack Obama is openly harming the country, and he’s not incompetent at all.  Instead, he’s damnably good at it, and any candidate who cannot say this will not get my support.  It’s time for them to find the courage to speak the truth about our President, and all the awful implications of his actions.

Dereliction or Treason?

What's He Doing?

Ladies and gentlemen, I am going to offer you a number of facts to consider and then I’m going to ask you to consider them as a complete set.  At present, our military is falling into a disgraceful condition under the maladministration of Barack Obama. In fact, the condition of the country at large is one of unsustainable weakness, but every day, Obama undertakes more bad ideas that hamper or harm our nation.  Most assign this to a reckless incompetence, and while I can understand the desire to not think the worse of a US President for his intentions, I am questioning them now as far too many things seem to be aligning disturbing synchronicity.  It seems as though something is wrong with this President, and it may be far worse than misguided intentions. His actions as President have severely undermined our defenses, and may make us essentially naked to aggressors. When one observes such a trend, it must be called to the attention of his fellows, because if this is intentional, then the only name for this is not “dereliction” but instead “treason.”

We are now slashing the defense budget to make room in the Federal budget for entitlements, including Obamacare’s implementation, and all those other programs previously in existence.  We are now grounding our Air Force’s fighters at a phenomenal rate.  We are nearly 20% weaker in this vital area than we had been a short decade ago, and cancellations of projects like the F-35 guarantee this will only become worse.

We have handicapped our naval capacity by insisting they use a certain percentage of bio-fuels in their combat aircraft at an outrageous expense to tax-payers, and an as-yet unknown cost to the defense of the nation.  We are nearing the point where we will effectively scrap two entire aircraft carrier battle groups, further limiting our ability to respond to threats around the globe, or protect our own air-space here at home.

We have given most of our critical missile defense secrets to the Russians, allegedly to ease their worries about them, but in truth, what we’ve done is to give them to a potential adversary that has contractual relationships with Iran and other nations with which conflicts may be inevitable.  At the same time, Iran continues to threaten us and our allies with missiles against which these systems were designed to act.

Iran now flagrantly sails its fleets not merely through the Suez Canal, but also threatens to shut down shipping through the Straits of Hormuz, and between these two passages, nearly 50% of the world’s oil supply is transported.  We do not challenge them there, except to waggle our finger, but it’s worse because their ships now sail openly along the edge of our territorial waters in an intentionally provocative way.

Petroleum and its distillates are soaring in price, even though President Obama has killed off the Keystone XL pipeline that would have brought fuel to our energy-starved nation within a short time.  Our current oil production is dipping, but more than this, the taps at the Strategic Petroleum Reserves remain open, as Obama uses this to hold down the price of oil only slightly.

The Iranians are developing nuclear weapons and they already have mid-range missiles on which to deliver them, but more than this, they are developing long range rocketry that will reach to the North American continent.  Iran continues to fund terrorists who attack us globally, and yet, when there was an uprising in Iran, Obama did not back it until well after it had been quelled, but he did so only half-heartedly.

Soros is raising an army of rabble that you know as the Occupiers.  What these will be are the useful idiots to be led into slaughter when the time comes, and Obama needs an excuse to clamp down. At the same time, Obama’s department of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement(ICE) is being directed to permit illegals to go without arrest whenever possible.

Our financial system has been directly tied to the banking systems of the failing Euro currency, and it’s no secret that if they collapse, as seems likely, we will almost surely accompany them over the precipice and into the abyss.  Your purchasing power is being eroded away, and soon you will begin to see a more distinctly inflationary trend that they will not be able to mostly hide from you as has been true over the last few months.  Instead, we’re going like gang-busters to worsen our troubles.  The government rigs the unemployment statistics, and we’re told “things are improving.”

None of these things are likely to have been unknown to you,  because as readers of this site, you’ve seen most of them covered here.  You might look at any of these in isolation, and conclude that they are the results of colossal incompetence or even dereliction, but as yet, you may not have noticed the common thread running through them.  You might be satisfied with that notion, but for the fact that you know nothing exists in a vacuum, and that you cannot separate the out from the whole if you’re to understand them in context.

What all of these things have in common is that each of them substantially harms America’s economic and physical security.  Each and every one of these things also have in common is the fact that they are directed by a single authority, and the person who wields it is none other than Barack Obama.

Barack Obama maintains two separate cabinets, one consisting of his official cabinet secretaries, and the other composed of his shadowy system of czars and advisers.  The latter group wins every argument, and it shows in the decisions this president takes.

If not dereliction, could this really be treason?  If we didn’t suspect otherwise, I’d think he was getting us ready for a take-down on all fronts.  What’s worse is that his chief opponent in November is likely to be the candidate of his preference.  Still, one can hardly miss the fact that what all of these things leave in play is the fact that we are being set up, and it is we Americans who stand to lose everything.  His sympathies for Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood are telling relations, and the fact that his favorite pen-pal is the radical, Islamist President of Turkey, and what you realize that there’s almost no hope.

Is Barack Obama intentionally leading us to the banquet of the enemies at which we are to be the main course?  Consider what might happen if an electromagnetic pulse(EMP)  bomb was detonated by Iran over US territory:  You will not see television again, perhaps for a generation. Your vehicles will not function.  Every electronic device, and indeed the whole electrical grid may be down for years.  You will have no oil with which even to do battle to reopen the Straits of Hormuz or the Suez Canal, because we have been bleeding our Strategic Petroleum Reserves into the ground at their behest.  No oil?  No Navy or Air Force, meaning no response from us.  At that point, fuel-less, and with nothing in which to place it  if we had it, the country would almost immediately grind to a stop.

Spend a little time to think about everything Barack Obama is doing, and ask yourself if these are the actions of an honest man concerned with his country but inept in application, or instead the mere organizing of a man who is committed to its destruction.  The worst-case scenarios are too awful to imagine, but that we must stop him is also clear.  If it isn’t treason, it sure looks like it, and if the net effect is the same, it won’t make a difference either way.  Does it matter?  In this context, is negligence distinguishable from treason?  I don’t think so, but we must begin to assess the threats against our country, and if we should survive through election 2012, we must unseat this president, though I do not know now how we can beat him.
